How can i send bug report??? I am unable to open my file explorer.

I have purchased mi note 3 from flipkart in October. Just i have passed 6 months and this handset gives problem to me. When i do a call the person who is on the call they do not hear my voice it creates lot's of problem. Due to this problem i have to face the major problem i am a college going student i do not contact with any body at home. please solve this problem of mine.

Phone battery gets discharged fast within 3 to 4hrs. I have to charge my mobile twice in a day an it gets hot after some time. I bought my Red mi Note 4 in January 2017. please suggest.

I brought redmi 4A on 13 April and after two days it's back panel is become like swollen like bended outward and causing lot of heating. Help...!!!

After I purchase this in nanded by online the mi 3 s prime is getting charging problem within one month. I given it for service in Chennai and I received it after 15days. Now today itself as same problem stated it's not charging not works in own charger and others too. it's giving frequent problem am not satisfied with this mobile, plz reply me r give me a remedy by change this mobile r permanent remedy. Me purchase a new Mi Redmi 3s prime mobile on Feb 2017. They suddenly blast my Redmi 3s prime mobile, take action immediately. I want my mobile back. I am waiting for your further response.

Just after one year 3 months of purchase camera connection error started. Poor response from Hubli Redmi service centre... WHAT IS the fun of spending 3000 to 4000rs for repair. The guy in service centre made me speechless telling it's common Redmi problem and will take one week for repair just on hearing the complaint without inspecting the set.

I am not enjoying 4100 mah for this phone. I buy this phone from Flipkart. I am not satisfied on this purchase, please solve my problem.

What kind of service is this? Who cheated me-MI or flipkart?

I bought a MI 3s prime mobile for my father in December last year through Flipkart flash sale. It was working fine until a day back when it got switched off on its own and could not be restarted center . I took it to MI service at RDC Ghaziabad today. The service personnel told me that the phone has been opened before and so he will not service. I was shocked as i never got it serviced from anywhere. This was the first instance where the phone had an issue and I bought it straight to authorized service center as it was still under warranty. Despite several arguments and requests the service center refused to service.

I am wondering iF MI sold me the serviced phone under the pretext of flash sale. I feel cheated and extremely disappointed. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A MI PHONE.

I have purchased 2 mobile phones from your company web site . One for my usage and one for my brother . As always your courier agency deliver to person on who's name bill is made after checking photo ID. I put saksham sharma as biller name. From day activation of SIM phone is used by my brother and me. At the time of billing nowhere deliberately mention in your app its not mentioned if biller age is below 18 he cannot get insurance nor he can buy product.

Sheer with intention of cheating customer you.have deliberately duped most critical information from customer.

I have taken screen shots and details being shown even today on your app which nowhere mentions about age limit.

My Device Claim – Service Request # 1917441

Its onus of company to update customer from whom you are charging money for insurance. Insurance should be done only after getting date of birth. How you charged money for two phones and now shredder from your responsibility .

I am determined to take issue to highest level of court and social media against MI for false insurance selling tactics if does not give appropriate response in reasonable time frame.

Mi phone is good looking wise but this phone have an a hardware problem, sensor problem voice problem. It also hangs a lot. Shameless and very very bad service center in all of India.

Xiaomi note3 pro can't know sim card and camera error,please answer that why? the day before i wrote firmware version 5.1.1 on it and then i have problem.

I gave my mobile on11th may 2017 at Janak puri Delhi-HCL service centre for upgradation of software as I was guided by your call centre that my HM1S mob can down load 4g data as LTE but conversation can not be done on 4g . I was charged Rs 173/-for the service but when they returned me the mob and I took it to Jio shop for implanting 4g sim I was told by the eng. that the mob has been damaged and there is no IMEI number on the mob. I immediately took the mob to service centre and there i informed them that it is damaged and there is no IMEI number they returned me Rs 58/- and rs 115/- have been retained for checking. Now instead of upgrading the system they downgraded the mob for ever. This is the service I got from your service centre. YOU are requested to get the motherboard of the mob changed. hoping for the reply. ref id 17011-003770

I went to 3 times in service center but they didn't solve my problem,they only update software and said that hardware issue not be solved. I very disappointed with your service. Please improved your service. I wanted to buy mi phone again but now I will have to think. Please solve my issues.
