I want to know if I will buy CG fan from online site and it was with Bill and invoice with warranty card so there is warranty available for online shopping in warranty period or not. As per shop clubs .com there is warranty available but I was to make sure from you that online shopping fan from CG can get the warranty or not?

Pls help me for this. I was attached the screen shot of the product and the chat with seller. pls give me advice I can buy this or not. thank you so much.

Order ID: 11356697388 placed through Snap Deal on Tue, 26 Jan, 2016, I got two bulbs which have stop working suddenly, and within 1 year manufacturer's warranty, how can I get replacement for these damaged 7 watt cromtpon bulbs.

I have raised a complaint# 1608029530 on 09-Aug-2016. But there is no action taken. and i have received a notification saying that your complaint resolved on 09-Aug-16 itself. After that i have contact again and inform the same but still no response.

Need your urgent attention to resolve the issue. Please share the Engineer Name & Contact Details so that i can check with him, when he will visit. Hope you understand the situation & resolve on priority. Looking for your positive response.

I purchased Geyser (Model-SWH815/2014) from your outlet in Meerut- Best Price on 17-Oct-15. The product is defective and not working properly. I have raised complaints earlier and your executive named Manoj came in November 15 and again in mid 2016. I requested for replacement of Geyser but he assured that thereafter no problem will arise. But still the issue has not been resolved. Please replace the product and provide the new one.

I purchased one Exhaust Fan Transair 300MM from M/s Manchanda Electric Works, Geeta Colony, Delhi on 24.1.2017. When I installed the Exhaust Fan after about a fortnight, I found some problem from the day one in the Fan. The problem was after keeping the switch on, the fan could catch the required speed after more than one minute. I lodged a complaint with Crompton immediately. The Complaint was attended and I was asked to get the fan replaced from the dealer where I purchased the Fan.

I took the fan to the above dealer who has given me other fan but not the new one. I asked the dealer to give me new fan since I could not use it even for a day. But the dealer did not agree. I showed to the dealer that he is giving me the fan with open box and the fan has a dent on the back cover of the fan. But the dealer did not agree to given me new fan. So far so good. When I installed the fan, I found that the fan is not running in full speed and is not throwing out the kitchen smoke even of Pranthas. I lodged the above complaint with Crompton Greaves on 23.2.2017 and the technician who attended the complaint did not do anything and only start the fan and said it is OK. My reasoning with him that when it is not able to throw smoke out there is no use in going in for costly Crompton Greaves Exhause Fan. My old exhaust fan of local make was also working in the same way. I wrote my comments about "NOT SATIISFIED" with the diagnosis on the Service Call Report.

I would like to request you to kindly look into it and get the defect rectified or in the alternative replace it with a new Exhaust Fan immediately.

My motor is not working

I purchased my water geyser in rathna fan house chennai....it has been not working. I complained to customer care no-8056999289. he sent a person...he took the coil to his office but still he don't back the coil still now..am going to file a complaint @ court regarding this cheating. the Crompton is the worst company.

I purchased air cooler in March 2016. It is not working now as I kept it without using for 6months. kindly help us in this regard.

I have bought 6 fan. In 4 months they all causes noice..So poor service of Crompton. I had complained before 7 days. They said that service will be provided in 48 hours. But nobody came for service. I have been trying for last 5 days. They only say wrong. Bad company service. bad people of Company. Will never never buy again Crompton.

While seeing your add on TV - The Fan Blade located in between the Two Ad Models (Male & Female) and the background curtain color is almost the same. So while I saw your Ad many number of times, I did not even notice the IVORY COLORED fan blade positioned in between the two models.

I do understand that you have kept the Ivory colored fan blade to highlight the fact that it does not catch dust, but with the background curtain being the same color, the blade was totally missed by me. I am a Crompton satisfied customer for the product but the Ad was disappointing.

We send the the Crompton motor ( DMB 30) to your reputed service center which is located in Sakinaka as per conversation with service center executive 27/04/2017 I will send the motor till the date we didn't getting any responses from your side and I am daily calling your service center and Spoken to Miss. Sonali & Prakash Gulam now they are also not Picking up the calls. Like this type of worst service i am getting irritated and I am answerable to my superior.

My cold storage 100hp motor is making noise badly. Your company service is not very good please solve my problem fast. This problem is second time in motor.

Dealer/shop guy told me to contact customer care tollfree number (18004190505) on the warranty card. I tried to raise a complaint by calling customer care number as it is under warranty.
