I have booked 4 tickets on 03/05/17 for 10pm show at BANDRA WEST pvr for the film bahubali ( HINDI) and an amount of 539 rupees has been deducted, 500 IN MY BOOK GIFT VOUCHER AND 39.20 AMT IN A/C from my account. but i have received a transaction failed message. I tried to call your customer care number at that moment. Unlucky at that time all your customer care executives were busy. So please do the needful.

I booked the bahubali 2 ticket. Amount has been deducted form the account no ticket confirmation i have got. Amount not debited back to account.

Amount of rs.782.52 form sbi ulhasnagar branch through reference no. ISBI5357929374IGABHGPLT1 is deducted from my wife account. Same amount is deducted but i did not receive tickets. pls refund my amt as early as possible.

Hi., I am Chetan Kumar J, I booked a single ticket for Bahubali 2, Hindi in PVR, Forum, Bengaluru, Karnataka on 28.04.2017 between 17:30 to 18:30 to my friend. But I didn't get confirmation message and Rs.533.20+533.20=1066.40/-amount has been deducted from my Account. Hence it is requested you to check out the issue and refund my money for non confirmation tickets.

As book my show shows about discount offers and as i select for offer thn it show not valid for the region.... i thing if there should be offer thn it should be for all the region.

When bookmyshow runs campaign with free screening Newsletter and when i have answered the question. However no email has been received if i was selected or not. however it is the atleast a responsibility of bookmyshow to disclose the name of the winner as this is just a tactics just to promote and takes no responsibility to let patrons know about it as waiting for the invite has led inconvenience for me to check my inbox from morning.

Hey this very disappointed for, I booked ticket wid my Icici credit card buy one get 1 free offer is there but it's enable to book always show its exhaust n some time it show u can try 3pm. If try 3 it's show u can try 7pm than it comes ticket r finished. so it's very disgusting for customer to make fool. it's a request to solve problems.

I would like to highlight an instance of cheating which happened with me on your app, I was booking a ticket for me and my wife for the movie named Jab Harry met Sejal, I did advance booking on a Thursday or Friday to book for a 11am show on 6th Aug and after reaching the theatre I have been told by the security that it’s booked for 4th Aug instead of 6th Aug, I have specifically selected Sunday morning show for 6th August.
