hi, i send a mail videocon customer email id support @udcl.in regarding not serviced my new mobile a24, which i give shree communication before one month but no reply me.

shree communicaton jalandhar poor service. not pick phone all day, no satisfied answers, videocon mobile not to purchased by anyone.

Someone had try to unlock the videocon va75 tablet so he\she has attempted many pattern so after that they r asking to sign with an google account so we r signing but its not signing so we cant open our tablet and no other option is coming down to open the tablet.

I went to Videocon service center at ghaziabad. they said to me.vI have not a battery in this time I will give you battery after one week or fifteen days then I went to the service center after fifteen days they said to me not come any battery from Videocon mobile center. it is a very poor and cheap service center. please do not buy Videocon mobile, they do not reply.

Purchased the above phone Model Z51_blaze Android version 5 and within 7/8 months (warranty as per dombivli dealer unfortunately 6 months) but no replacement immediately or message from service centre not giving how soon this will be supplied. message says simply job no. VASCMH090J499020417 and SVC code 5511. This does not service purpose as phone needs regular usage and failure of battery is like heart of a person. This area has to be looked into and improved. Am planning to go out of town and even after 8 days not getting battery which is sad. I shall be back only around month end. But without battery whats the use of phone in outside places? Very bad mobile and very bad service. Its better to have a local Chinese phone which is cheaper and works much better.

I purchased Videocon cube 3 in which i am facing all type of problems.I visited the service center to get it repaired. When i got it back after 12 days it worked fine for some days but gain started having same issues. Since then i have not able to use my phone properly. So never buy from Videocon.
