Today I called the SBI IVR and it announced to enter the Debit Card number / account number followed by * key but when i enter debit card number with * key, it is not accepting and when i enter only card number it proceed to the IVR. So need to check the IVR prompt and rectify it.

From yesterday iam suffering so much regarding deducted my amount from my account unnecessarily. Still didnt credit my amount in my account. No body is taking care. What i have to dp. I am unhappy with dis service. I will cancel dis account. Worst sbi service.

It was unprecedented to see Rs 7000missing from my account when I have made no transactions and have not withdrawn the money. Last 7 months I am continuously following for ATM but no response from SBI bank. Call center told me that they have already issue me ATM card. bank already deduct new atm issue charges & service charges. This is totally classless service from bank.

I had send money 1000 rupees other linked mobile number at March 3, 2017. so I was contacted Sbi customer care. They replied I am not satisfied and not refunded amount of 1000 rupees. I was several complains to customer care but not solved problems. please solve this issue.

I am a senior citizen SBI customer for over 20 years. The details of my account follow:

The SMS services has not been properly operating its service for the last 4 years of its operations. I do not get prompt for some debit transactions and the balance after deducting the last transactions. I also never get credit transactions for which I have to go to the ATM to get the mini statement.

For the SMS service Rs.55 is debited which I feel not worth the services rendered. kindly arrange to set right the SMS service to its optimum use so that I could enjoy the maximum benefits and feel its moneys worth.

Expecting an early action and an email confirming the same.

I opened my bank account on 1st November 2018 from SBI Havelock branch then i shifted to Kolkata. so i wanted to transfer my bank account to Kolkata park circus branch... But their services is very worst almost 5 times i visit thr to transfer my account plus ckys is also not done everyday they are asking me to come next day but they are not helping me... I am unable to withdraw my 3month salary.. I kindly request to you to please do the needful.

SBI NAHARKATIA BRANCH the loan department is worst not try to help people query have to wait for long standing. The person instead of solving the query busy with his own work actually. Worst bank very soon switching to another bank.
