Debit machine problem
8 July I debit 1500 rupees on ATM but 500 note was return on the process time out but my 1000 was not return or not debit in my account what can i do?

Transaction failed while purchasing of ticket through irctc

Falsely debiting rs.10000 to my saving bank account
I have a saving bank account bearing no.61310877463 in the name of satish kumar bansal in your branch31037-NH-8,KOTPUTLI,distt.jaipur. i have a debit card no.4591590000191426.on dated 1st january 2019 I applied this card in canara bank kotputli ATM to draw rs.10000 but the ATM did not deliver the money.however this amount was debited to my account. since i needed money I AGAIN ars20000pplied the card in ATM for rs.10000.this time the ATM delivered the money.This amount was also debited to my account.Thus rs.20000 was debited to my account though I GOT only rs.10000. your bank has not reverted back rs.10000 wrongly debited. kindly redress my grievance

Amount not credited in my account
My Complaint number is-5327625185 please share me,what is status of my refund amount.
Wrong debit not refunded
On 20-2-19, Rs. 500/ was debited from my account 57001676688 to Bharathi Airtel under reference IGAFRCGFAO. The transaction did not materialise for which I received the message. However, the amount was debited from my account. This debit entry has not been reversed so far. Please ensure to reverse this debit in my account. Thomas John.
Attitude of bank staff
SBI Branch code :20677 : IFSC :SBIN0020677 Nandyal -Kurnool _dist (A.P).
with the attitude and improper response of the staff is causing much to the customers and particularly the attitude of the so called Head Accountant. further they are insisting the customers to fallow the procedure at their will and pleasure.The RBI asked the pensioners to get the PPO Number entered in the pass book. when approached the Bank authority to make entry the PPO number in the passbook the Head Account refused my request and told me that SBI need not follow the RBI Instruction. When I approached the counter to with draw an amount Rs.5000/- from my saving bank account , he refused to pay and asked to obtain an ATM card or obtain sign of the Accountant head to honor the withdrawal slip. When I asked for the authority he kept blank face further I told him that I am ready to have the ATM card if it is mandatory .None of the Bank staff clarified my doubt and rejected my withdrawal slip.this caused much frustration to me. I am Rtd Superintending Engineer age 68 years I have started banking with SBH since 2000 I didn't felt any inconvenience with the SBH staff after the merging in SBI the tekke branch customers are facing awkward situations .Please advise the staff to treat the customers with due respect and not act thier will and pleasure.
Refund my seven thousand

Withdrawal issue
Amount 2500/- is debited from my account but not received money by me in ATM. At shyampet, hunter road, warangal urban, telengana.
