I bought a redmi 3s mobile from flipkart. i forgot my mi account password and go my browser forgot password and they show no attempt u exceed wait 24 hrs and then sent otp code. in 2 days ago the same message will show again.

When ever I tried to recover my frogott password then it always say u have to many attempts please try Again within 24 hours but after 72hours also it doesn't work.

I brought redmi note 3 from amazon.com. Now i forget my pattern to unlock the phone. on last Thursday i got permission from your company to unlock the same but after 7 days i am not to unlock the same with mi flash unlock tool it hangs at 50% of progress. So please help me to unlock the handset.

Hello xioami my name is JATIN I'm from Chandigarh and I purchased the new MI3s on EMIes. After one and half month my phone fall in water and I went to service center to check my phone condition and what they did there. They check my phone before they check they said we will charge 180rs just for checking that whats problem wile my phone is in warranty and and they check I paid the amount. They said that ur charging jack, ur combo display ur motherboard is off so nothing to do. u will take new another phone and that phone I will show to my friends shop and he said everything is allrigt and only the combo is changed.

So all I want to say that no other service center charge money for checking the phones condition and they gave me wrong information about my phone. They also charged money for checking. So kindly help me in this matter.
