My jio TV is not playing even if network is full please check this for me. If it is like this then after free offer I will throw away my jio sim. If you can solve my problem I am happy to buy your pack. 7005281528.

My internet speed is very slow, call dropping in 5 min net speed is less than 100 kbps, resolve it. Your customer care is not responding. They said only it will resolve but many days over yet not resolved, my jio nos are 8250276218, 7908268365.

I am not satisfied with my jio net. I had been raised a complain on jio care on 27oct. First complain they said your problem will solve within 48hrs, that time my speed is 105kbs. Again I called on 29oct no changes in my speed then said that in your area there is congestion is going their till 10 november, you will getting 4g speed means 2mbps again. My problem was not solve then again I call jio, they said your complain is resolves but my problem is not solve. Again I am getting same speed and raised a new complain on14th november then he said that your complain resolve within 48hrs. After the time given by jio care I am getting same speed, than I again call jio and they said that in your area congestion is high and your problem will solve within 20th november.

Again after the time given by jio care I again call on jio then he said that you're complain is closed. I am again given new complain on 20th November the manager said that before 25th November your problem will solve. Again my speed is 70kbps now my jio speed is 60kbps, jio is too bad, jio is too slow. Pls help me to resolve my complain and my jio number is 7979907248 and my complain number is sr000003aq6s. Please help me jio.

I have bought a jio sim in 150 rs it was not working properly. I am unable to make any call with jio sim even I can not make a call on 1977 and its internet speed is very slow it gives me a speed of 15-20kbps now what to do??

I am not able to make any outgoing calls, if i make a calls i am not hearing any sounds.. but the same mobile if i insert other sim card i am able to make outgoing calls. But in jio sim card i am facing this issue from past 2 days. So please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

When we dial any no. with jio sim, it always says - all routes are busy . It takes 15 to 20 attempts to connect a call. Worst voice connectivity.

Internet is working on my jio no. But i have calling problem so please Solve this problem.

Very bad and poor network in ballari district. Network is very bad and poor signal, pls immediately arrange the network. Jio offer is very good and well i thanks to ambani group of company.

I am user of ur sim with mobile no. 8076604418, having problem since 08.12.2016 i am not able to connect browser or net. After so many complaints in ur customer care till date I am not using net. I made my complaints on regular basis, which some details are are as follows...
