Its being 1 month and still my credit card did not came. While applying for the card the executive told me that the card will be delivered within 7 to 10 day but still no response.
By checking in the site it is showing only in process in status

Now tell me what to do

Trying to update a freaking contact number for my card as the number has been cancelled due to work location change. Unable to do it online neither able to contact you guys by any number. Customer service people are so pathetic that they disconnect or hang up the call just as the call in answered. Not the first time though. If you guys find time for your customer then please call on 7984647209. or at least reply some thing New other than automated response to my email.

Not responsible about drop cheque in hdfc branch for credit card payment by customer. Bank employees say that customer ask daily credit card department' my cheque is clear or not after put in drop box.

Sir madam my credit card application number is CC31046587 and application reference number is 17032812655410S3 and my mobile number is 8125125047. The issue is I applied for credit card in last month but if I track my application status it's showing still in process only till now.

Somehow miissed last month statement for payment towards hdfc credit card.

My credit card has been suspended. Payment cleared but till date credit card still suspended. No reply from customer care deptt. Credit service is very worst n meaningless.

I am rahul Patidar. I am a farmer. I applied for two wheeler loan in HDFC indore. He provided loan but not provied- 1 customer no, 2- rate of interest which he charge, 3- EMI date and amount. He cheat a farmer, he deal in two wheeler dealer and provided fake information related loan amount. why farmer should believe HDFC.

Applied for credit card on Sep 28...still not received, 2 times verification done. Even i didn't receive any msg regarding Created card application.... while enquiry about this. worst customer service from Hdfc bank Richmond circle Bangalore... good bye HDFC.

I am trying to talk to a customer service person since 4 days for a wrong entry in my credit card statement. The toll free number 1800 266 4332 does not work. The other number only takes me only through voice menus. Disappointed! Can someone help me with the right number?
