Unable to speak to customer care representative
I am unable to speak to Customer care representative from morning. very poor service this Customer care has.
Debit card regarding
I have not received any reply or OTP (one time password) to activate the newly supplied chip debit card ending 2593 concerned to my SB account no. 14921020000130 (in cust id 28845645) to use at HDFC Bank ATM (Language selection screen) to create my ATM PIN . The OTP already send to me is expired on 13 Feb 2019 because the said new debit card was not received to my hand at that time. Please resend the OTP Number at the earliest to enable to use the new chip debit card in ATM.
Cancellation of debt card
I am HDFC bank account holder for last more than 10 yrs. I keep on travelling and wanted a debt card which would give me access to lounges at airports in India. While confirming with your customer care executive I was told that platinum debt card gives these facilities and applied for one. But unfortunately it is found that this debt card does give such access at any airport in India. I once again contacted customer care executive to cancel my application for platinum debt card, who in turn expressed inability to do so and told me to communicate with you. My request no is OT 777135.
Now I request you to cancel my debt card booked and oblige, lastly please keep your customer care executives updated about such products to ensure better services or else bank loses its reputation that it has gained over year of public service, thanks and regards Hira lal kalu. Hope an early reply.

I wrongly transfered money
Hii, earlier i text you about my problem one month ago,that i wrongly transferred 2900 to some account. yet i didnt got my money back. I raised my complain and some time your customer care cut the call. i raised complain before 7 days i want my money back. plz help me.
