I have lost my membership card, I do not have remember my card number. It was issued on Nov,2013.
From Big Spencer Stores Mushirabad Main Branch, Hyderabad, Telangana State. Sir if it is possible, kindly

Now a days, the people being posted in billing positions, are not asking/reminding customers to produce their spencers card, if having. Due to this most of the times we are missing updating our spencers card for the purchase. When we are trying for customer care at first instance response is poor and also no feed back they give on updation. One more lethargy is being observed in Hyper Out let at Resapuvanipalem, now a days no one come to our help in removing items we purchased and lying in trolleys. They expect customer to remove and keep on table, though there are huge number of employees kept for this particular job.

We feel there should be some mechanism to resolve this type of problem of updation after sale transaction is completed and customer should be in a position to know on his enquiry. For your satisfaction ask your vigilance to check surprise on such issues also satisfy yourself and take corrective action.

Kindly add points to my card no. 200014263543 for my purchases in your store against bill no. 15625 dated 08/07/2015 for Rs. 1740/- only. In fact it was time to close the store 09:41:17 PM and could not get the membership card. I manage to get the card on 10th July when I visited your store. I was told that points can be added later on when card will be issued.

I am resident of Kurnool. During my camp i have purchased a jeans with size 34 and also shirt in Kadapa spencer stores on 10-08-2015. but the actual size of jeans is 30 whereas label shows 34. when i approached for exchange in kurnool stores, they have not allowed to exchange & says that to approach. i really wondered for not allowing for exchange. many people thinks that all spencer stores are one & same and can exchange any where in spencer stores. i visit the stores regularly and make purchases and am really shocked for this type of attitude of spencer stores. the fault is at spencer stores side. size was wrongly mention and moreover not allowing for exchange in other than stores purchased. I dont understand the use of spencer stores spreading all over india, when exchange is not allowed in other than stores purchased. i hope my problem will be solved at the earliest.

My so sent a Spencer gift card to me for amount from Mumbai the Card No
1001160010056*** valid till 11/08/2015 we have been shopping at Spencer shop at Guntur. When ever we make purchases we ask for expiry of this card. We have been told that this card is valued up to 31 Dec 2015. Even in Oct we did this card they accepted but on 08/11/2015 they did not accept this card we still have balance of Rs 3000/ can u please extend this card date up to 30/11/2015 so that we can use the Balance money. We r regular customers at Spencer's please do the needful.

Fraudulent activities at your Spencer retail at New Town Square, When ever we purchase from this retail shop, all the time the bill is exaggerated. Most of the time we point it out and the bill is rectified. However this is a regular feature that bill is manipulated by adding the items which you have not even purchased. Today also we purchased various items,but bill is showing two extra items at serial number 10 and 11, total amounting Rs 751/-. Please do the needful accordingly. Todays bill amount is Rs 7158.20.Bill number is 87918 dt 13.03.2016.

I am your customer, I was marketed your shopping mall with my scooter’s with my daughter & sister with 3 helmet dated 13/08/2016. I am your regular customer, I also went dated 12/08/2016 kept my scooter’s & helmet your shopping mall basement. But 13/08/2016 at 7:30 p.m my helmet was stolen your basement. When I was saw helmet not present, no one security present in your basement. Then I went to security who was sited on chair end gate. He told “I do not know”. I went entry gate security they are told, go to help desk. He told “go to head security”. Then head security doing misbehave. He do not take any complain & tell me “go go go….out out out” no complain here. Please take necessary action, I highly obliged to you.

I have bought some products from spencer's B T Road. I gave my debit card to the sales man at counter. He told me my card is not working. Then I paid cash for bill payment. Afterwards, I have received a message from my bank, that the billing amount is debited at spencer's. It is clear robbery. I want justice right now. I want my money back now.

I'm the existing customer of your Spencer outlet since last many years. Today I went to your outlet situated at chuiya purva chauraha Sahara state road, jankipuram thana - Guddamba, Lucknow U. P for home shopping as i usually do. There is no price tags on various products like refined oils, mustard oil and many more. so i called the manger there and said very politely that why you do so, what he replied to me that these products will be sold on printed mrp. Basis like Rs. 120 to Rs. 140 even though I had bought these items on cheaper rate on printed mrp. In your outlet, even though if anyone go to retail shop, the shopkeeper also give you the same items in cheap rates as the printed below.

In short i must say that the behavior of your manger was indisciplined n rude. He has no control over there staff as well n failed to manage the outlet. sorry to say that you must shut down your Spencer outlets if it's continues the manger name is Mr. Vipin Verma. Kindly look in this matter otherwise you would loose your customers.

I am living in vijayawada behind spencers. I have a list of complaints...
1. They are not accepting 10 rupee coins. If we complain to the police you have to pay 2000 as fine.
2.The security guard at the entrance not opening the door. He is either chitchatting or using phone. He is very irresponsible.
3. They are checking by calling aside, that is outside a bit behind and telling to undress on the name of check. If the find nothing they don't even say sorry or compensate for what they did.

That's it. It has not happened like this in any super market.

I have purchased 10 days back under offer one for one an item 8906085930190 dinesmart oval basket small for price of rs 128. but I used one of the two 2days back for soaking of almonds. but water leaked from bottom when I turned it back side there were little cracks which I have not seen while purchasing. then I have verified another one which is ok.

Today I brought it to exchange but the bill was misplaced. though it is from our mall it can not be exchanged without bill your return dept and complained there under my phone no 9494849353. is it justifiable to say like that for returning item with manufacturing defect that too with price of rs 64 per piece. I am particular of the reply I got from your mall. I hope you under stand and address the problem by directing them suitably.

We live in Kurnool once we have been to ur Spencer's store and I had a kid with me to ur store. I don't know she put some chocolate in her pocket, I really don't no about that. At last they have just checked it and ur manager some sales girl took me into the room and blackmail me to pay fine. What the f**k he thinks about he shouted on me. I just want file case on ur stores what do u think of urself u bloody people. Your f**king manager he is f**king guy I just don't want to leave him he don't have Any proof and said that he had proof. How can u put like that stupid people in ur store u and ur bloody f**king store.

Dear sir,

I have purchase some product of amount rs1203 from spencer branch-Lekhraj dollar complex.i have given by debit card to sales counter.he told me that my card is not working.then I paid from cash of rs1100 and left item of rs 100 as shortage of money. After my bank statement said that my amount of rs 1203 will detect thrice time.

I call to manager Mr. Amod and mr.Rahul singh but they didn't register my complaint. I asked for complaint book but they refused to do so and tried to give feedback form which I not filled so.
It is totally robert. I want my money back please help.

I don't think this outlet is worried about their goodwill & long term business ethics. Now a days they started cheating to their customer. we can easily be dragged in to the nearby spencer outlet by their attractive Adds., and their after start purchasing randomly. But they used to manipulate in their billing software in such a manner that the price will be charged higher than reflected in location once you pay the computer bill. Such thing happened with me 3/4 times. Once I made it to cutomer desk, they started sorry and replace my orientation by offering little gift items which are non-moving at their store. I was simply watching and tried to adjust myself with the difficulty faces by the representatives at Spencer. But now I am planning to go up to consumer forum with the last billing case ( Bill No.2/Tax Inv. No.13984/casier 10034038 dt. 03/03/2019 and CIN051229WB2000PLC154278) vide CRM Loyalty card No. 200024544508.

I do not know whether the Mgt./ Authority of spencor will look into urgently within a week or so, to solve the mentioned problem with suitable compensation to all the customers who have purchased the product code no.0801( STPL SOR ALMONDSINHORA ) from Lekhraj Dollar, Indira Nagar(LKO) Spencor on the same day. Otherwise face the consumer court order within a short period of time.

Thanks only for stop cheating your customer by hook & crook to earn profit to hold a MNC status.

While of the staff member was accommodating and helped in finding the items other staff member was Extremely Rude and aggressive behavior shouting at the customer and staff. Please Respect your customers You CANNOT be Rude or shouting at the customer.

During this crisis period of COVID-19, i had place an order with on your app for few products.
Order ID : 001920872

I had placed order for amul butter 500gm, your store sent 100gm pack, when i returned it with a note along with the delivery boy, also called the help desk, i still didnt get my amount back.. Butter was worth rs 235... I havent received a call also from the back end team. On the account of serving customer they are cheating the customer, they dont even accept cash on delivery, post your payment, the store plays all this nonsense games.

This needs to be taken care.. I have the bill the copy of the product returned. I am going to the consumer court of india.

I have ordered groceries in your site, order no 001933903 but your people have brought some items and you people missed 2 items (i.e 50kg rice, 2kg Atta) when your people have not informed. We suffering with your service still now money also dint credited. What the fucking service you are giving to us. If stock is not there you have to inform to us without any information your people gave some items only at that time i was not at my house. The staff of Spencer of south city Kolkata especially the Garment section Floor Manager Abhik Maity is very rude and does not help the customers. I bought a top worth rupees 899/- from Spencer on 01/07/2020 and when I went home and tried it I found it was too small and not fit with my body then I went to Spencer of Southcity Kolkata again on 05/07/2020. But instead of exchanging my top he was shouting at me and he had informed to me that the product was not changed due to this COVID 19 and I have agreed this norms to set by your department but I have informed to him (Abhik Maity) that the time when I was purchased this product your sales guy had told us the trial process has been stop due to COVID and she Was confirmed to me if any dispute has been arises after purchased then you can change the item from Spencer. But today I came to exchange this product and Mr Abhik Maity told us no exchange any product  then we told him your sales guy was lying with us about to exchange this product but in that time Mr Abhik Maity rudely shouting on me With abusing words. Is this the way you treat your customer? I had been a regular customer of Spencer all around in West Bengal but nowhere else had I received such bad treatment.

Your brand value is being ruined by this kind of staff. As far as I am concerned I am thinking of complaining to the consumer forum about this kind of stuff (Mr Abhik Maity) but since i have been a loyal customer of Spencer so I thought I would bring this to your attention. I hope you will take necessary action. Please being a gentleman Customer I would request you to stop this kind of behavior by Top level Manager and it’s looks very poor in spencer abusing word and very rude manners by Mr Abhik Maity as a floor Manager of Spencer of South city and I was shocked his behavior  like  as a sales guy of Gariahat local market or Dharmatala rood Street market. Kindly request higher management to look into this matter.

Subject: Denied to sell groceries, essentials and misbehaved, shouting, screaming on me and used abusive words, rough languages inside and outside the store and said not to come here again as my family member is COVID infected.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Food & Groceries (Essentials). The issue that I have experienced was: On 23.04.2021 at about 9 AM I went to Spencers store at Sreebhumi, Kolkata, West Bengal for shopping groceries, essentials. I was shopping inside the store when the security man came to me asked me to immediately leave the store as he has received instructions from his Manager to stop entering me inside the shop as my family member is Covid infected. I said him that I am not Covid infected even I had a Covid test recently and you can see my report now which is in my cell phone and I need to buy groceries, essentials urgently as I need them, he said me to immediately leave the shop and stand outside and started misbehaving with me and talking roughly, he said that he has clear orders from him Manager and higher officials also to do so.

I had some oranges in my hand and I wanted to shop more but the security man didn't allowed me to do so, as such I went to the billing counter to bill the oranges. I was completing the billing and leaving the shop, in the meantime a salesman came from behind and started shouting on me talking very roughly and said that don’t come to this store and started using abusive languages then I asked him not to do so, the salesman said that he has clear orders from his manager, I requested him not to be so harsh as I have came to shop groceries, essentials and there are crores of Covid infected patients across the world for whom their family members are shopping but this type of behaviour is not experienced anywhere, he was showing me big eyes and insulting me.

I left the shop, the security man and the sales man came outside following me and at the staircase outside the store they started shouting, screaming, abusing me and started using rough abusive, slang languages and said me "dont come over here" we will get Covid infected from you and we don’t want to sell you anything our manager has said us to do so. public gathered from their loud voices who were standing outside the store in between whom they used slang, abusive words, shouting screaming, to me, it created a scene outside the store, the public was watching .

How come the company Spencers can give such instructions to their staff to misbehave, shout, abuse, use slang words to customers inside and outside the shop and create a scene inside and outside the store so that customers should not come inside the store to purchase groceries, essentials for his Covid effected family members.

The common practice which is being followed in all company stores as for Big Bazar, Subhiksha, Reliance Fresh, etc is checking of temperature and provide sanitizers to customers at the time of entry and if the temperature is beyond the point then stop the customer, but surprisingly your Sreebhumi, Spencers store they has a separate agency which deals in investigating customers personal profile and stop entering them into shop by using abusive, slang words, misbehaving,shouting, screaming, if there family members are COVID infected.

I have never seen or heard about this kind of incident anywhere, there are crores of public who are COVID infected for whom there family members are buying groceries, essentials, but no store has denied to sell groceries, essentials and used abusive words, inside and outside the store and being so harsh and shouting and saying don’t come here.

It occurred on: 23/04/2021. Take immediate and strict action against the security man, sales man, Manager and other officials involved in it and immediately terminate their service in the grounds of humanity.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
