I have purchased GB4xl from Bharath Enterprises situated at 1-2-288/32/B/1, Indiara Park x Road, Domalguda, Hyderabad -29, vide invoice no Bh/68/2014-15 dt 24/04/2014. Few days back the glass top was broken when cooking is in process. Total glass ie 100% developed got cracks. It clearly indicates that there is a manufacturing defect in the glass. Hence you take care and see that it will be covered under warranty. Don't force us to file a suit in consumer forum.

We have purchased Smart Plus 3 Burner Blackline Cooktop on 18th october 2015 from Big Bazaar, Vasant Kunj. Its very sad to say that the brass gas burners are not working properly at all. We have tried the customer care number plenty of times for 3 days but unfortunately we didnt got any response from you guys. Hope that you will look upto this problem soon as we are facing a lot of inconvenience. Thank you!

We approached the seller Coimbatore Steel House for service, they told that you can contact company in toll free number. Kindly try to change the burners immly and help us from sufferings.

I purchased a kettle of your company but it was leaking from the base. I complained about it to the shop and also to the service center, where it was kept for three months and was returned back. They told they dont have the parts available. I talked the every service center but they keep forwarding the complaint to each other and are not solving my problem. My warranty is remaining till 3rd March 16. If you cant solve my complaint i would be filing a case in consumer court on 22nd Feb 16. I am from Jorhat, Assam.

Sir i have bought induction cooker of pigeon company on 11/08/2016 and it got defected while cooking so it is in warranty period. Model is SK1409RC104358.

Pigeon Induction Cooker has been bought 3years ago. First one and half year it has not been used due to not suitable place to keep it in kitchen room. It has been used more than one year before. Suddenly, it has been stopped to work. Any kind of liquid like milk, tea, water keeping in induction steel container has not been warmed up. It has been taken at a repairing shop in Bankura town of West Bengal named Dipa Store where an expert technician of induction cooker comes from Durgapur City town for one day in a week. The said technician has changed a few part i.e. Condenser, 4 pins, 3pin IGBT, Resistance etc. Rupees three hundred fifty has been spent. Thereafter five to six days it has given service smoothly. After that it has been further out of order. Now what will I do, please suggest me in my e-mail address.

I brought Pigeon INDUCTION COOKTOP Sterling 3 months ago online with 1 year warranty. But it has not been working for 1 week. There is no service center in Jabalpur, MP of your company. Help me, my gas stove burners are not working properly. The flame intensity has reduced a lot.

I have electronic blender last 2018 Oct and it got defect and I hand it over to service center agent. Still now I have not any single response from them whenever am calling. Even customer call, missed call service are not at all working and resolving. I have paid the money to brought it and they have not given to as complementary gift.. Mover high to the peaks they have humiliated me as well.

I had bought pigeon Aluminium pressure cooker from Dmart (252, Varthur Rd, Patel Narayanswamy Layout, Siddapura, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066) on 17th march, 2019 ( Bill No- 05-0103). However, now I am facing lot of issues with this cook & its becoming very dangerous as well.

1. It doesn't whistle but If I tried using the same whistle in other cooker it does work.
2. There is some issue with the lid because it doesn't allow the whistle probably to work.

I went & spoke with Dmart people as advised by customer care but they said there are no promoters of pigeon is available in the store from last 5 months. So, at last I have to write this email about this bad product.

I tried contacting to customer care several times in which hardly I would have been managed to speak twice because either no-one receives the call or the call gets end automatically.

Please advise what could I do with this product because it's hardly 7 months whereas the warranty is of 5 years.

The product (Oximeter) stop working, I approached medical store (Uttam medical as bill attached) from where I bought product. he mention to talk with customer care of Gilma... I spoke with customer care she mention to talk with Kalpesh (mobile-8320650220)... I spoke with Kalpesh ...he mention to again talk with Medical store.

Moreover, medical store mention this product comes without GST bill so he can not provide me GST bill...and I believe this is against the law and ethics.

I felt myself as football and every one passing ball from each other and no one really want to help me. I would like to request my product to be fixed or really give me the single answer.
