Very bad customer service, Call center guys never pick up the phone, no one replies to email. They should rather shutdown these fake number instead of fooling customers.

I registered on IRCTC website but did not received my password, i checked and rechecked my number and tried registering many times but without success. I also tried from a different phone number but still never received any sms. This is very bad.

I have been traveling on Indian railways since a long time but this was the first time i had faced so much inconvenience in a single trip. Firstly IRCTC deducted the money twice while booking tickets online, then the food served on the train was stale which caused food poisoning to my brother. Thirdly the great Indian Railways misplaced our luggage kept in luggage van in the same train we were traveling!

We did get our luggage back but only after three days of begging to the railway staff. Overall a nerve wrecking experience.

I booked a train ticket using my credit card but the amount was deducted twice by IRCTC. I want my extra amount to be returned back. The customer care number is not working... how do i proceed with it?

I had booked rly tickets on 4/6/2016 train no 12760 and my pnr no 4839851573 still iam not get the refund money. pl reply.

I have tried to book ticket on irctc using
User ID :- rggulhane
Date of journey :- 1st november 2016
from mumbai to madgao
my money has been deducted "3 times" (i.e 813 rupees each time).
Date of booking :- 10 september
it has been deducted by axis bank. so i request you to please refund my money back to my account.

I have book online ticket on 12/9/19 between NDLR to BCT Journey dt 16/10/16 PNR 2550757499 due to oversight not selected newly introduced travel insurance facility by Rly. Can i avail this facility now if yes than what formalities to done from my end Pls guide.

I made a journey to & fro Dhanbad - Lucknow by train. I lost my e ticket and now I want a copy of it for claiming the travelling allowance from the government. Can I get a PNR no. 6351488500 Dhanbad to Lucknow train no 13151 on 20-05-2016.

This is to inform you that I booked two ticket r/o- K K pandey age 54 from Mumbai to Delhi & Meerut to Mumbai dated 12—08-2016 and 28-8-2016 and same had been cancelled due to some reason. Appreciate 1.5 month spent but till dated amount not refunded by irctc to the same account. So please do the same.

My self Vinayak Lad, I have a booked a ticket from Thane to Ratnagiri Dtd. 19-11-2016, some how that sms got deleted from my end for Pnr No. I want to have that PNR no. i had booked my train on 13-11-2016. 2 times transaction been done from my system account and 2 times from mobile app but money deducted 5 times. here is the tax no. of msg from irctc-631810017387 and 631810018144. please refund the extra amount which has been deducted twice from my sbi account as soon as possible.

PNR NO 6158584759 HWH NJP AC EXPRESS and PNR NO 6158621533 NJP HWH SHATABDI EXPPRESS booked on 16 Nov and 18 Nov respectively were cancelled one week later. But I am not getting my refund. I m also trying the customer care for irctc, but no response. Very bad experience.
