I have deposited Rs 15000 on dated 01.09.2014 for premium due on 13.09.2014 for my policy No 06161986 and Rs 15000 again deducted due to auto debit on 30.09.2015. Therefore you are requested to kindly reverse the payment of Rs 15000 on the registered credit card for auto debit or inform about the process for refund.

A month after lodging a complaint at you NOIDA Sec 18 office, with Manasvi Samvedi (5/2/15), i receive an SMS that i need to a certain sum to retain this dubiouis transaction, that now somehow stinks of corruption and collusion at the highest level.

Moreover the complaints have been been re-defined as "Request for change in personal contact details" is almost day light robbery, that leaves no doubt as to the defined company policy, amounting to a "Class Action Suit". I retain the receipt of written complaints submitted to your office. You have already misrepresented the whole case, clearly exposing your malpractice and violations.

I want an answer on my complaints, rather than misleading replies, that further add to your reputation in malpractice, that may now be heard in higher quarters!
Your reply please on my complain. A full record of all transactions is being kept!

Surprised to see, that a customer complaint site is moderated, and that you shall decide what is "appropriate and off topic"! You prove your work methodology once again. Can you quote any consumer/corporate law that allows you to peint point no 3 down below!

Your reply, or await stringent IRDA/Consumer action. No harm informing Ms Chanda Kochhar, and I insist that you should.

I have made the payment of Rs.20,000 in the month of november 2013.At that time may be the permium payment was same wath lers and that's why the permium amount was not applied to the policy. I did not get any calls or lettlied to form the company stating that i have to make the shortfull paymant. The payment which i made in november 2013 has also been refunded to me which i have not received it now, when i visited the branch 9 time's. I came to know that my policy is in paid.up status. NOW the policy has late payment charges of amount RS.4969.as of 16/12/2014. I am unable to make such heavy late payment. I request you to waive off my charges as I want to continue with policy. Other relatioship with prudenticl .policy no 1,17164013,2.p no.1621700

Sir my health policy no is 18123136. I tried paying the money (late payment) 18000 and also submitted PDF format documents but i got a message saying your policy is lapsed due to insufficient funds. Only personal health declaration form is required for revival of policy. I received this message today, plz rectify my problem.

With reference to the above, as our Policy No. 01399708 has been matured on dt- 16-02-15 I contact your Branch Office at Korba Chhattisgarh. Officials of your branch has intimated that your maturity period has go over so that your policy has been converted as pension and he advise me that if want any request you must ask or write to our head Office Mumbai.

As I regretted that I could not claim the case within stimulated time due to any information not received from ICICI on sum unavoidable circumstances. I want to get the opportunity option to get Pension with 33.33٪ Annuity Return .You are therefore requested to accept my kind request and oblige me.

1. I was taken a policy No 1057890 from your Ahmednagar branch. Now I close my Policy from your Pune Viman Nagar Branch Office. Now the amount transfer to my account No 000505023652 (this account was automatically Open by ICICI Bank and check book issue to me).
2. Actually I have only account No 037901508951 (which is currently in use).
3. During Jan 2015 when I had transfer my account to Pune Branch from Ahmednagar I request for a check against my account No 037901508951. But your Bank issue cheque against 000505023652.
4. Now, You are requested to transfer amount against Policy No 1057890 to my account No 037901508951.

Amt of 1964/- pertaining to tds/ others dated 19/03/2008 has been recovered from my current com of rs 5265 paid on13/02/2016. I do not understand how the eight years old recovery is effected now without informing me. kindly advise me the details of recovery made and actual payment made to me on 19/03/2008 so that I can claim refund of tds from income tax authorities in my I-tax returnfor. When I went to your office at Vadodara for surrender of my policy, staff sitting in customer cell do not behave in good manners. They do not respect the elderly persons and also an advisor of iPru like me. I am an advisor since 2007. There is no priority for sr. citizens as well as advisors.

If Premium collection centres are opened in various parts of Vadodara city, then it will be very easy to pay renewals in time. Since iPru Management has closed many branches in the city and the main office is situated very far from the city, it is very difficult for old customers to approach for various jobs like surrender, renewal or claims etc.

With respect i want to say that i am an adviser of your company. My adviser license is being expired on 02.12.2016, so i want to renew it. In this matter i had gone to local ICICI pru Jhalawar Rajasthan branch but there is no satisfactory answer given to me. I don't know what should i do in this case.
