LPG gas stove is not working properly. There is very less flame and heat from the burner. This makes cooking very difficult. I want to get it repaired.

I have purchased kitchen sink tap in the month of November 16. The tap is leaking continously since last few days. We contacted Ms. Royal ceramics Thane from where we purchased the Hindware said TAP with warranty of 10 years.He could not help us. We are trying to contact you on your customer care contact no.but not getting the no.too.
Instead of giving warranty and service give us the best flawless product.

I had purchased a Hindware Chimney in Sept 2016, but got installed in Dec 2016. But the "Lights" were found non- functioning (in June 16). It were not checked at the time of installation. Also we didn't use it for a long time, as we were not present here for a long time. Now the chimney is not working properly - auto cleaning not working at all.

Made complaint and was told it would be changed within a week but I am waiting since last 1 month. I have been continuously in touch with them but every time they give a certain excuse and now they r not picking the phone up. very poor after sales service.

Geyser service is very low quality.

I am having a painful experience. If this is your after sales service then who will believe you? I purchased hindware cistern one year ago but during the month of october 17 the push system within it became out of order. I lodged complaint. the siliguri dealer says it is not available there... it would be brought from kolkata. afterwards I was told that it was not available in kolkata also. it would be brought from delhi. Several times I have telephoned but they are still saying it will be delivered shortly. one month is elapsing... but it has not reached yet. how long should I wait? My complaint no is MJ915589.

I am not sure if this message can go to someone in senior management of Hindware Chimney service group. It seems hindware are not just there in after sales. I purchased the chimney an year back and called up the toll free number 5 times before someone came from service centre. The worst was yet to come - the chimney stopped working completely after the service and the service person never picked up my phone call.

I again called up toll free number twice but no one has visited us yet. Pathetic is the light word for hindware - if I don't hear back in next 25 hrs I am going to forward my experience on WhatsApp and Facebook. If someone from hindware can give me a call at 9811219479 , I will explain the sorrow.

I had registered a complaint about the unfitting lid of the WC. Service person inspected WC and informed me that he will bring another Lid. But even after contacting same service person he never brought the lid and solved the issue. He always say that he coming on next day. My issue is still not solved.

Last year I buy all the toilet things from the hindware but all are not working properly. some flush and water tab shine as gone, it is not working properly do some things.

I requested many times to change the plates of concealed cistern no one is to answer anything.

I purchase a new bravia plus hob in this model in the knob there was very high heat in short time. I Purchased the before one month only ten days i am using this hob. Very difficult to touch the knob there was a bubbles in my finger because of heat. Kindly solve the problem.

Cistern flush not working at all.

It's been more than 2 months I have reported the customer care executive that my geyser is not working and their technician has asked me to place a replacement by contacting customer care as Geyser is under warranty. I followed up with Supervisor Amrutha, Shyam but no response from anyone. They asked me contact Regional Manager, Service Center head and so on but no response from anyone yet. This is one of the pathetic experience I ever had. I request you not to go with Hindware products ever as they do not value for their customer and keep troubling them for smallest thing ever. Not sure if ever they are going to resolve my issue as due to the geyser now my entire house power is getting dripped.

No reply of complaint. no attention paid to customer. no action taken against erring technician inspite of drawing attention of his malpractices, absolutely rubbish.

I ordered geyser 25 litre online it provided free installation but my local centre charged me .installation was not properly done it was leaking and service centre phone was not responding.it seems a pure cheating.

There is water leakage from the sink cock with swivel.
