We have a hindware cooking range and none of its burners are working properly. A complaint regarding the same had been filed early in september. Twice I got home visits from service providers, on both occasion we got the same reply that it needs to be replaced and even photos were taken. But till date nobody has turned up to set it right, in spite of hundreds of calls to various department including plenty of calls and sms to the national head of customer service mr anuj gaur.

This shows the absolute apathy and irresponsibility of the company towards providing service to its customers. Since then we have been using convection cooker to cook wasting a whole lot of electricity and paying up for it too. We approached the national consumer helpline and were advised to send and email to the company and then send a legal notice. We are planning to pursue the same course of action as advised.

I had bought a 3 litre (SR. No.GP.!.15.000621) on 12.12.2016 from a dealer at Lokhandwala Township, Kandivali East. My assumption for instant water heater means that it should provide continuous hot water but it is not the case. The water is heated for a while later it is cold.

I would appreciate for your technical advice and provide me the contact details of your technician who can visit my home for investigation.

I am in chennai Yesterday I received a hindware air cooler 85liter from flipkart. I really like the product very much the only issue is the blades are not rotating inside. I need a immediate service for it otherwise I need to return a product please kindly reply contact no: 9566000203.

I have purchased chimney from Hindware through Amazon. The product was delivered on 12 Oct 17. The call for installation was raised vide KAI0159395 and task assigned to engr Kamal Motwani. However, neither I received a call from service engineer or any emails from your office. Customer care number was continuous busy on 12,13,14 Oct 17.15 Oct I could talk to customer care executive. He informed that my service request was cancelled. But no information or intimation in this regard sent to me. He told that he is again registering my request and forwarding to service engineer. However no request number sent to me. Again I talk to customer care executive today. I was again told that my request was cancelled and no fresh request was registered. On request she registered the service request and the number is KAI 0162656 of 17 Oct 17.

It is very poor service of the Hindware not to provide service engineer in 7 days after delivery of the product even after repeated requests. I hope some officials in chain of command may be monitoring the issue.

I complained about a leaking flush tank on 5th. 48 hours later, no response from the company except a no-reply sms giving me a complaint code. When I call customer care, they tell me on 7th December that I will get a call within 72 hours!!! Very poor service.

I have purchased 2 Bib Cock Floral taps 8-7-2018. They are giving leakage. Please take necessary action immediately. The cost of the 2 taps Rs.1,434/-. This is my 1st experience (and used 1st time) reg. Hindware product.

I bought a sink mixture in 2015. Since that time i have been complaint more than 6 times technicians come and repair that but there is no significance of complaint. Leakage is as same as it was. Since it is also in guarantee period period, so please change the defective piece.
