I registered on IRCTC website but did not received my password, i checked and rechecked my number and tried registering many times but without success. I also tried from a different phone number but still never received any sms. This is very bad.
Delete my number in IRCTC app

Refund of failed transaction
I tried booking a ticket for 2 passengers on dt. 30/07/17 and the transaction id no. 100000926678438. It is showing as failed payment in the failed transaction, whereas an amount of rs. 1510 has been deducted from my icicI bank account on the same time. Pl. Refund the amount as soon as possible on by account and necessary intimation may pl. Be sent on my mail id. The snapshot of the failed txn. Is attached for reference.

Not getting lower birth as opted while booking
I have booked three ticket in Rajdhani express form New Delhi to Patna in PNR No.2562639410 and opted atleast two lower birth because the two passengers are old aged and patients. But, after booking all three births are allotted upper without any massage or notice. So, please change at least two lower birth out of three.

Concession to sinior citizens
I booked two tkts for two adults sr.citizens vide PNR no.2335785812 and 6605252770 from Darbhanga to New Delhi and back for 14th Oct. & 18th Oct.2017 respectively. While booking by mistake I couldn't tick the column for sr. Citizens and I paid full amount of the tkts. Will you please consider my mistakes and refund the concession amounts to my bank account?

Ticket booking failed
I have booked the ticket in purusottam express (12802) for 17 sep. My money has been deducted from the account but the ticket booking is showing failed (transaction id - 100000961147952). So i requested u to enquire the matter and inform me for that. So that i should have to book the ticket again or this booking will be confirm.

I have booked in railway e-ticket through online IRCTC NEXT GENERATION PORTAL and payment was deducted from my Savings Bank Account. But ticket status failed “(Ticket details: Name Sri P.D. I have booked ticket on 5 sep with pnr no 2236107454. It is cancel from your side but still now my money is not back in my bank account.
Refund not credited to my account
PNR No.4853109147 & PNR No.8547900792 were cancelled on 24 th Aug & 16Th August. Till date money not refunded to account.
Forced to travel in lower class by railway
I booked three berths 2nd AC in the train no.22456 KLK/SAINAGAR super exp. all 2nd AC seats were confirmed but we were forced to travel in 3rd AC on dt.03-09-2017 from Kalka to Sai nagar. No matter but I should get the difference. My booking ID was:100000838955326 and PNR No.2331613698.

PNR 6405680263, ticket was cancelled but refund of Rs. 150/- has not been credit in my account till date i.e. 13/09/2017. DD-IRCTC gave a message to me on 08/09/2017 at 1327 hrs that Rs. 150/- will be refunded within 3-4 days.

I had cancelled the ticket on 17.09.2017. And amount of 420 has to be credited to my account. But after 5 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 17.09.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below.
