Sir due to failure of my ticket booking on 5th December at approx 9:30am and 10:52pm .Also on 6th December 2021at 6:30pm all that three times amount was deducted from my account but only one time it is refunded. So please refund the rest amount as soon as possible.

I am unable to book Rail tickets for the past one year and there must be some technical problem. I am able to open my IRCTC website and after filling the name and other details, when I select mode of payment, it is going back and asking me to sign in again. This is happening for the past one year and every time when I wanted to book a ticket I am depending on someone. Lots of times I called up to the Customer Care phone numbers but that's not resolving my problem. Hence please resolve this issue at the earliest and do the needful.

When i go to irctc my account. my profile my mobile number does not change and it is written that irctc has been created before this number. That's why you are requested to change my (update my) number 7074404108.

My money deducted three times on 17 Mar 2022.
(i) Transaction ID 100003275540667
(ii) Transaction ID 100003275612174
(iii) Transaction ID 100003275613220
my money has been deducted "3 times" (i.e 2100.75 rupees each time).

it has been deducted by SBI. so i request you to please refund my money back to my account.

On 28th feb i booked ticket and deducted twice from my account . after sending many time my complain still they are asking to wait . shameful for a airline to be this much messy and careless .
