On Feb 25, 2015, I ordered a germ kill kit and was waiting for it to arrive till yesterday!

Yesterday I again registered a fresh order and a lady at the other end promised to send somebody to my place yesterday itself, which did not happen. Today I got a call from number 9846653917 asking for my address. I said I am in kazhakootam and this guy gave me a number 9387477783 and said I should call up Rajiv as he caters to my area. He said he is from vatiyurkav

When I asked him why I should call somebody as it is the call centers duty to send somebody, he said the call center does not correct the address mentioned in their records and I SHOULD HELP MYSELF IF I NEED SERVICE!! I called up the service center and spoke to one Santosh - he said my order of Feb 25 has been completed as per your records. My question is am I mad to order for a second germ kill set if my earlier order was taken care of!

My email id is wrongly entered in your records and I had asked the person who I spoke to, to correct the id - it is still wrongly mentioned in your records!

My address is FLAT NO.4, NEK BUILDING, OPP HYUNDAI SHOWROOM, VETTU ROAD, KAZHAKOOTAM, TRIVANDRUM 695013.

I want to know if you will provide me service or if I should throw the pureit water filter and go for any other filter - you should be aware that there are many competitive brands available in the market.

If you wish to provide service to me, please correct my details in your records. If not, let me know and I shall approach the consumer court and am letting them know about your after sales service.

I exchanged Pureit (advanced ) of 23 litres content with my old one of 9 litres on 27/12/2014 from Barsha Enterprise Khirishtala , Sonarpur ,kol-700150 ( ID NO. 1930535354) . The old machine provided trouble free service and we were highly satisfied with the quality of water. But, the tormentation started with the replacement of the Advanced Model.The water was so filled up with chlorine smell that we had to give up drinking it , in spite of regular maintenance by one Shri Subhas Ghosh deputed by Barsha Enterprise. The problem remained the same. Lastly, as per Shri Ghosh's advice the G.K.K.was replaced on 4/3/2015 and again on 11/7/2015. The position remained unaltered. I lodged a complaint with you, vide no. C156930398 and in compliance, the same Shri Ghosh attended on 12/08/2015 and cleaned it. The position remains unaltered till to-day. We have now done away with the use of the machine and resorted to drinking mineral water. What an irony of fate! In spite of having the machine I am unable to use it and defray extra expenses towards purchasing mineral water.

I would request you to please depute an expert Technician from your Head Office, so as to resolve the snag.

I bought 14 liter advance water purifier. My first complain was on 10th December2015, complain no- c157227085. They called me & said to provide service next day but technician didn't came. After one week they sent me message that your complain has been attended. Anyhow i solved my problem myself. But i faced problem again on 1st April 2016. My complain no is c167454717. They again call me to provide technician next day but they didn't came. I called them again & again and they only kept saying sir technician will reach at your home next day but didn't came. As earlier they sent me message that your complain has been attended. I call in Calcutta & maharashtra (pune) customer care but they also didn't help me. I realised i made a big mistake to buy this company product . I also realised all employees of this company are bunch of crook! What should i do please suggest me ?

I had purchased a flat at Golden Sand Appartments, Gazipur, Zirakpur. Now the builder is providing Pureit RO With the flat. Yet i have to shift in that flat but yesterday i noticed that the RO duly installed by the company was not working properly and thus lodged a telephonic complaint at the company No. The authorised rep of the co came and told us that the broken filter assy was wrongfully installed so its malfunctioning. Now that i had made a request of totally replacement of the RO Assembly as it looked the whole RO is old one but the company service centre rep Mr YASH with cell No 9888894748 has bluntly refused to do so and said that we can complain anywhere we wish.

So if this is the attitude of such a big group UNILEVER towards their customers, the faithful customers will loose faith on their products. So may i request the Sr Executives of the co to personally look into the matter and sort out the problem at the earliest. The service of company is very poor. I bought a ultraUV model and live in bhusawal town. On 28/6/2016 i ordered for a germkit which was promised within 24 hrs which is yet to arrive by 19 hrs on 30/06/2016. moreover the service center send me a message stating that your complaint has been attended.wonderful. if such is a state of service from company like hul, then only god can help.

New product 8901030595585 purchased from metro Lko not working motor failed. No response of my complaint no C-16796318 on 24.9.2016 till to day much harassment no remedy said by metro authorized Si decided to go court of law for legal remedy.

Requested for installation of Pureit Ultimate RO+UV on 12/10/16. Was informed it will done within two days. No response from the team till 14/10/16... again registered a complaint and was given the same reply that installation will be done in two days. Till 16/10/16 evening (8.00 pm) no one came to solve the issue.....was again give the same reply ..complaint registered. If this is the kind of service the company offers, then I made a mistake that I choose its product.

This is my first feedback about a product in my life in open forums so far. Pureit made me to write here.

I am really feeling very bad for being a Pureit customer. I have requested for germ kit filter change for Pureit classic 23 litres on Feb 23rd 2017. There is no one ready to replace the filter. On March 15, 2017 I received a message from you that service request is resolved and thanks for paying XYZ amount. Despite being calling for so many time to your customer care number and number provided through message, no help is received so far. Very pathetic experience from you. Your people said "It will be rectified and resolved within 24 hours of time". Do you want me to wait for months to change a small germ kit filter? How irresponsible you are? I am having old aged parents and small kids in my home. You really don’t understand how much important it is for them to drink healthy water!

Every time when I register a request I get a contact number. Every time when I call him, he gives a smart reply that place where I am living will not come under his responsibility and he will inform to concerned person. He goes in to invisible mode.

After registering a complaint, I got a call from one of your very important person and ensured that "filter will be replaced within 24 hours".

Unfortunately you people have registered a complaint also.

If you are assuring something, please show some ethics. Don’t cheat customer with your commitments.

I did a big mistake by buying this product. Please dont buy this product. I think all customers are wasting their time by writing their feedbacks here.

Now tell me what I am supposed to do? How long I have to wait.

I am using your Hindustan Pureit- Marvella UV and now a days from the past one week, Filtration failure and getting Dirty water. Kindly arrange to change CSF as early as possible. Awaiting your technical staff to visit my home and repair it as early as possible.

I am using the Pureit marvella UV since about 4 years. we being only four members in home I used to get water nearly for 7 to 8 months. Now, I got my germikit (new type) replaced on 30th may 2017 for Rs 1200/- by registering with customer care number. It worked only for 2 months and red light started glowing. I complained to customer care, they sent technician by name Sanjay from Maruthi agencies. I was thinking that he will check the kit and replace it as it has failed before giving 3000 liters of water. Instead he just pressed the reset button and demanded service charge of Rs 150, which I denied to pay initially. But he started arguing with me that he can do only that much and i have to give service charges. Then I spoke to customer care number the lady expressed her helpless condition and she told me that company can not give any guarantee for the kit.So, I have paid service charges of Rs 150/_.

Now, tell me if I replace the kit and if it again fails in one week, then whats the use. I was expecting that as the Germikit failed in short time, the company will replace with a new one. But it did not happened so. Today customer care lady called me to ask about the quality of service. I told all the facts, then she told me that she will look into the matter. This is the first time, the service and the new kit was totally unsatisfactory.

My complaint Number is C179067661, registered on 2nd of October,2017. Today is 18th October and the work has still not been completed.I am disgusted with the company and the employees named Ankush Gupta (sales department),etc. who have constantly deceived us and made false promises even after several repetitive calls and messages.The calls and our conversations have been recorded in the company’s records. I request you to take strict actions against them and get our work done as soon as possible, preferably by today itself.

My pure it sediment filter has been exhausted. so i tried installing the new one bt after completing each process the blue light is still there, which means that it had been auto shut down. please help.

I have purchased 3 set RO+MF approx 1.5 yars back in which one ro+mf set was in warranty period. I faced a lot of problem so i returned to the Sitapur dealer free of cost.

Aur ab ek ro+mf me approx ek month pehle filter change karaya tha us din se ro me water supply nahi aa rahi hai. meine 4-5 times customer care me complain ki complaint no. - CO342510863 koi bhi ro +mf sahi karne nahi aaya kya is ro+mf ko bhi free of cost aap ki company ko vaapas kar do. MY REGISTER NO - 9415047007 , PIN CODE - 261001.

I had purchased above said RO water pureit on 9.2.2014 from Gothi Sons, Visakhapatnam. Please advise me your authorised service centre and phone number. I am contacting local service centre representative whether he is authorised or not I do not know. He is advising me to change filters and other spare parts every year approximately it is costing Rs.2500/- in addition to service charges. I have purchased at Rs.14000/- and I have spent an amount of Rs.10000/- extra during these four years. Please solve my problem and advise me suitably on additional expenditure.

For the last ten days we have been trying to get a minor problem in our Puritas Marvel UV water purifier. The red light for filter change was on though we had changed the filter only a few months ago. We called customer care at the number given. They registered a complaint No. CO. 346332503. After a couple of days two unskilled technicians came and fiddled with the machine and said they had corrected the blinking light. After they collected the service charge and departed the water filter broke down completely. No lights are on and no water is collected in the tank. We tried calling customer service. They said the matter had been attended to and if we are not satisfied we should send a complain to 9223200200. I sent a sms to this number. There was no acknowledgment. Then they have a web site on which one can record a complaint. I recorded my complaint and pressed the Submit button. Nothing happened. I tried to send an e-mail to the address give, The e-mail would not go. I am disgusted with the service.

Purit should take their responsibilities more seriously and attend to the complaints promptly. I do not know if this mail will have any effect.

I have purchased Hindustan unilever water purifier -(PUREIT RO+UV+
MF with eco technology) from flipkart on dated 23.sep 2021 with order ID OD122900658810929000 , from date of installation i expressed by dissatisfaction about the quality of product to unilever technician who has came for installation.

Even i have wrote in feedback section of flipkart from where i have purchased online . but unilever technician ensured us that they will resolve the problem and assured us that product will run fine without issue.

Now its been a 9 months and i am continuously facing huge issue of water leakage from purifier body. have complained many times to unilever and ever time they send their technician for visit but so far problem is not identified by their technician .they just clean the system as a routine formality and move .
Also other issue like water TDS high have found through TDS meter also SF change indicator problem

On dated 29. June 2022 , once again i have called unilever to address the issue and as always they send technician( Manoj ) for checking the issue and he has just done a formality and express his in efficiency by saying problem root cause is not identified .and when we have asked technician (Manoj) to allow us to write remark on service report , he started shouting and misbehave with us. this is harassment. He has also cutted our remark from his service report

Now unilever customer support is asking to check with flipkart for replacement and Flipkart is asking to check with Unilever and does not listen to us. In between I am who suffering and harassing.

Purifier is still in warranty and as a customer i am just feeling helpless on this . I need support for urgent replacement of the purifier.

Now i am enable to understand what to do and whom to contact.
