I ordered intex home theater from flipkart but when I received it, the packet was not sealed packed. lately when I opened it.. the remote & 1 speaker was not there... & it looked like used item. I want replacement of it as soon as possible.

this is sixth time i request you, But you not responding till now. my hikvision DVR is DS7100 Series (960H N.264 /Linux Embeded DVR) not working till the product received. and i contact prama hikvision centre bangalore, he told he is not servicing support flip-kart on-line purchase the product is dead till the product received.

so i dont know what to do? Please send the nearest services centre address or contact number. or replace with working item.

With reference to the below and the subject order please note that the item which I virtually seen while order is not the item I actually received. The item I actually ordered was original Asus Zenfone 5 flip cover but received something which I can buy near my house in mobile recharge stores. I need a justification on this consignment and please take necessary action on this. I do not want this cheep duplicate cover, but need I what exactly I ordered.

The time of delivery of the product is so disgusting. I would never have opted for Flipkart.. They come at odd hours... specially make it a point to come at odd hours!! I wish I had opted for COD - then I would not have to feel so disgusted! Being a working lady I am naturally not at home in the afternoon and these guys make it point to bring to notice of the the entire neighborhood and insist that they take delivery on my behalf!

Flipkart is too late than the others. I ordered Asus Zenfone Max, when it was still yet to come, delivery date was today (4th march 2016) but the product didn't reach my address, no call was came to me. When i am going to get my product. The status is still showing about reached nearest hub then why so lag to reach me!?

I ordered 3packs of bra for the size 34C and it was delivered today but when I opened the package I was disappointed to see that the size was not correct.. On the specification of the item it was written cup size C but it turns out to be cup size B. You guys should put the correct information.

Its surprising that a brand like Flipkart is not performing. On 17th March I placed order for one Philips DL 225 radio which was delivered on 21st March. The booking was on COD basis and I had to pay Rs. 1440/- for the product. But the price of product shown as Rs. 1191.11/- in the bill whereas the sealed box pack showed price to be Rs. 899/-. No price is printed on the adopter. Furthermore the delivery was shown to be free while booking the order whereas actually Rs. 100/- has been charged for the same. No such hints where there while booking of item. The cover of the radio shown in the picture has also not been provided.

On MARCH i ordered the Fancyfashion Georgette Self Design Semi-stitched Gown, its worth was 528rs. When i got the GOWN i am shocked that the GOWN was DIFFERENT, Immediately i returned the delivery boy and i am informed to the flipkart executive on that day. I need my refund amount for the GOWN.
