I had ordered a "CRAKENDEAL BACK COVERS FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND PRIME" OF RS 399. First i got an faded one then i applied for an replacement and got the same product... this is not expected from flipkart if this issue is not solved then i have to stop buying things from flipkart.

I have purchased Beetel phone through online shopping from Flipkart and which is giving trouble. Hi, I bought e vouchers worth 10,000 but they are not working. No proper solution from Flipkart side.

Please guys once check the product after delivery because in my mobile there were spots on display. it is looking ugly and like second hand mobile, after 1 month I recognized this fault. Right now what can I do and mobile is over heating and hanging I uninstalled all apps because it is very slow. please Guys I suggest u Once again to think before buying from flipkart.

I was booked 7 chudidhars in that with out my permission flipkart peoples are changed my 1 chudidhar model, if you people's don't have that product then why your allowing to book that chudidhar, my order is another one but how you change the model without my permission, before how much I loved flipkart now more than that am hating flipkart.

1) I have book Lenovo K5 mobile with prepayment. Due to some Colour problem i have cancelled my order.

The confirmation received and refund will be reflect in our account dated 31 march 2016. Now today another mail received. Mentioning your refund is already in process, refund will be reflect in our account dated 18 April 2016. Kindly refund my amount immediately. else i will file a complaint with Consumer court. why???

My order no is OD405617985336710000 where I ordered for the book "The immortals of Meluha"Shiva Triology 1. The printed price of the book was Rs 495 which after discounted came to 380 (23% off). Now the book which came to me was an old outdated copy which looked pathetic. AND the printed price of the book is Rs 200. Such type of cheating is not expected from FLIPKART. You charged me Rs 350 for the old second hand book. Now I want my money back and you can take away your book.

My order got delayed by 15 days from Flipkart... no one had the courtesy to give a call and inform me about the delay. Always I need to track about my order status. Surprise to see but Flipkart dont have a proper tracking mechanism for the order delivery.

When I asked to escalate my issue, no one called me despite i was told that our senior executive will call you. If this is the way Flipkart treat their customer then sorry to say they will loose the market in india.

A very disappointing service.

Then I requested to return the same.and i accidentally put my mobile inside the bag.and your service guy collected the bag from me(FMPR0151769864). I ordered 3 things from flipkart first power bank it was also wrong product than jeans and then kurti all were wrong products....Wrong management never wanna buy something from these.

I ordered samsung s view cover on 11/04/2016, order no : OD205721281728907000. Today only i received the product but when i get opened i am not satisfied with the product i received. i think its a fake product.

While ordering i noticed full product features and then only i make order but all features are not working with the product that i received. so i want to return the product and refund.
NOTE: this is my second returning.

I bought moto g3 last year just few days after the official launch it's totally a piece of shit. Initially I complained about its mall functioning within a mouth for replacement but they said it's ok, once all of my bluetooth file got corrupted the colour of the side button faded within few days but they told it's cosmetic item.

Around feb, I went to the service center when I had problem in the mobile after updated marshmallow they again updated the software but the problem continued, they did the same update work twice but the problem was not solved so they told the motherboard has to be changed. While in service center I came to know about a feature about my phone which I have never seen since the day I purchased the phone they told total side panel has to be changed because it's defective piece.

Many times and now a days a new problem of sound has arisen, people on the other side during call dont get the clear voice. I complained but they always said the same thing ke sir 1 months replacement period is over. Today I thought to write the review about the product but according to flipkart I have not purchased the product, they did not allow me to right a review.

I have purchased lenovo a6000 form flipkart on april 1, 2016 due to the over temperature of mobile. so we took it to lenevo service center. Address of service centre is no.820/599A, poonamallee high road, arumbakkam, chennai-600106.

I have purchased the phone lenovo note k3 of order id 305697201085333000 but its came to me with out headset and screen protective guard. so I returned that product but I did a mistake to choose missing the product (l.e headset and screen protection has missing not phone), but no pickup boy come to me to receive that item. I was call to your executive and give all the information to him about that but till now no one delivery boy come to receive that item. so, kindly send your delivery boy to me.

It has been absolutely terrible service that I have got from flipkart. The delivery guys are unresponsive and rude. I do not receive a call from them, I have to call them and they won’t pick up the call, by any chance if they do they ask me to come to their location to collect the product and if I ask them to come to my house I get a very nice message from Flipkart “customer not available rescheduling tomorrow”.

It has been 2 days and with numerous calls requests and the only thing I hear is we have raised the ticket, I don’t care about ticket and cases. I am just interested in getting the product I purchased delivered to me at my location at my availability. I don’t know why the hell I paid flipkart for the service. I deeply regret my decision to buy from flipkart. I see no progress from flipkart side at all.

I am bhupendra singh bhati and I had purchased a samsung memory card 32 GB on 2/11/2015 at Rs 629 and it was in a warranty period. after four months it was corrupt or damage then I had communicated with samsung service center and share the my problem of memory card then he told me this memory card is duplicate. so can’t help or solve my problem. Then I communicated to your service care executive and he suggest your problem on 10/04/2016 but my problem can’t be solve them and I had four times more communicated to service care executive. it can’t help or solve my problem them.

I have placed an order on flipkart.com (OD105754963624766000). Before placing order and even after placing i called customer care to make sure that the order can be delivered on given address and they confirm me that they are able to deliver on given address. after 4 days the told me that they care not able to deliver the product on given address and told me to cancel the order. I then canceled the order. then I called then after 6th day (today) to know the status of refund then they told me that the haven't received the product in there store hence the refund can't be processed, then I asked them when they will receive the product from there store to there store. they told me they dont have any update on that.

End of the story is I lost my money and not received the product. Great Job Flipkart!

I ordered for Wonker Loafers on 19.04.2016. And I received my order on 23.04.2016. As soon as i received my order, I saw there was no Brand Tag nor Any price tag and the shoes were looking used type. So I placed the return order on 23.04.16 at that time only. My Return ID is :353085031566822586. My return was scheduled to pick up on 25.04.2016. On that day the Pick Boy called me with this no. - 8585086445 and asked me to check, whether there is any Price Tag & Brand Tag on the box or on the shoes. I told him no, And so he refused to pick my order over the phone. He also told me to contact to Flipkart customer care and to tell there to mail this issue and then he will be able to pick up my delivered order.

Flipkart is known for its best & easy Return services. I am a very Loyal & Frequent customer of Flipkart. But today I am very upset with the service of the company. I hope my Complaint would resolved soon. Please contact me ASAP.

As I purchase volvic Aquagrand Plus "12 stage" 15 LTR With Prefilter And Minerals RO + UV +UF Water Purifier 12 L RO + UV +UF Water Purifier & they offer some accessories but I did not received the same as well as I receives the 12 LTR purifier instead of 15 LTR .

Secondly I call them for replacement & they always gives different different stories . Its relay pathetic service as well as they FlipKart is bluffing to customers.
