I am trying for service support and all methods of contacting Wats up and mail etc … no response… does this company exist??? Really worthless to buy such substandard products.

I had purchased cruise induction cooktop from amazon and it is not working. I called so many times on the customer care number but no one entertained and bothered to pick up the call. Kindly get my induction repaired. My invoice no is :- HR-DEL4 -1931441115-2223 dated 06-09-22.

19th Dec Complaint id -2665022 was raised, Pigeon wet grinder Platino for the replacement part and the technical team visited and they raised a particular part and till date there is NO delivery of the part and no one is responding in calls. Kindly help in resolving the issue and requesting you look into the matter on priority.

I have facing Pigeon Favourite IC 1800 W Induction Cooktop (Black, Push Button) device is not getting on.

This is very bad user experience due to with in 15 days it becomes faulty only small use like tea make and milk hot. Last 1 months not able to get repair. Complain over Portal automatically close without service. And as discussed with customers service center.

The plate of the induction stove is getting hot, the plastic around the stove is melting, it is damaged, we are not able to use it, the service center in our district is not giving any response.

I have raised the ticket below on 7th feb-2024.
The product is under warranty. It's been 40 days and still my ticket has not been resolved. All these days I am cooking with this broken product. This is total pathetic customer service from Pigeon. Ticket Number : PGN24020701348
