Left earpiece of my neckband is not working properly.
Sometime also it is having connectivity issues. I try to connect my smart phone but it does not connect.

Last 16/6/22 evening shopping,Sunday morning right side speaker not working properly

I'm unable to contact customer service of Boat.
I purchased boat airdopes 2 months back.. and it's not working at all.. I'm unable to claim my warranty too. I'll never ever suggest anyone to purchase boat now onwards.

My airdopes 131 is not working properly. Its works only one side & other in not working properly. When i try to complaint about the product to company its shows requirement of invoice which i try to download from flipkart but it shows the product you choose its already cancelled. But the product is already delivered to me. Please help me i already complaint this to flipkart but they don't show any help regarding this. I already got hard copy of invoice.

Good afternoon sir/madam. I'm Ravi from Andhra Pradesh India.

On 28th June 2022 I've received Boat Rockerz 255 pro +
Bluetooth Headset through Flipkart.

From the last one month... it's not charging. If it is charged fortunately it is heating while charging. It seems like it will be melted if it is charged few more minutes. I hope you respond to your customer with respect and clear my problem. Otherwise I'll file police compliant against Boat company.

My watch was given at 10 february and today Is 2 march but you didn't give me back my watch. And now it is not able to track also.

Charger issue of boat Deuce Usb 330 2-in-1 Type C + Micro Usb cable. My cable is not working its not charge my phone. Micro USB is not charging the phone as well as type C.

I want to use my warranty card. My one speaker of my home theatre is not working. And there was not any response from your side.

I bought eardopes on may 23 but it turns out that the left eardope has stopped working . So I kindly request you to please fix that door so that I won’t have any further query issue.

My Boat Bluetooth earphone both sides are not working. it has warranty of a year. I have already Registered my complaint before 15 days and your customer service team has not taken my product for replacement.

Please help me, for my concern. Your customer care have not called or reached out for reply and also cancelled my ticket saying that they couldn't reach me out.If I try to generate new ticket,i couldn't able to apply and" showing ur limit has been exceeded " They are not picking up calls and service is very poor.

My BOAT Immortal 150's Right earpod is not working. It has been stopped working after 2 months after the date of delivery.. And I also Added 1 Year extended warranty to it.

I wanted to claim the warranty so I raised the above complaint, So kindly do the needful as early as possible.

Please contact me as well as soon my problem is that boat headphones is not working properly from today. last week it's working properly but from today when returning time expires it's connectivity frequency is not working properly.
