I am purchased a bs 6 series suzuki 125 scooty may last week 2020. , excelent ,working till the first service ,after the service ,the self starting is not working lighting is blinking on the speedo meter ,and starting in kikker a racing sound coming in engine and back tire is rolling very fast, the speedo meter needle come to10 to 20 range. sir , please tell how can i manage it i am very sad about suzuki my mob.no 9447820440

I own Access 125 (KA 51 HL 7381) and have not even driven 6k kilometers. I'm facing issue with speedo meter for which i'm not receiving proper response from Karuna Suzuki Coimbatore.

This is how the customer's gets the response ?
There is no experience service engineers in Karuna Suzuki ?

We have Access 125 with 5 year extended warranty. Kanak Suzuki charges Rs 4759 as a spare replacement charges and told that those parts is not covered in warranty while as previous experience,1 year prior vehicle kept in center for 2 days as engine issue which was not get resolved yet then on 12.02.22 revisit to there for engine noise and vibration issue. they provide quotation i.e.by Mr. nilesh of rs 2500 which is quite high but the estimated bill is Rs 4759 as changing gear ? and so many other spare which was damage.at actual there is not a requirement to change those thing with out customer consent.

Kanak Suzuki making money by doing fraud of changing spare where replaced spare was not even shown to us. Request to take strict action on him or we decided to take legal support .

Dear Team,
I had purchased new burgman street from DREAM SUZUKI on 15 Aug. 2022. I faced brake noise from the day one to till date. I had raised he complaint against the issue but no body given any kind of resolution even I already given two times join trail and 10 times visiting for the noise concern . they changed 2 times brake liner and front brake pads and even they charged me. but they couldn't resolved my issue. every times they said bring the vehicle in workshop. how many times i gave the vehicle to dealership for resolving the issue. even they destroyed the hard copies which is crime they do not bother about importance of paper.

I requesting them about provide after sales higher authority email id but they did not provide me. Please I waiting for the email id then I can raised my issue.
