I had called your customer care nos.today,regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting on upgrading my product.

I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems... Now i am thinking of changing the service provider.

Yes true. This d2h connection is the worst connection i have ever seen. I am trying to call them since 4 5 days but not a single call has been connected and even they tried to call ur. Once the call was connected and there rubbish people told me to hold on and after 20 mins they just cut down the phone. My problem has not been solved and even none of there numbers are valid. Very disappointed with this service and will recommend other do not use this poor service. Thank you.

This is no 1 worst dth service in India. i call tried number of times but any customer care people not pickup my call. this is very poor service, i will try airtel dth.

Feeling problem with customer services.

Vediocon D2H has really very poor services. Not competent staff to deal with customers. Neither they are able to deliver the service not to speak politely even though they regularly disconnect the call of the customers. They really don’t know the pathetic condition of the sufferer. Even after paying lot of money to D2H unable to get the appropriate services.

Not getting appropriate answer from customer care. Charge through Netbanking for 6 month pack — 1800Rs. Now money goes to some other accounts & suffering for getting them Back. No connection from last one week & no response on my written complaint & poor reply from customer care. Finally on recharging again for Rs.597; didn’t get my services resumed even after 7 hours of recharge.

Totally wasting of money in D2H. I never suggest anybody to go for D2H, even I am also shifting to next network — either Airtel or else.. collecting feedback’s of users.

Dont use Videocon, there customer service is worst.. Value less all duplicate number. Making fool of customer. Go for any others Dth..Plzzz!!!!

You need first build infrastructure. Your number is not getting connected. I am trying from last one hours. It shows busy and gets disconnected. Got connected once and your staff is so untrained that they dont know what customer is asking. Upgrade your services.

Useless customer care sh##!!!!
Automated voice repeated again and again! No even in emergency these so call BRAND su##s!.

I sent a mail yesterday on this mail ID and it is not even acknowledged yet. Very poor customer care. Are you closing your D2h business as well. Thinking of shifting to other service provider.

I am really fed up of videocon d2h recently. I have subscribed Sony ten1 still I am unable to watch d channel. Customer care number doesn't work now a days. I am planning to switch it to Tata sky. I want a call back on 9004647898.

Please don't use Videocon d2h network, useless customer service and customer service no are fake.

As on 7/4/2018. I am trying to connect with your customer care but I am not connecting. Any one of your all numbers is not connecting. I think videocon is Providing worst services to their customers. I am totally unsatisfied with all of your service. You need to improve your service.

It is India's worst DTH connection d2h. Bc 1 call tk nhi lagta faltu videocon.

I’ve applied for a new channel subscription and sent mail twice to the company in 24 hours still the channel is unavailable all your customer care numbers are fake and one of the number is busy. This is the way you’re dealing with us morons.

I am really frustrated and feel very angry, i call no of time to videocon d2h all available no but all is it just useless only irritation come. i want activate sports channel to my package but all with given all efforts i m unable to start. so finally i am going to discontinue videocon d2h services.
