I had called your customer care nos. today, regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting on upgrading my set topbox.

I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems... Now i am thinking of changing the DTH service provider.

Facing the Same problem. You more ons d2h. I'm frustrated. Give me your office address so i can go and bust some officers. BC.

I recharged d2h 200 ruppe tomorrow, I told him that I just want only sports channels. They told me that okay but u have to recharge 99 our base pack n star sport pack. I tell him it's okay all things r right, my channels have to activated. But today around 9 O'clock my sports channels have stopped n showing that insufficient balance or channel not subscribe.

What happening u, what's wrong with u, u cheat the customers, how u manage the ur business. It's ur way that cheat the customers n make money, it's very shameless for videocon company, very very bad my experience with u. You totally cheat with me, 10 to 15 minute's ur customers executive connect the call n miss behaved n cut the call. Again call me explain him then cut the call, some one are good but most of r worst.

Very worst service u provide to ur customers,I only recharged the channel only for ipl, my today ipl missed only because of you. I never use videocon any product in my whole life, u all r cheater,

My complaint is Phonepe recharge is not ready in set top box no 206502799 is phonepe I'd no n1804121229368162.

Today at around 1:30 pm I have recharged your gold pack for an year for rs 3724.08. The amount of Rs 3724.08 has been debited from my account but my account has not been recharged.

I had made complaint on 13/05/2018 at around 9.00hrs that my d2h HD set top box was not responding to the remote & is stuck up in home channel No 899. Your representative told that within 24 hrs i.e. by 14/05/2018 around 9.00 hrs the problem will be attended but none turned up. Again I was forced to make another complaint of not attending on 14/5/2018 at around 11.30 hrs & it was told that by 15/5/2018, 12.;19 PM it would be attended with message & complaint No: 587080520 & again nobody turned up. I again I made complaint for not attending with complaint No: 587370138 & again your representative extended by another day asking me to wait till 16/5/2018 , 1.24 PM but still none turned up till 14.00 hrs.

Now I was upset & furious at your lazy & irresponsible service & made complaint, this time complaint was also with your supervisor named Mohammad Yashin, who was also repeating the same as your representative asking me to wait for another day i.e. till 17/5/2018, 3.20 PM with complaint No:587776907.

I asked him to bear the penalty by extending my subscription date by double the delay i.e. 6 days (2x3 days) for which he accepted because of delay in service, so now you extend my subscription date by double the number of days you are delaying in attending the problem. Also I am very disgusted with your service & authentically thinking whether to continue with you or change the service

I spoke with your customer care and requested to change my existing plan. He said to recharge and call customer care for the change. I then recharged and tried calling the customer care but couldn't connect to talk to change the plan. It seems that it is done purposely. If the plan is not changed to Rs 245 immediately I'll surely suspend videocon and go for an another dishnet.

I recharged my Videocon d2h Id no.125202208 on 9th April 2018 and paid through Pytm Rs.200 for Bengali Channels for 30days in consultation with one of the customer service persons. But my connection was terminated on 23rd April,2018. I tried to speak to Customer services but all in vain.

I tried to contact customer services representative through their toll free number but only recorded voice for a minute and then thanks for talking to d2h.

So, it seems this is another way of cheating the people of this country by Dhoot and his company d2h. We are disgusted with d2h services.

After my 1.4GB daily data got over i recharged for 2GB for one day in which my internet did not get connected for the whole day. I called the customer care three times and my problem was still not solved. The customer care people did not give enough information. The third time when i spoke to the supervisor i got to the problem and i got the connection after wasting 9 hours of the day which were very very precious. i have been facing lot of problems with airtel services lately and will port the SIM soon. Now i have 2GB Internet which will get expired soon and my money gone for waste. The sms service is very slow and your customer care people do not know enough. Not satisfied with airtel services at all.

I am a customer of Videocon D2H and my customer ID is 139505860, presently my D2H base package is Super Gold Rs. 300 p.m. which is not beneficial and reliable for me hence I want to degrade my base pack to Popular Gold Rs.169 p.m. I spoke with your customer care and requested to change my existing plan. He said to recharge and call customer care for the change. I then recharged and tried calling the customer care but couldn't change the plan. It seems that it is done purposely.

Very bad service, not connect to customer care.

This is to inform you that your services are very abysmal. Your customer care services are below par. For the last 5 months i was trying to get a troubleshoot.. But always there was a nul response from your side. I think the real problem lies in your network. In a absolute pink whether, it shows no signal "whether problem"... and sometime total rubbish comments, like one attached.. I request you to please do the needful otherwise we have to switch to other d2h operators.

Worst services evr... just got fed up from this company, useless people cant solve d problems n irritate us n provoke to fight, juz no client satisfaction. worst company just never suggest for this service.

Whenever i contact them they talk in hindi only. Then how people will communicate if they don't know hindi.So make it convenient for all by arranging in english and most preferably in all regional languages also as people from all states are subscribing to vd2h.
