We have booked Highlights of USA tour from your Ahmadabad office. there was 3 different dates available which were July 5th, July 19th and August 23rd. We have selected July 5th tour after we received visa for the USA and other different countries, your office had informed us that July 5th and 19th tours are cancelled because of other passengers visa were rejected. So the only one tour that was available for August 23rd 2015 and it was 100% confirmed and your office told us there was no chance of the tour being cancel and it turns out the tour became canceled which I had to find out on my own. No one at the office had the curiosity to call me, to inform me the tour has been canceled. So then I decided to change the tours dates again and then we booked the tour August 23rd as informed by your company, so we booked all the airline tickets on behalf of you and you deducted Rs.90,000/- for the airline ticket from our tour cost. The tickets that we booked were (1) India to New Jersey , (2) New Jersey to Los Angles one way ticket because the tour started from LA and ended at New Jersey on September 1st, (3) New Jersey to United Kingdom and (4) United Kingdom to India.

We reached USA early so we contacted Mr. Johan on the phone regarding our tour programs before 15 days. In the mean time we have sent email but thereafter we haven't heard anything from them. One of my relatives contacted Ahmedabad office and Mr. Anar Singh informed them that the tour has been canceled and the same I've heard from my relatives and we were shocked and mentally upset on what to do?

We were so surprise, that such a good organization like yours was so terrible. When every time a tour had been canceled I would have to call for my self and enquirer what was going on. I believe it is your company responsible to inform the costumers on there tour plans, which your company did not provide proper services for us.

Now we received your email that departure for August 23rd has been canceled so the other option was to shift to September 16th 2015. If we agree for the tour who will bare the expense such as (1) All cancellation charges for the airline tickets including 2nd way tickets from Los Angles to New Jersey and the fresh tickets also, (2) From September 1st to 16th; our other expenses like hotel, meal time, transportation etc etc etc.

Tour date from 10 Nov to 21 Nov 2015 from Ahmadabad Navrangpura office to Singapore, Malaysia tour with cruise, Sales officer Miss. Surbhi.

I met your sales office before approximately two month. we had booked above tour in which Universal studio was included. but when i received your tour program on 8 Nov, it was not mentioned. This was informed to your tour manager Mr, Siddhesh Bhagwat. He talked to Surabhi on 11 Nov and concluded the mistake will be rectified after discussing with head office. I paid 340 USD for universal studio. I gave written complaint to Manager with feedback form and Mr Jhon at Ahmedabad office. Mr.Jhon told me, you will be informed with in few days, but surprise i am not getting any justice from Reputed national & international tourism company

We have booked Shanghai & Hongkong tour for 10 nights from your Vashi (Mumbai Branch). At the time of booking we had clearly told them our requirements. After many discussions they committed us ,that they will full fill our requirement. So we booked our tour on 7th of April 2016 & after 5/6 days later as the Cheque clearance they gave us reply on mail and asked us for additional charges . One more thing whenever we wanted clarifications about inclusion of tour ,their Senior Representative use to get irritated & answered rudely as if they are providing us Services at free of cost.Even they are charging us more than the rest of tour agencies. For each and every thing they are asking additional cost, and for this issue we had send them a Mail also. but every time they have a common statement (Its our Companies policy) at last we got fed-up of all this .And we decided that , its better will cancel the booking.

At the time of booking we had paid them Rs 2,27,620 /- for Air tickets of 4 Adults. So when we went for Cancel our booking ,they have asked Rs 6,500/- of cancllation charges per person ,which is a higher cost. we know what are actual ticket price. and we sended them its proper breakup charges with taxes. but still they(Senior Branch Manager : Priyanka Chavan) are saying ,that these cost have come from directly from SOTC , we cannot do anything. And again today she asked that the amount would come with 1.2 % tax....is this fair ??? .After many discussion Then finally we said its Ok we agree ,But we want a Reciept With Service Tax of Cancellation Price. But still we dint receive her any reply .We are very Disappointed for this whole matter , we had lots of expectation from SOTC. We want answer for this.

And we will never Suggest anyone to plan their Holidays from SOTC...!

Worst tour operator, they are expert in ruining your holidays. Never ever book through them they just cheat people.

Dear Sir

I am very much disappointed with SOTC services. I will never again travel with SOTC and will not recommend to anyone. I booked a Dubai trip for my parents with you sales executive Mr. Rakesh kota from Himayatnagar Branch, Hyderabad. He offered me London creek hotel and flights I choosed. For that he collected additional 40 USD per passenger. He confirmed the flights details by mail also. A second before handing cash to him he said London creek hotel is not available Hotel Ramee apartments will be given. Ramee hotel is inferior to london creek. I accepted for that and made payment for Rs.116000/-.

A day before journey i received flights tickets from him and the flights are fully changed. The flights were preponed and are highly uncomfortable timings to travel. In our earlier discussion i strictly told him that i don’t want flights in such timings. He didn’t even intimate that the flights have changed. As a caution i checked the tickets and found the fligths are changed. If i relaid on him and blindly proceeded i would have lost the entire trip. When I called him he answered me very recklessly. We compromised and reached Hyderabad airport at 1'O clock in night. The check in department denied issuing boarding passes saying that they didn’t receive "Ok to board confirmation" from SOTC. I called Rakesh 6 times he didn’t respond. I called your tour manager MR. Karl Boambat, he is in Dubai. He said he doesn’t even know what is OTB you please contact branch I can’t do anything. I called Etihad airlines customer care and requested them for OTB and mailed them our visas and tickets. They have issued OTB to us after 2 hours. Please understand how much tension and anxiety we would have faced in that late night, no help from your staff, 2hrs standing in the airport, I drove back to airport 50 kms and waited until my parents boarded the flight (4 clock in the morning).

I called your tour manager at 4 clock and enquired him about receiving arrangement at Abu Dhabi airport He said a person will be waiting with a placard. But no one was available at Abu Dhabi airport. My parents called your tour manager he asked them to board the free shuttle bus provided by Etihad airlines and come to Dubai Bus stand and take a taxi and come to travelers mall, he will pick up from there. Both my parents are senior citizens. I clearly told Rakesh that money is not a issue don’t even make them stand or wait for 1-2 hrs also, if required prebook the hotels and arrange a private car. I am ready to pay the extra charges.

I booked the flights from start to end point, there are no connecting buses. But suddenly you changed the flights and gave a free connecting bus. How can senior citizen persons carry their heavy luggage for boarding the buses and taxis? In chase of cost cutting and profit making you are troubled us like hell. We are not buying happiness and experience from you. We are literally buying troubles and pains from you. Your executive didn't even call me back after checking missed calls from me. He is so irresponsible and senseless idiot. I don’t know how you hired such a stupid fellow. Our family consists of 6 members and we travel at least 2 international destinations per year. We travelled many times but never experienced this kind of ill treatment and cheating. I wish you change your business style and keep up your goodwill.

I want to bring to your notice regarding highly unprofessional service provided by your company staff. Mr. Akshat and Mr. Aditya sold a Europe tour to two families of us. The committed flights have now been changed in timings, because of failure to follow it up after repeated requests which is leading to wastage of one of our day in foreign country. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Dr. Raman Mittal.

No update till date regarding rectification of wrong flights booked by Mr. Akshat. We have been informed by Mr. Manik that flights have been adjusted to 16/06/2017 morning but the subordinates are not confirming these seats with only 4 days left to travel. We are being unnecessarily harassed. Solve the matter as soon as possible.

It is again requested to arrange for tickets of emirates on 16/06/2017 at 11 a.m.which was later on finalized as per discussion with Mr. Manik in place of night flight on 16/06/2017 for us to travel to Europe which could not be arranged due to deficiency in services. Dr. Raman Mittal.

I booked my Europe holiday with them for 14 nights 15 days. They had allowed two nights in London but in spite of reaching London at 8 am in the morning, I was allowed room at 3 pm. No breakfast, no lunch and no excursion. How can they collect tips for that say and how can they count that day when they did not provided any services. My hotel was also changed. There is no clarity on the issue. How do they promise one hotel at the time of booking and how it is changed?

On another occasion, their tour manager took away chocolates that were given to him for further distribution to all the persons precisely 51. It was a private lunch not included in the tour package. Such an attitude of shortchange don't go well for an international tour operator. I don't expect a reply.

We have booked South Africa 11n/12days tour , at the time of enquiry they calculated Rs.5.20 per rand value, but at the time of payment it's value came down to Rs.4.75 per rand, but they collected as per higher value , is it not a injustice. Unnecessarily we paid Rs. 10,000/- on both of us . Kindly do justice by refunding back excess amount. We are traveling regularly with Sotc since long , like China , Egypt, now South Africa. I hope you will consider us. Our trip starts from Hyderabad on 14th august 2017.

I have sent several emails and phone calls but there is no response from your side. You people don't have a proper contact or redressal SYSTEM in place.

1. How do you calculate the 3 Euro tip per day when there was no service from your side for a particular day.
2. How call you add a day in the itinerary when you are not providing any service on that day.
3. I specifically mentioned about the cheating incident by your tour manager, but no reply!!!

You employees are unprofessional, carefree, irresponsible and very rude. I have taken 6 person Singapore Malaysia and 2 person US trip and obviously paid a bomb for this. Your people still have never spoken politely. Made a huge mistake, next time I will only prefer Thomas cook.

We had paid advance of Rs. 1 lac for Turkey tour which was cancelled by SOTC. On contacting them for refund, they say the concerned person is on leave and may take 15 days for the process. Why should I wait if the tour has been cancelled by SOTC. Poor customer service.
