Very poor and pathetic service by flipkart and their curior partner ecart.i ordered a vacuum cleaner and got it on 2 January it was defective so I made request for replacement and I got msg that someone will come and pick ur product. i made a call to the person which no I got by msg for pickup and told him that plz come after 4 pm bcz m working he denied to come after 4 . After it I made many calls to costumer care regarding this they again again gave me time for next pickup and they told me that we have mentioned ur request for pickup after 4 pm but still that stupid ecart people denied to come after 4. when I called again to customer care they again gave me the same excuse that we made your fresh request. so from 4th January till today 22 January i am calling again and again for pickup that defective product and my refund but you people only want to torture costumer and not interested in returning our money. now I’ll wait how much time you will take to rply of my this msg.

This is regrading order No. OD111408427484461000. The delivery person is very rude and arrogant in not delivering the order at doorstep. He is asking to reach out to him and pick up the address from his showroom. Also, his words are in case you don't pickup the parcel from my place then I would cancel the order.

CC is also useless after providing the order ID they are asking me for stupid details instead of providing the resolution. CC people just copy and paste the E-MAIL instead of reading the content properly. Please hire some knowledgeable people who at least show some curtsy to read E-mail's. VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY YOU.

I order Yonex GR 303 G3 Strung, received Konex Badminton Raqcket on 12.02.18, I am returned on 14.02.18 due to wrong product received (which not ordered) updatation on sight replace same product (which is order) on 20.02.2018, Today i seen replacement cancellation updated.

The service is too bad the phone is over heating the technician didn't gave the useful reason. The major problem is the Option of ''Quick start apps'' from system UI is missing what type of issue is this. And still facing issues and flipkart is always rejecting replacement request.

When i get this product that time it was ok but now that quick start apps option from gesture and motion is missing. I had attached the samples before it was showing but now no option. Please help me in this.

I order Intex aqua Costa mobile (white,8 GB) on 16-5-2018. I got the mobile but the phone is not working properly, so I request flipkart to replace the phone and the return is approved. My question is how I trust flipkart when I give the old mobile and you gave or replace me the new one?

Pickup and replacement has I week difference how I trust that you replace me the new one?
