Outer box in which my name and address is return had invoice no. FAB1VO1900001548 by the seller million lights address is above

The thing i had bought was a trimmer of nova whose model is Nova NHT 1071 Titanium coated Usb cordless Trimmer for men-45 min run time(blue) of ₹699 and when the product is delivered to me and when i had opened it i had found that i was of any other persons trimmer of model Nova NHT-1046 and a receipt was also found of that person in which his details are written and i am definately sure that my product has been delivered to him and his product has been delievered to me and that persons details are that his name is piyush italiya his invoice no.is FAB1VO1900001544 and his shipping adress is 6&7,Saraswati vihar soc-2,NEAR udan international school, shyamdham chowk,Nana Varachhanna Varachha,Surat-395010,GUJRAT

So sir plz exchange with this person and send me the phone no. Of that person and the seller of million lights as soon as possible.

Sir this is to notify that I have purchased note 5pro on 12th of this month, because of damaged product and no clarity in camera I have created a return request under 10days return policy, my replacement arrived but till 27th I have not got my replacement product, why.... Contacting again and again to customer care harrased meno help from there instead taking time to resolve the matter and on 27th of this month they have cancelled my replacement request without notifying me by mail and msg, again when I contacted customer care they told that it has been cancelled from seller as it was taking a longer time for delivery, but they should have arranged my replacement, is arranging replacement takes a lot is time, days or months, kindly look into the matter and arrange my replacement product as I have created the request under 10days replacement policy that is on 14th of August

When i have received a combo of 05 plain shirts is totally changed in colour and quality. So i please may be returned your combo of 05 plain shirts (Size medium) On 29 aug 18. We received a samsung galaxy note 9 from flipkart at 01/09/2019. But due to its broken nack panel problem we complained about it on same day. Your reply was to do something in 24 hours. But the 19 days passed & Today till 4.00pm you have no further proceed. We gave many calls on your customer care no. You have ensured us via e-mail to make it to do till 22th September. We are waiting... I am not satisfied by your services. We are sad and tensed about it. solve it soon.otherwise I will go consumer court.

I buy a new Samsung 6.2 fully aromatic washing machine and I also bought extended warranty for 1 year extra 849 rupees. The washing machine cost is 13400 rupees the total amount is 14250 but the soft copy of extended warranty is not came in my email address, I call more than 10 times to customer care but no use. I have ordered the precious combo of makeup of total 15 items but on 29-09-2018 only 4 items delivered to me and i made the full payment by the way of cod and i made the complaint (incident no. IN1809291127534633653) to the company within 10 min of the delivery of the product. today it is already 10 days past but neither the company official communicated with me nor my problem/grievance resolved by the flipcart. This is the hard earned money of the customer and u can not take it to make us fool by you and your sellers. I request u to take a serious action and appropriate step to resolve my complaint.

I have brought a REDMI NOTE 5 PRO (6GB RAM, 64GB STORAGE) whose charging port is loose and the phone keep hanging with self restart, not working properly. It seems like flipkart has delivered a used product and worst is they are not even replacing this second hand product with fresh piece. Flipkart wasted both my money and time every time i ask for replacement they sent a stupid illiterate guy who check the phone with close eyes and get vanished. they are not even ready to replace this jerk.. #Frauds.

This is to inform you that I had ordered REDMI NOTE5 PRO on Oct 11 on where you had an offer to sell the set at 12999, i had ordered the same with cash on delivery payment mode. till date I had not received the order and suddenly i received a message stating that the order has been cancelled and returned. This may be noted that I had not received a single call from flipkart or from the courier ECOM regarding delivery attempt. Rather i got a call to cancel the order and reorder with the higher price. This is to show your cheap tactis to cheat the customers.

I just want now rather just giving offers which you cannot fulfill give right service to all customers.

We therefore request you to kindly look into the matter or I would go to consumer forum and complain regarding the same. We would like you to deliver the product to us with the same price at the earliest.

Ordered for The divine 185TC cotton double floral bed sheets pack of three. Received a package of rug on 24Oct 18.Replacement requested,also contacted customer care and was assured to receive ordered product in replacement Again in replacement I got rug packet. When I contacted customer care, they or compelling me to take refund. I have paid money in advance to buy the item. I need my bought product.

If seller is not having product how he is taking order and accumulating crores of rupees with the help of flipkart. Even now orders are accepted. Is this not a case of fraud jointly by seller and flipkart as flipkart is not taking any penal action against seller and continually allowing seller to trade.

Please take necessary action to avoid involvement of consumer Court.

I am so disappoint your service. I can esclate the same on social network and will take legal against that bad service. No one ready to take responsibility about this. I think that Flipkart is not taking seriously as this type of issue.
