Mr.Sandulkar (07702300223). After discussion with Ms Swarna as well as you the service advisor reached me around 4.30PM. To stop the nuisance since morning of yesterday i.e. December 1, 2017, the amount was paid. It should not look like that I am worrying for the money. It is really a breach of contract and confidence of the customer on the services rendered by the Maruti or their authorized dealer Varun Balanagar. In this website except M/s Adarsh dealer no other dealer is visible. It looks to be we can not open out mouth against the Varun Balanagar. The website of Maruti complaint is showing only Adarsh. If this is the strong bonding between varun and Maruti I think our voice going waste and we can not get desired service from Varun.

I am deeply disappointed for the service that they have rendered. I do not know whether the wheel alignment was done or not, what is the status of coolant, what is the status of engine oil, are they changed the oil filters. These are minimum things that the service to be rendered. I do not know. In my office premises around 4 people including Mr Suresh reached. All people aim is that I am not paying the money. In my office premises, I do not like this to happen and I paid the money to them. Ofcourse I paid with a lot of dissatisfaction. Over and above, Mr Basha while we are discussing on the unsatisfactory service that they have rendered, he lost the cool and with a high raise of voice handed over the phone to Mr Suresh. Ofcourse this may be general practice that they can shout and they can cover-up their all the inefficiency and they can pocket the money from the customers. It is better to publicise. What is the service rendered. Body wash can put the car in perfect running condition. Mr Sandulkar, you may be of the opinion that, the customer how long he will follow-up and ina day or two this aggressiveness will lost and complaint can be closed. No I will not leave this matter. Nothing service has been rendered and commitments are not adhered. Customers trust was lost and no done any service or any baskc service. They have opened cover of the left door. but not repaired the window at their workshop. Again they opened the door in front of me. A lot of dust accumulated. They do not have minimum courtesy to clean the door when they have opened at their workshop.

When I put this question to Mr Basha he become angry and answered rudely where the door cover is opened that they do not clean. If this is the case then there is a systemic failure of Varun and Maruti to render the service to the customers rather than increasing their profit margins. Giving money is quantifiable. But rendering the service to the car is not quantifiable. This awareness has to come within the maruti customers. The door window problem is also exaggerated. Actually if one belt is changed the window can function for which they are replacing total motor and assembly to charge to the customer who do not know anything except to say yes to Varun Balanagar. Squeeze as much as they want from the Indian Maruti Customers.

This is very bad. Entire yesterday has got spoiled for no reason of me. Money, money and money. No other word from their mouth. I lost the complete confidence on Maruti as well as Varun Balanagar workshop. We can upload the complaint also in their name. This is also bad. I am very much dissatisfied with the service rendered and dispute resolution idea of Mr Sandulkar. Let us see. What will be done by maruti.

First of all i am saying sorry this type of mail given by me.

Very very bad experience and bad service seen in Nalgonda PAVAN motors. I have two cars so many services taken in VARUN motors Vijayawada and Guntur very excellent service taken from VARUN motors. But first time visited PAVAN motors Nalgonda. Very very good experience got form pavan motors. 
ie., I have given car for service and some body repair on 15.11.17 and delivery  taken after service on`23.11.17 - 6.40 pm. i drive just 10 minutes  four Kms far from show room, at city outer area (one tea stall area ) suddenly heavy sound and smoke noticed, tea stall area people a feared and ran away, i shocked what happened  i don't know after observing some fire & smoke seen from engine cabin. one tea stall boy came and pored four buckets of water to controlled the fire. After i informed to service people they came and checked car  and observed some oil cloth is seen at engine area. They saying sorry, And says our service  mechanic missed  to remove oil cloth so oil cloth  catch fire and AC compressor gas house got fire and blast so you heard heavy sound. Then they taken car to show room for repair at 7.10 pm. 

I am asking your show room people its happens in city limits and tea stall area (water available area) fire got controlled. 

Just imagine its happens at highway what will happens????? I have complete booked ref no2102897884 on 29th nov 2017 to day date is 09.12.2017. now itself problem is not solved. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GOOD SERVICE!!!!! why should i have not gone to consumer forum and social media?????? Because This type of situation could not be happened to any body.

Respected sir,

With due respect it is intimated that my grievances may be resolved at the earliest.I done my all servicing of the car on time. The last service was done on 06/12/2017. I am satisfied in Service.

I purchased a Maruti celerio vxi AMT car two years back. But, recently during my journey the vehicle raised with a loud noise and soon after the engine was stopped. After some time I re started the vehicle, but a yellow warning ight appeared. Next day I Contacted the service authority for a complete check up. But they could not find out root cause. delivered the car after check up. after this incident the performance is satisfactory up to my last service that was done on 06/12/2017. The same complaint was detected by the service authority and this time they found out the root cause. There was a problem in gear box and some parts wornout and to be replaced. The service authority said that it will take 12 days to rectify the complaint. They ordered the parts from elsewhere. Sir, What happened to my new car? I am in need of my vehicle immediately. kindly speed up the service and rectify the complaint. Is it manufacturer defect? Give me the reply soon. My Celerio is in warranty period. I also extend the warranty up to 2020. December.

I am Vijay Kumar on 6th November Dzire zxi temporary No. 3736, agency in Bahadur Garh district jajjar Haryana to buy the car. There was a problem of back gear lever, which we complained on November 29 but 6 dec. no answer was received till 7 DEC. The passenger number of my car was was expired on 13 DEC. I asked to fix his car for 6pm. But the call came that your car has been restored, after the company sent me the car to take me from the house, the cars patrol ended at a distance of 3 kms. Driver called the company all over the place but no one came with petrol. me and my family waited for 50 minutes and after that the company sent my car and also took it to the wrong route. They took 8km travel distance to 15 km. After that I decided to check the car, I checked the car, even then it was lacking. During the checking of the car, leaving the driver with the car. I asked the driver to sign documents but he had no documents.

The driver said, Sir, we have come to take you, you will have to take the car from the company. then I asked the driver to call the company car and then after a hour 3 company's employees came with my car. I told my son to take their video about how they came to take customers on our own car. Seeing that the staff started fighting with us. There were people coming back from our village, who were stopped seeing us and saved our lives.

I have received one mail from Pavan Motors Nalgond ON 03.12.2017, ie., ready to deliver but now itself they are not saying what is the root cause and they are not realized their mistake. They playing with customer patience. My family and my children's are not interested to travel in this vehicle because they are very much afraid of this situation. they want to sell the car and buy a new car. Who responsible to this loss.

Now i have not believed,and i have not satisfied their service and work men-ship and telling stories. so i want Your Maruti company engineer will check and give assurance, i will take deliver the vehicle.

I ASK ONE QUESTION

Why should i have not gone to consumer form and social media??? Because This type situation could be happened to any body.

We purchase ur maruti swift dzire PB11CC 6681 on date 14/12/2016. name of owner joginder singh s/o gurbax singh vill raipur mandlan, po bahadurgarh , teh & distt patiala punjab. Now days we have face a problem of mouse entered in the car. There is bad smell in the car. Mouse cut a seat safety belt, when we on fan or ac the smell all around of mouse because in the dashboard a mouse is dead. We face this problem for ur company bad technology and bad engineer works. no odit in car enter the mouse.

second problem:- 2 tyres of car have leakage from side. in the insurance tyres are not change from company. in the 1 year from purchase the car company should change the tyres. my ph no. 9463084498.

MY INSURANCE POLICY NUMBER IS MOP4085434 (ROYAL SUNDARAM)

My vehicle met with accident on 30/06/2017. I handover my vehicle to workshop on date 10/07/2017 bbsr manchaswar. my vehicle handover to mr biswo ranjan sir and with the vehicle i am submit all document in the office. mr biswo told me that in 45 day my vehicle is ready but i already its 6 month. I am visited work shop and insurance office a lot of time. per month i visited 15 to 20 times, they are not answer me paper commitment when my vehicle is repair or replace my brother marriage is on 05/01/2018. i need a vehicle so what could i do. i call all the number given by them everyday. In December i rent a vehicle it rent me 37300, what could i do. you plz reply me i am in a big problem.

I Ramakrishna the owner of swift vdi (KL 54 G 8157) left my car for claiming insurance on 26/ 10 /2017 at SRI AMMAN CARS INDIA PLtd dharmapuri branch, Address: collectors bungalow road A Jettihalli post Dharmapuri 636807. While leaving car for claiming insurance i also submitted my car original RC book Insurance papers and driving license after insurance has been claimed. The showroom incharge people has not returned back the Original RC book Insurance papers License. When i asked them they told me that they will provide us on 30 /10 /2017, But till now they dint even return me back and telling that they lost all those papers. I enquired those people frequently more than 10 times but they are not responding properly. This showroom head office is at hosur even i went there and complained regarding this issue they have asked a grace period of one month duration to rectify this problem but almost a period of one month is over. So i left my car at the head office hosur on 20 /12 /17 to return my original rc book driving licence and insurance papers. please kindly rectify the problem as soon as possible.

i got a called nd msg from job.quikrr.com mb no 7234814906,8516048768.. they said called from maruti suzuki has taken my interview for job designation of AM assistance manager after taken the interview said have to pay of rs 1350 for training fee before given the job offer letter and they not tell about which place hv they calling. so then how can i trust.. so i want to know this is right or wrong. so please help me out of this and suggest me what i have to do.

My Vehicle Number KL -38-D SwiftVXI (Petrol) km:-64569 I have given my vehicle for service on 21/10/2017 at pala popular vehicles and services. Service executive Siju miachel attended my case (Front sound). He told me that my steering is having problem and it need to replaced and they advised me to do the service work of 60000km. But on 26th october he call me and said that during oil change of the vehicle oil is damage. So they opened the top of engine without my permission and i went there, he said me that they have done all the work and the oil is damaged. They i requested him to changes the oil at my risk (Owner: george mathew) but he was not ready to do it. He advised me to do the engine work by cleaning it and not replacing anything without my permission. But the complaints i told him are not done. After 1 month he return my vehicle and given me the bill of rs39580/- but still the problems of my vehicle is there (Front sound). I am complaining this because i enquired with my friends they said there will not be a problem occur because the vehicle is running. Without my permission they changed my engine and gearbox components and some other items like clutch (Which is used upto 50 %only they told me that) i suspect that they used my vehicle to achieve the monthly target by charging me rs39580/- their service unsatisfactory because i went to different showrooms from 2006 onwards please take the necessary action against them and return my compensation otherwise we are moving with legal formalities. On date 15/01/2018 the service station have charged me as follows for the labours charges of my Alto LXI .Please confirm as not seems to be justified.

1. Brake oil changing only (but in bill all brakes check & clean ZA77LO) -Rs 400
2. V - belt replacement(But in bill V-belt OR AC belt TB1RO) -Rs 148
3. Alternater belt replacement (But in bill Generator/Water Pump belt Tensioner) - Rs 222

As the above charges seems to be at higher side. Please Confirm.

Worst behavior and worst services of your dealer.
I gave my accidental swift car UK07 AX 3108 on 18 june 2017 . My car met with an accident and I took it for repair to attelier automobiles saharanpur . My car's right front door, bumper & bonat were damaged badly. They told me that your car would be repaired in 1 month. After 1 month, when I went there they made excuses for the extension of one week. Day by day passed but my car was not repaired. The owner of the attelier automobiles, mr. Gagan told me to talk to his staff & i inform you but not a single call or not a single message sent by the dealer to update the status. On 16/08/2017, I received call from attelier automobiles mr.gagan (staff of attelier automobiles) that your car is ready but it was not. I met with MR Harinder General Manager of attelier automobiles & he told me that you take your car now & after one week i will do all unsatisfactory works as your satisfaction. In september I went there to gave my car for
unsatisfactory works & i left my car for 4-5 days not a single complaint they can resolve. I enquired my car in workshop & then to mr. harinder. I told him that it's a very shame that my car would not be repaired & made several excuses. They made several scratches in my car. i took my car after that i left my car in october,november and december. In december two times i left my car but the problem as it is no solution. They changed rear glass with old one , paint working very poor, denting work very poor, right front fender damaged,front right light not working etc every time staff gave excuses and excuses.

I request you to plz resolve my problem as soon as possible. We are not satisfied from your dealer attelier automobiles saharanpur. For your kind information i have four vehicles of maruti company if dealer behaviour is like that with customers i dont purchase any car from maruti suzuki in future . Kindly take quick action in above matter. We are waiting for your response.

I want to complaint against Mr Naveen Narang GM Sales at KTL Maruti Ltd, Agra. I have booked a Vitara Brezza ldi on 15 nov 2017 with amount rs 21000 twenty one thousand reciept no rec17006292 on 09 february 2017. Sales executive mr durgesh chauhan called me up that your booked car has been arrived in the showroom from plant and you can take your car by doing rest of payment on 12 feb 2017. we went to showroom and met with the manager Mr Naveen narang he promised to deliver the car on 13feb 2017. on 13feb when we reached the showroom Mr Naveen narang denied to deliver our car and said that we have delivered your car to another customer and you may take car after some time when we avails. this was very disgusting and disturbing to us when, we asked mr naveen narang that how he can do this by delivering the car to another customer. Then mr naveen narang said that he can do anything because he the supreme boss of the showroom and mr narang also threatened us that jo kuch karna h kar lo main jab chahunga tab car dunga tum log mera kuch nahi bigaad paoge. this experience was very bad for us we never hoped to behaved like this in KTL Maruti. kindly take a proper and action against Mr Naveen narang gm sales and Mr Durgesh chauhan sales executive.

I met with an accident I have zero depth insurance of my Ertiga car Rj25UA2463 from royal sundaran.. I gave my car for repair on 25-01-2018. my insurance covered all charges and insurance company said to me for only pay file charge 1000 rs but the service adviser of maruti company said to me to pay extra charges for fast repair and double file charge (2000).. one of the member of Maruti company called me to pay extra charge to pass the claim of insurance. I have audio recordings.. they didn't alignment.. they put damaged rim at the place of extra wheel. I told them about this cheating. they said we will provide you new but they didn't provide me new rim yet. today is 17-02-2018. I am unable to drive due to wheel balance. my all work had been disturbed due to delay response. I am disappointed of this bad experience and fraud members of maruti work shop it is situated in hindaun City district karoli rajasthan... don't purchase maruti car.

When we go for car maruti swift vid amt 2018 booking dealer say u can get car within 10 to 15 days. and booked car with 11000/_ by cheque. now they say it's take atleast 12week. If they clearly say about delivery time? Than I think for booking. They cannot reply satisfactory.

I don't know you will respond to customers mails or not but i like to share my experience with MARUTI SUZUKI so that you will understand what kind of service you are providing.

I am from ROAD NO 2 UPSIDC COLONY JAGDISHPUR & i booked a car which is WAGON R VXI on 20/01/18 from your nearest showroom which is near to KATHAURA. When i booked a car that time i told them to deliver the car on 20/feb/18 but due to some circumstances later i told them to deliver on 01/march/18. That time they told me we will deliver the car on that date also & when i am going with DD amount they said car is not available & they don't know when stock will come. Really this kind of service you are providing & one more thing i think DEALERS are the owners & they don't know how to talk with customers. The behavior of each & every person is so rude i can't mention.

Finally i purchased a TATA TIAGO XZ & Try to learn from TATA that how they handle the customers & how they understand the issue of customers. From the next time i will never suggest from my family to go for any MARUTI SUZUKI BRAND CAR.
