It's very bad experience from your service dealer foe 3rd free service (Garuda Autocraft Private Limited. Bangalore, Malleswaram, karnataka). They are only making money. Really I am not purchase any car from Maruti Suzuki next time because it's not about car performance but the service is very poor from your Dealer. (wagon r vxi Body noise, doors noise, total car noise)

You guys need to look your dealer closely it's my suggestion for you.

And one more thing You should give the training to your dealer guys for how to handle the customers because my problem not solved and they argue.

This is with reference to service of SPECTRA workshop, Plot No. J-240,near Fly Over Bridge, Tarapur Ind.area, Midc, Boisar(W), Tal-Plaghar, Dist-Thane, Pin-401506.

I have done some denting and painting work along with my last regular service. Now i have observed problem of paint peel off, As per my knowledge M/S spectra is closed and no any information from M/S Maruti too. Please suggest me what to do?

I Have given my SX4 ZX1 DL9CX – 6701 at your DD Motors service center for servicing on 16th Sep 8 am for paid service. Test drive was done by your executive Mr. Ashish (8860637903) and 1 mounting was told to be replaced and bill estimate was given as Rs. 9000/-.

Whole day the vehicle was with them and till now after 1 and half day they are unable to deliver it. As per them a new fault is develop which was not there at the time of test drive ie vehicle is missing.

Kindly look in to it.

Dear All concerned,

I had purchased a Wagon-r vxi model from Kataria Automobiles in Dec 2016 and took delivery of the same in the first week of Jan 2017.Now after my second free service I was not getting the proper service or response from Kataria automobiles. I am also attaching the earlier complaints that I have made.

Now a week before my car met with a minor accident and I decided the put the car for insurance claims with but the surveyor at National Insurance is not passing the claim for a new front bumper which got damaged in the accident citing that there was a break in policy before renewing and a photograph of a dent in the bumper is already updated in the site.

I went to Kataria makarba to met Mr Levish Kamdar of the Insurance branch but met one of the executives who directed me to Mr. Bharat Wagh at the Dariapur office as he said the he takes care of such cases. I personally went again from Makarba to Dariapur which is nearly 15 Kms from my residence on my 2 wheeler and appraised him of the situation and he agreed that there was a mistake from their end in renewing my policy and took all the details and necessary photographs and insurance documents and receipts and promised to revert back to me by today afternoon regarding the action he would take,but on calling him twice today there has been no revert or response from his end.Even when I visited him yesterday he seemed very reluctant to help me out although all the fault is Kataria's.My vehicle no is GJ01 RV 7811 which is now lying at Popular Wheelers.I had changed to them since I already had 2 bad experiences with Kataria and Popular at present has kept me happy. I just want my bumper replaced with a new ne by Kataria or let them reimburse me with the amount equivalent for a new one as they have goofed up on my insurance to be renewed.

I had purchased a Maruti Suzuki Celerio X from Popular vehicles and services, Angamaly, Kerala, India.
Car has been exchanged with my alto vxi, In Angamaly two showrooms are adjacent to eachother.

I first went to Indus motor's Angamaly, asked them to give an estimate price of the vehicle and price for my vehicle to be exchanged they told me 69k for my old vehicle and customer offers and exchange offer. Next I went to popular vehicles and services, Angamaly. Neethu salesgirl welcomed us and gave us the details she told price of the vehicle 5k less than what Indus has told, I taught Indus are cheating on me after that, Sarath sales in charge told me looking my vehicle he would give me 73k and exchange offers and customer offers with it,and delivery within a week.

But in a condition I have to book the vehicle on the same day.So I agreed to pay 5k as advance booking amount on 22/7/2018 and asked to deliver the vehicle on 17/8/2018 which was on chingam 1st in Malayalam calendar. He told it's fine Mam we will arrange everything for you.

On 26/7/2018 he took my old vehicle saying that he has got a customer for my vehicle and told me he will give me a changed Rc copy of the vehicle together with my new vehicle and he took the wheels and was gone as my long waiting starts.

After these days I didn't received any further contact from concern person. On 10/8/2018 I called Sarath and asked him whether everything is all right, will I get the delivery on 17th of August.He told me I have to make full payment before the arrival of vehicle,and the vehicle is on transit it's coming in a truck from Coimbatore etc.. I told him I will make the payment but he has to provide my old Rc ownership changed copy before that. He told ok...

On 16th evening I was expecting a call and that didn't happen. I called them on 17th my delivery date asking the will I get it..they told their was some technical issues that the vehicle could not reach in time and so... I told them OK... but give me the copy of my old vehicle Rc ownership changed details... Sarath told due to massive flood in Kerala all RTO offices was not working... (this was a lie) so he could not do it, and asked me to pay full amount for vehicle.

I told him I will make the payment only after ownership changed details provided...bcoz for past one month someone is using the vehicle and Rc ownership is in my name. He told me ok Mam you can make payment afterthat. On 25/8/2018 he gave me an popular vehicles sales letter indicating ownership change and told me he has done all formalities for RC ownership change, and told me to pay full amount.

So I went to their showroom on 26/8/2018 to make the payment.Now arrives their real nature the amount the sales girl told was gone. Price was actually what Indus had told. I told them you offered me 5k less than that....to Sarath he told NEETHU was new in sales,it was a mistake of her and apologies for that.l told ok...
I need few add on accessories with it...and Sarath promised me all accessories including basic kit for 25k. I told OK...please give some offers too,so he said he will give vinyl flooring for free as we good customers.
I was very happy to hear those.... I made the payment and told additional accessories payment will be done on delivery date...he told it's fine.

And my delivery date was changed to 31st of August.

I hoping this time I had made the payment and my sisters marriage was on 2 nd September so I would take her in my car for the function. I was really happy... thinking those...On 31st no one called me so I contacted them asking my vehicle. Sarath told me he was not able to get temporary registration of vehicle and he will surely deliver it on 1st September.I reminded him about 2nd September my sisters marriage,he told it's just half an hour process he could easily get it done on 1st September.

On 1st September 2018 I waited till 7 in the evening no one called so I tried to contact this man.He was not taking the call.After two hours he called me about 9 o'clock and told me vehicle was not ready and I won't get the vehicle on the same day. I told him,if I am not receiving the vehicle give a alternate new vehicle for my sisters wedding function on 2 September. He told me he will look into it.....and the same night at 11pm Sarath called me and said I am sorry ... alternate vehicle is not available you can take your new vehicle tomorrow. I was shocked and was 100% sure this man is a fraud and a born lier,bcoz no RTO office will give you temporary registration at night.I said ok I will come with my husband to collect the vehicle.

On 2 nd September 9 am I reached the show room and with God's grace I got the vehicle. Now I asked him about the old vehicle RC ownership copy,he told me to wait a week to finish RTO office formalities...
As it's was my sisters marriage I was in rush and told please make it fast to him.

On 20th September I received a message from Maruti popular indicating my services is due on 26/9/2018.
I called Sarath and asked him why it's so...He told me it's a technical error. Few days after I got a call asking the same and as my vehicle was set for first service on 22/9/2018. I had taken my vehicle for registration from RTO perumbavoor and made that done on the 10/9/2018. Now today I called Sarath and asked him about the RC ownership change copy.He told the same lie which he has been repeatedly repeating...a lier may forget the lies he said but the person who hears him must not have forgotten them.

Here After 2 months of waiting I am writing this complaint. I know as I am a lady I had to receive such rude behaviour from them. Still I have not got my RC OWNERSHIP CHANGED. Please do help me in this...or else I will be legally moving against you.

I send my car 3 times to dehradun, body shop of future auto while pvt.Ltd, Dehradun. I am not satisfied with their services. I did 3 times complain for one work. Four the future work please take it seriously so that it will never happen again. We are also so busy in our work. We can not run many times to the shop to fix the small things. Dear Sir,

This is Ravi Sharma, having Swift-VDI [RAJ-14 CW 9730], On 12Sep18 I have contacted to your execuitive [Mr. Saurabh Virmani] for policy renewal and policy renewal amount was told me Rs12500/-. On 19Sep18 I have cash paid to your executive for policy renewal but unfortunately on 22Sep18 revised amount of Rs15500/- told me.

After it I denied to renew the policy and asked your executive to refund my amount of Rs12500 in cash but now they are making excuses and asking me to refund amount through neft.

I requested to Mr.Santosh [Insurance head] to refund me in cash as the amount was paid in cash but he is not agree and disconnect my phone call.

Please check the matter and refund Rs12500/- in cash to me, In case of delay I will raise the matter to Maruti Suzuki.

Dear Sir,

In this context, I would like to draw your attention that We purchased a swift dzire by name of Mrs. Surbhi Bhadouria, the vehicle no. UK 08 AQ 3636 from Haridwar, Uttarakhand in November 2017. But due to change of my job we shifted to Greater Noida West, in last 3 servicing I was complained regarding water inside my car at co-driver side. The car has been services 3 time after my purchase and every time, service agency told that AC pipe was block so water is accumulating in the car. Due to which interior of my car is almost rotten.

Most of the time I am not in town and wife drive the car, my last service was in May 2018 and they assured us they resolved the problem but still we are facing the problem. After 15 days it works but after that suddenly water is filled in the car. I cant be available all the time for my car service due to my tours and tight schedule for the car.

Also I would like to draw your attention in the same mentioned service of May 2018 they have done wheel balancing and alignment. After that when we will drive on Highway after 100 Kmhr speed my steering start bubbling. The left door speaker is having furfur sound on beats but they always set the beat and send the car. Even one year is not passed after buying new car and I am facing problem with interior. I am confused about that should I again go for the Maruti Suzuki next time. Please take this for grant I am regular user of marutI suzuki.

Kindly look into the matter and guide me for necessary action.

I am an advocate practicing at Madras High Court, Chennai, residing at Chennai and when I have decided to purchase a car on my birthday which falls on 12.09.2018, approached M/s. Rajalakshmi Cars (P) Ltd., situated at Erukancherry, Chennai on 20.08.2018. In fact, I have received a warm welcome and was decently attended by a sales executive. After inquiry, I have decided to purchase an Alto 800. But when the days have gone, I have changed the variant to Alto K10. But I was told that I may not able to get my car on or before my birthday. Though disappointed, I have convinced myself to purchase the same at least on or before my daughter’s birthday which falls on 27.09.2018.

At that time, I was told that only Celerio X vxi (O) blue is on transit for past 5 days and will reach in another 5 days. Therefore, I was assured that I am able to take my car home on 25th of September 2018. Believing this, though the colour is not satisfied to me and my family and also more expensive comparing with Alto K10, with no other option to get a car on or before my beloved daughter’s birthday, half-mindedly accepted and made full payment through SBI loan on 15.09.2018.

But it is very unfortunate that the MARUTI after receiving full payment, has let my daughter’s birthday empty and cheerless. The reason told me for the delay is that the vehicle reached only on 26.09.2018 and it will take another 10 days to deliver with registration. It is also very unfortunate to note that such well reputed concern in India was not able to satisfy its own customer. In fact, your people often uttered the word is mere ‘SORRY’ and nothing more than that. But they did not realise the painful feelings and disappointment of a customer and even not bothered about the customer. When they are not ready to bother about the customer, it is hard to expect the care about the customer. In fact, the MARUTI people utterly failed to realise before uttering the word ‘sorry’, that such cheapest word of sorry will not make a dead man alive and the simple word may for time-being safeguard them from the affected customer but will not compensate such customer in anyway.

However, since we have celebrated our daughter’s birthday without any enthusiasm and the main reason for the same is MARUTI, why should I not cancel my order? In fact, the main cause to purchase a car itself put in vain by your lethargic attitude towards a valuable customer, then what is the necessity for me to purchase such car from MARUTI?

Ultimately, instead of showing delightful to a customer, your esteemed concern has put me in severe mental agony. In the result, your inefficiency is forcing me to knock the doors of the judiciary to get a legal remedy. Ultimately, the MARUTI is not as it has promised to me.

The biggest reason made me to get severe mental agony is nothing but my disappointed daughter’s utterance. Yes, she uttered me on her cheerless birthday that, “DAD, YOU ARE NOT AS YOU PROMISED” and went away. The reason for this conflict in a beautiful relationship between daughter and a father is MARUTI.

Being as a father to a beautiful daughter, I am able to understand the worth and pain of those words. NOW my simple question towards MARUTI is that “IS IT MY FAULT, CHOSEN A WELL REPUTED INDIAN CAR COMPANY? AND IS IT THE REWARD FOR ME CHOOSING MARUTI?

I am hereby submitting a cheating complaint against Popular Vehicle Service Mamangalam, Ernakulam regarding the Sale of Maruti Suzuki Eeco BLACK COLOUR 5STR AC, I booked this car on 09/07/2018, and given the booking amount of Rs 3000, till now i didn't get the car and i got a bad response from the Sales Executive Mr Risil. finally i talked with the Manager but i got a sad reply that he also forced me to cancel the order and told me that i need to wait one more month to get my car, already i waited 60days till now. I suspect these guys are trying to make me not to buy maruti suzuki car and finally i give up buying another brands car in 2007.

I brought a Alto Car which works perfectly made me to get another car from Maruti suzuki but now the situations are worst nobody will buy any of your cars if the dealership is behaving like this. They promised me to give Black colour and finally after 60 days they revealed that Maruti Suzuki has closed the production of black colour or else i need to wait for 30 more days to get the car. This is pure cheating if they told this earlier i will book another colour. Now i asked for another colour but they told me i need to wait again 30 days.

So Sadly iam giving up my hopes to buy a car from Maruti Suzuki in future. I just reported this issue to sort out the problem and make your customer stick with your brand in future. If you guys give value to this complaint please issue the car within few days (i cant wait for a month) Remember nobody will wait for 3months for getting a new car. The dealership is indirectly forcing me to give up buying this car. The letter they send to me (attached with this complaint) after my booking shows the time period they taken for deliver this car.

This car have manufacturing defect. total run of car 99 KM. In 20 days car sent to work shop two times. I have play first gear and car run in reverse, show in display first gear. The incident play car touch the walve & Body Damaged but car is not start. Maruti suzuki team approach the car address. Sh. Subhash Gupta Checked the car by computer, manufacturing defect shows. Gears are not working and is not start the car. Car sent to work shop through crane on dated 07.10.2018 and previously sent to work shop on dated 27.09.2018 by Clutch Plate and starting problem. Due to Serious Problem in this car, accident possible due to this type problem of car please request to you replace the car by new.

In this matter i would like to inform you that we have Maruti Suzuki Ciaz [TOP MODEL] & it's almost run 1,46,000.00 KM. & we have complaint about your service.

We maintain our vehicle by service to service & time to time & we never compromising in Maintenance & Servicing of our Car.

since last 08 Months ago there is problem in our car that, whenever we are going to start our car, engine sound too much badly & cell not taking proper within time to time.

We always complaint about this problem at your service station but we didn't get any solution from your side. We always pay bill time to time upto 20,000/- on every service bill. We re attached here scan copy of invoice.

we already complaint about this matter that engine sounds too much badly, we always change oil time to time. But we couldn't get any solution yet from your side.

Another matter is Regarding Engine Start Problem.
Whenever we are going to start engine of our car, it's take too much time to get start. We also complaint about this matter more than a 01 year but we also couldn't get any solution.

I have purchsed new model dezire on 05.10.2017 from M /S Stan Autos Pvt Ltd.Ludhiana (Punjab) under Registration No. PB10GN 0108.From that date to till date,I am observing carbon emissions problems in my car (latest Snaps attached) even after forceful overhauling of engine and illegal swapping of parts by auethorised dealers and north Manager Mr.Gunjan Malik. They are misbehaving with me.

As a result I am in consumer court against your dealer and with Maruti. Now they are not interested to solve the problem unless and until due to case.

They have also ignored the work even after demanded job card.

I had puchased car last year 2017 from ur dealer patel moters. At the 2nd free service, I was told that my car is producing webbling sound in front section. Without any check up patel moters work shop executive told that required greasing in the front brakes and told me that labour charges and greasing charges. The noise is not produce by the brakes, It was by the suspensions.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I bought new car “(TN-25-BE-6180) ZDI-DRRDCL1 MARUTI SUZUKI DZIRE” on 31-10-2017 from Maruti showroom branch in Tiruvannamalai by Authorised maruti dealer of “Ganesh Car Private Limited’. I’ve carried out all the service at Tiruvannamalai Service Center and the vehicle has just completed 15,902 KM so far. The service details are as

1st service on 1016 kms dated 27/11/2017 at Tiruvannamalai.
2nd service on 5096 kms dated 23/2/2018 at Tiruvannamalai.
3rd service on 10314 kms dated 24/5/2018 at Tiruvannamalai.
4rd service on 15902 kms dated 06/9/2018 at Tiruvannamalai.

On 18-09-2018 my family was returning back from chennai to tiruvannamalai from the above mentioned car, while on the way at 15:30 Hrs in Dhindivanam bypass road near Kollar village reliance tower, we heard a strong noise from the car wheel from front right side wheel rim was removed from the tire from engine side, (tyre is not bursted) which leads to control loss, because of that car turned and rolled upside down on the left side of the road, which made a multiple injuries to the family members and the vehicle got a severe damage, i.e, both side of the car body, backside diky, front and back mirror, top of the body and interior passenger seats, rim, all wheels and etc.

The car was serviced by the same maruti dealer "Ganesh Car Private Limited" at Tiruvannamalai on 06-09-2018 which was not done properly and while on service the service dealer didn’t change both side Tire (Front and Back), and as per Maruti Suzuki rules after the vehicle has travelled 10,000 KM, tires should be rotated. In addition to that, service wasn’t done properly in Ganesh Car, Tiruvannamalai service center. This was the main reason for this massive car accident, after the service this is the first long drive to chennai, we haven’t used the car for any other purposes, after the accident we left our car in the Maruti showroom in Vellore through recovery van which we paid Rs. 6000 /- on our own. While we were in the workshop we happened to see the same kind of accident for the the same brand vehicle and in the market also it is unfortunate to know that the new dzire is lightweight and its stability is questionable. And in service they convinced for repair of the vehicle but we are not interested after the several discussions we agreed for repair and now they are saying the tyre and alloy wheel will not cover under insurance which is not acceptable, the accident occured in plain road and we are sure that we have not crashed against anything. Herewith we’ve attached the enclosing photos for your reference

This unexpected thing happened within a year of buying a car made a big impact on us causing a huge fear of using the same car now. So, kindly asking you to lookup into this and we are kindly requesting for a exchange of new car as the whole car is completely damaged now.

Please take a proper action to make sure that, this mistake will not happen again just because of the carelessness of the service people/company to any of your customers.

This is to inform you that My maruti suzuki swift Dezire vxi car key lost in Ajmer on yesterday night 10pm. This new car i have purchased in this month. I have put my complaint on toll free number for car pull. they told me first we have break your glass than we can pull. so no proper response given even not came at location only conversation in phone.

I have stuck that stranger palace, no response came.

So give my 3 question reply.

1. How traffic police pull car without break glass?
2. Who will responsible for this?
3. Why new car purchased time done more & more Commitment ?

I need recovery for whole night i stuck there....

This is to inform you that I have purchased my Suzuki Ciaz alpha model on 31-04-2018. From competent automobile co ltd shahdra Nexa (Delhi).

1st service was done at Delhi at 7 July at 914 km. As I have shifted to Jaipur I had to get my service done from Jaipur itself. I went to prem motors jaipur at baie godam. I get my service done on 28-september. I am really unhappy with the service done. Engine noise is very loud like it's a 8-10 years old car. Changing gears as they are more hard to change. All car is making noise like window gates etc. The service was not at all done what I was able to get when I was driving. what they must have done is washed and handed over me car.

I had to left for Delhi and car was in a miserable condition.

Kindly take necessary action.

Hello, yesterday i purchased one pair of shock observers to car also lxi model 2011, through spare dealer at Guntur AP, firm name Advance auto parts, part number 41068M66L40 of two. The dealer said their is no warranty to this item and any item. Is it correct your product is most popular one but this man i.e dealer has not giving and selling by saying no warranty to any spare part, is it correct or not? He said go repair at show room they will give warranty but we are not giving. it is your product rules or dealer rule what is correct?
