I am very disappointed with showroom staff.
Car document not received on time.
Car price not clear with me.

sir mere car body shop me gai thi. unhone mere car ka bill bhot zada bana deya or mujshe 39000 rupay mage hai. Aur mere car 0 type insurance hai mujshe kaha he apko ye balance dena hoga.

Dear Suzuki,
I have booked Breeza on 16 August. 2022 and Dealer told me that he will deliver car before diwali.
Now he is not delivering car on time.
Kindly look into it and do the needful.

I had purchased Ertiga Cng from Vitesse Worli Sales, consultatnt is Bhumika Trivedi. i got the car in oct on the basis of 50000/- accessories but i have not yet received any bill of Accessories and one item ie Door Sill Guard With Illumination which cost around 4080/-is still pending. Kindly look into this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible. Hoping for your quick response.

Good Day Maruti Care

My self Udaya kumar the purpose of this mail need to register one complaint today i encountered from Indus motor in mavelikara branch at Alappuzha district in Kerala .

Last december My vehicle Brezza Car (KL-29 U-2764) had meet an accident and result both rear and front door has been damaged. The next day i gave My vehicle to near by indus motor showroom for the insurance claim.

After 2 week i went for taking the vehicle after completion of repair and maintenance. That day i clearly informed to the Service Executive and Service Manager Mr Sibin i will come back for collecting the damaged doors and scrap due to not sufficient space inside the vehicle.

Unfortunately due to some family issue i couldn't get a time to collect the scraps i noticed the issue to Mr Sibin also he told he will keep until when i come to collect.

Hence today i called the Service manager t told him am coming for taking the damaged door and scraps. But the executive told me they sold the two door and scraps to the third party without informing to us. This is the good way to serving the customer. I hope the care team will take proper action against the issue. Here by i will give your the Service Manager contact number and My number for your further reference

मेरी एर्टिगा की लीथियम-ion बैटरी खराब हो गयी है sir 2 साल भी नही हुआ है ,ew भी है 5 साल और 1,00,000 km की मगर कम्पनी नई बैटरी देने से मना कर रही है,आपका रिक्वेस्ट कैंसिल हो गया है करके बाकी कोई रिस्पांस नई दे रही है बहाना मार रही है और घुमा रही है,पहले भी कई कारणों से मुझे परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ चुका है जिसमे ... सर्विसिंग में देरी,गाड़ी ढंग से साफ न होना,Pre oppointment करवाने के बाद भी बस oil और filter बदलने के लिए 3-4 दिन लगा देना ,कुछ बोलने पर ज्यादा काम का बहाना कर देना,सर्विस adviser का व्यहवार बहुत ही खराब, GM का भी बहुत खराब ( आफिस में होने के बाद भी छुट्टी में हूँ का बहाना मारना ) इनके चक्कर मे क्या मैं अपनी गाड़ी CG07CE9443 जिसका मैं प्रति महीने 14,000 क़िस्त चुका रहा हु उसको क्या शोरूम में कितने ही दिन छोडूंगा ....... आप ही बताइए मुझे आफिस आने जाने में दिक्कत हो रही है ...कृपया करके उपाय करें

I booked Maruti Breeza Lxi Cng popular sola Ahmedabad on 21-09-2023. And at that time I was given 4 weeks booking period and it has not arrived yet. So how long will it take to arrive? If not, then I have to go to another company.
