I have purchased Ertiga CNG from Kiran Motors Maharashtra, and took delivery on 23/09/2017. So far I have filled in 15 Ltr Petrol and 11 Kgs of CNG. I have driven only 300 Kms so far and both the fuel got exhausted, there is some serious issue with fuel efficiency of vehicle delivered to me. I have contacted Kiran Motors for this issue, for which they asked to contact their service adviser, who is not available on given phone No. Need some swift action from Maruti Suzuki in this regard.

I given my Celerio ZXI AMT on 18/09/2017 for 4th paid service only run 19400 Km. Given for service at CM Auto sales at Chandigarh. After service they call me to pick my car after clearing invoice. They given me car. When I start my car. it's not starting at all called them to start. They tried to fix that but cant fix it then they told me to come tomorrow. Next day I went they said car had gear box problem come tomorrow. Next day again I went there they car had AMT gear changer come next day. Next day u r car had self starter problem. we r fixing u can get car in the evening. Evening bring my car home. Next day stop again for same problem. Then again I went to them. Then they told u car need to change the starter so we order the self starter with company it will come in three, four days. now when ever I calling them they part still no came.

Dear Sir, I was booked Brezza VDI, on 14 September 17, on condition that I will get car on Dusshera, my loan was disbursed, now dealer told me that, they are not able to give delivery on Dusshera not even on dhanteras that is on 17 October, by saying company not able to supply car. I don't understand to whom i will send my complaint.

I buy celerio zxi at sakith motor Tumkur, they given only one automatic key and one ordinary key and we ask them to give both the keys have to automatic but didn't respond for our request. please give our second automatic key for us.

I purchased new Alto K0 AMT on 2st January 2017. Only one free maintenance has been carried out the dealer Ganpati Motors Rajnandgaon (C.G.). Since September 2017, The dealership of Ganapati Motors is cancelled. Notice to this effect was published local in news papers. But now who will provide us maintenance as is not intimated to customers. I contacted dealers at near by cities, Ganpati Motors Durg (0788 663500) and Ganpati Motors, Bhilai (07884090400), but got negative reply. I called your customer help no 18001021800 but did not get any help. The executive replying said that as per their records Ganpati Motors is still authorised dealer and suggested to approach through this channel.

Now there is no Maruti Suzuki agency within 50 Kms range. If maintenance is not done, warranty is void as per your terms and conditions. What should I do? Please help.

I have been an ardent fan of Maruti and have grown along the brand, from Maruti 800 to the latest cars. I have experienced most and have been loyalist to the core.

Then the last experience with my new Ergita has put me in jeopardy that if it is the time to move on, it clearly seconded the reason for Maruti getting lowered in SSI , seemed the company doesn’t care for the customers any more. I would take the privilege to take you through the painful journey I had been put across in the last vehicle experience with Ertiga DL 9C AN 0379:

• I purchased the vehicle on 28th may 2017 , and was very happy as it was the first 5+ seater in the house and my little daughter enjoyed toppling in second and third row. Although the vehicle was nowhere near the ex-showroom condition , it was full of dust and mud. Being excited for the new car I ignored and took the vehicle.

• The misery started just 150 Kms after the vehicle, it started giving issues of vibrations and noise, the same were acknowledged in the Maruti service station Narayana. The story did not work out , at the 1000 Kms the vehicle agains started the same issue , infact it aggravated and this time there was noise from the rear AC aswell, just think of the customer experience whose vehicle has been in workshop equal it has been on road.

• Somehow your team convinced me to take the vehicle ,but the things did not get better, this time at 4878 Kms the vehice clutch had been changed, followed by the AC work. Herein I lost my patience and escalated to Maruti , but to my dismay the response was poorer, rather I was made a fool.

I complained on 27th July 2018 , I was connected to Mr Saurabh , who diverted me to Mr Rohit who further diverted me to Mr Rahul Verma(TSM , 775494555), he asked to come to Magic auto , as the vehicle has been purchased from Magic auto, I was feeling like I HAD MADE A MISTAKE TAKING ERTIGA, making me run from pillar to post , finally the gentleman told me to visit the Magic auto on 8th August 2018.

I visited the dealership and Mr Verma was too busy to meet , so was asked to meet Ms Priya Mr Rana, he inspected the vehicle and told that the front seat has issues and door trim has issues , which intend make noise , they themselves told and acknowledged the fabris for the seat aswell is not in place , in a quarter itself fabric has stated wearing out. Also the engine was accounted responsible for the vibrations , so its mounting was also changed or tightened.

All this time I had been chasing Mr Rahul Verma who I had been apprised is from Maruti Suzuki, but every time I was disappointed , he seldom used to take cal and never called back – seems a very big guy. Finally he allowed me some of his precious time and met me yesterday at the dealership, and on my queries for the misery faced by me he simply enlightened me of not buying maruti anymore, also questioned my intelligence for buyimg this vehicle.

He summed up his statement as – Fir gaadi Kharidi kyn thi, yeh toh sab ertiga mein hai hee?

Sir it is a less than 6 month old vehicle – vibrations, seat covers, engine mounting, AC .. I have faced it all. It feels like I have been intentionally handed over a faulty vehicle. All this time I had to run on public transport or on rented cabs , if this is the way of life then why did I buy the car in the first place. I earnestly seek your personal intervention for the case as I trust that the senior management in the Maruti still values their customers.

I would be obliged if any of your senior official is ready to inspect the vehicle with me, and take a judicious call of replacement if required. Hoping an early revert & acknowledgement on the same.

I have been a Maruti Customer for 6 years and i am feeling cheated at the hands of Maruti ONE UP MOTORS INDIA PVT. LTD LUCKNOW (U.P.). I have given my car WAGONR LXI CNG UP32 FW 2037, OWNER:- DEEPAK SHARMA (MOB:- 9307416464) for paid service on 31/10/2017. telecaller of ONE UP told me that you get 50% discount on labour charge but after the service he give me FINAL BILL OF Rs:- 11815.00 for Paid service when i ask for the discount they not reply proper. ONE UP SERVICE IS SO POOR. After the many poor experience I have lodged complaint with Maruti customer care. i hope you can take a good action on it. otherwise i left the maruti fully and move for any other company. Dear Sir,

Under a great disappointment I have to inform you that. I Fazal Md. Choudhury purchased Maruti Wagnor VXI baring registration number ( AS11M6323 )from one of your Silchar Dealer Jain Udyog, Sonai Road.

On 31st June 2016 the car was taken from your dealer and and from DZ-VAAHAN i get my registration message on my mobile is 05-Jul-2017 but till date I have not yet received my number plate for which I have been suffering a lot because without number plate for so long period no one can allow me to run the vehicle on road.

So as you know the rest problem I have facing today for the non availability of the card and number plate. So help me to to solve the matter soon or else I am bound to say my this words in other way. Due to your dealer negligence and delay in providing the committed facilities which I have been demanding for. Hope for better reply in short period of time.

I booked a new Dzire VDI car in Modern Automobiles, Ambala City through CSD on 09.7.2017. I have already sent the required payment through RTGS on 01.11.2017 but it pained me when I found that the said car is not available in agency. I request your good self that availability may be ascertained to avoid any harassment to the customer. Company is requested to be fast in delivery of the vehicle immediate after the payment is made for it.

RAHUL JADON. But he not respond and he said that he had bought a car and said that he stole the kit and talked to me wrongly. I want him to know about my toolkit or I will take appropriate action. All documents like insurance no. 98000031170305761860 (The new India insurance), temporary number slip given at time of delivery ( temporary number slip for one month up to 24 SEP 17 to 23,oct17).But my car accident on dated 11oct2017 at JALANDHAR. I have pick car through toing to Lovely autos Bhim Ram Ambedkar chowk Jalandhar as discussed with your sale officer who saled car to me,toing payed on my own pocket money. At time of car reached in Lovely autos JOB SLIP NO. _ 8719 on dated 11 Oct 2017. Car no- HP 22(T)9187, at 4pm They people's says NO you have not claim in cash less insurance because we don't agree this temporary number slip.then I have discussed with where car purchase and insurance company regular and given / show him a slip received amount that's dealer submit in RTO OFFICE.

After so many afferts they had aggred to repair a My car it's cover or not it's decide by insurance company after repair, Please tell me few answers.. Refer attachments.

1. Insurance provided by Maruti company to me that's amount I have payed in invoice value.
2. Temporary number provided by Maruti dealer. With one Month validity.

Why customer /Me suffer?Now I have visited last day in Maruti lovely autos no work on my car still till date after so many telefonic calls . approximately 22 days gone I had harassed and disturbing spent @ 9 t0 10 lakhs on car but till what I get?

So I have request to please look this matter on urgent basis. I am waiting.

I bought Maruti ZDI SHVS on 19/12/2015 from M/s. Adarsha Automotives Pvt. Ltd.. on the wife`s name B. Chilakamma. From the last 06 months SHVS system is partially working. That is when I bring the Car in neutral position the engine is NOT STOPPING. The Engineers, Staff are trying very hard to rectify the problem, but are NOT able to find the exact location of the FAULT. Though a good effort is being made every time I go the dealer, in the evening when I was asked to collect the vehicle the problem is as it is. My request to Factory Bosses at your end is to kindly depute an expert in solving this kind of problem (SHVS) and TRAIN atleast 02 persons in every Workshop the problem will be eased as this system is very new. Initially I have told that it would cost around Rs.18,000/- and said that it is covered under the WARRANTY. But again on inspection they said that there some minor problem somewhere. This is being located.

I have admitted the Car yesterday (06/11/2017) and have been told that it would be solved by evening of today (07/11/2017) at a differenct location at Attapur in Hyderabad. Sirs, U all have given me and many of the PROUD OWNERS of Maruti Ertiga Cars which are PAR excellent of all the cars in the same segment on road in respect of luxury and performance. Please also use your estimable resources to make available the best of TRAINED WORK FORCE to backup the problems. Finally, thanking you Sirs, in anticipation that my problem will be solved as soon as possible. One Mr. Sarkar at your end has been appraised of this problem possibly on 02/11/2017. Good Day Sirs.

I purchase new Alto K10 VXi(O) on 23.10.2017 from Jamkash Vehicleades Pvt. Ltd., Jammu . From the very next day there was central locking system in the driver side door which was replaced in the second visit to the showroom, Now there is sound/noise in the rear portion of the vehicle for which I visited the showroom four times but the problem could not be solved. Every time I was told by the Sr. Technician that the sound is from the board(fitted by the company) placed behind the rear seats for which there is not solution. I have done a blunder mistake by purchasing a maruti vehicle instead of Hynduai or Honda.

I request the Company to kindly issue necessary instructions to the agency to rectify the problem or replace the vehicle otherwise I will have no option but to approach Consumer Court.

Mr.Sandulkar (07702300223). After discussion with Ms Swarna as well as you the service advisor reached me around 4.30PM. To stop the nuisance since morning of yesterday i.e. December 1, 2017, the amount was paid. It should not look like that I am worrying for the money. It is really a breach of contract and confidence of the customer on the services rendered by the Maruti or their authorized dealer Varun Balanagar. In this website except M/s Adarsh dealer no other dealer is visible. It looks to be we can not open out mouth against the Varun Balanagar. The website of Maruti complaint is showing only Adarsh. If this is the strong bonding between varun and Maruti I think our voice going waste and we can not get desired service from Varun.

I am deeply disappointed for the service that they have rendered. I do not know whether the wheel alignment was done or not, what is the status of coolant, what is the status of engine oil, are they changed the oil filters. These are minimum things that the service to be rendered. I do not know. In my office premises around 4 people including Mr Suresh reached. All people aim is that I am not paying the money. In my office premises, I do not like this to happen and I paid the money to them. Ofcourse I paid with a lot of dissatisfaction. Over and above, Mr Basha while we are discussing on the unsatisfactory service that they have rendered, he lost the cool and with a high raise of voice handed over the phone to Mr Suresh. Ofcourse this may be general practice that they can shout and they can cover-up their all the inefficiency and they can pocket the money from the customers. It is better to publicise. What is the service rendered. Body wash can put the car in perfect running condition. Mr Sandulkar, you may be of the opinion that, the customer how long he will follow-up and ina day or two this aggressiveness will lost and complaint can be closed. No I will not leave this matter. Nothing service has been rendered and commitments are not adhered. Customers trust was lost and no done any service or any baskc service. They have opened cover of the left door. but not repaired the window at their workshop. Again they opened the door in front of me. A lot of dust accumulated. They do not have minimum courtesy to clean the door when they have opened at their workshop.

When I put this question to Mr Basha he become angry and answered rudely where the door cover is opened that they do not clean. If this is the case then there is a systemic failure of Varun and Maruti to render the service to the customers rather than increasing their profit margins. Giving money is quantifiable. But rendering the service to the car is not quantifiable. This awareness has to come within the maruti customers. The door window problem is also exaggerated. Actually if one belt is changed the window can function for which they are replacing total motor and assembly to charge to the customer who do not know anything except to say yes to Varun Balanagar. Squeeze as much as they want from the Indian Maruti Customers.

This is very bad. Entire yesterday has got spoiled for no reason of me. Money, money and money. No other word from their mouth. I lost the complete confidence on Maruti as well as Varun Balanagar workshop. We can upload the complaint also in their name. This is also bad. I am very much dissatisfied with the service rendered and dispute resolution idea of Mr Sandulkar. Let us see. What will be done by maruti.

First of all i am saying sorry this type of mail given by me.

Very very bad experience and bad service seen in Nalgonda PAVAN motors. I have two cars so many services taken in VARUN motors Vijayawada and Guntur very excellent service taken from VARUN motors. But first time visited PAVAN motors Nalgonda. Very very good experience got form pavan motors. 
ie., I have given car for service and some body repair on 15.11.17 and delivery  taken after service on`23.11.17 - 6.40 pm. i drive just 10 minutes  four Kms far from show room, at city outer area (one tea stall area ) suddenly heavy sound and smoke noticed, tea stall area people a feared and ran away, i shocked what happened  i don't know after observing some fire & smoke seen from engine cabin. one tea stall boy came and pored four buckets of water to controlled the fire. After i informed to service people they came and checked car  and observed some oil cloth is seen at engine area. They saying sorry, And says our service  mechanic missed  to remove oil cloth so oil cloth  catch fire and AC compressor gas house got fire and blast so you heard heavy sound. Then they taken car to show room for repair at 7.10 pm. 

I am asking your show room people its happens in city limits and tea stall area (water available area) fire got controlled. 

Just imagine its happens at highway what will happens????? I have complete booked ref no2102897884 on 29th nov 2017 to day date is 09.12.2017. now itself problem is not solved. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GOOD SERVICE!!!!! why should i have not gone to consumer forum and social media?????? Because This type of situation could not be happened to any body.

Respected sir,

With due respect it is intimated that my grievances may be resolved at the earliest.I done my all servicing of the car on time. The last service was done on 06/12/2017. I am satisfied in Service.

I purchased a Maruti celerio vxi AMT car two years back. But, recently during my journey the vehicle raised with a loud noise and soon after the engine was stopped. After some time I re started the vehicle, but a yellow warning ight appeared. Next day I Contacted the service authority for a complete check up. But they could not find out root cause. delivered the car after check up. after this incident the performance is satisfactory up to my last service that was done on 06/12/2017. The same complaint was detected by the service authority and this time they found out the root cause. There was a problem in gear box and some parts wornout and to be replaced. The service authority said that it will take 12 days to rectify the complaint. They ordered the parts from elsewhere. Sir, What happened to my new car? I am in need of my vehicle immediately. kindly speed up the service and rectify the complaint. Is it manufacturer defect? Give me the reply soon. My Celerio is in warranty period. I also extend the warranty up to 2020. December.

I am Vijay Kumar on 6th November Dzire zxi temporary No. 3736, agency in Bahadur Garh district jajjar Haryana to buy the car. There was a problem of back gear lever, which we complained on November 29 but 6 dec. no answer was received till 7 DEC. The passenger number of my car was was expired on 13 DEC. I asked to fix his car for 6pm. But the call came that your car has been restored, after the company sent me the car to take me from the house, the cars patrol ended at a distance of 3 kms. Driver called the company all over the place but no one came with petrol. me and my family waited for 50 minutes and after that the company sent my car and also took it to the wrong route. They took 8km travel distance to 15 km. After that I decided to check the car, I checked the car, even then it was lacking. During the checking of the car, leaving the driver with the car. I asked the driver to sign documents but he had no documents.

The driver said, Sir, we have come to take you, you will have to take the car from the company. then I asked the driver to call the company car and then after a hour 3 company's employees came with my car. I told my son to take their video about how they came to take customers on our own car. Seeing that the staff started fighting with us. There were people coming back from our village, who were stopped seeing us and saved our lives.

I have received one mail from Pavan Motors Nalgond ON 03.12.2017, ie., ready to deliver but now itself they are not saying what is the root cause and they are not realized their mistake. They playing with customer patience. My family and my children's are not interested to travel in this vehicle because they are very much afraid of this situation. they want to sell the car and buy a new car. Who responsible to this loss.

Now i have not believed,and i have not satisfied their service and work men-ship and telling stories. so i want Your Maruti company engineer will check and give assurance, i will take deliver the vehicle.

I ASK ONE QUESTION

Why should i have not gone to consumer form and social media??? Because This type situation could be happened to any body.

We purchase ur maruti swift dzire PB11CC 6681 on date 14/12/2016. name of owner joginder singh s/o gurbax singh vill raipur mandlan, po bahadurgarh , teh & distt patiala punjab. Now days we have face a problem of mouse entered in the car. There is bad smell in the car. Mouse cut a seat safety belt, when we on fan or ac the smell all around of mouse because in the dashboard a mouse is dead. We face this problem for ur company bad technology and bad engineer works. no odit in car enter the mouse.

second problem:- 2 tyres of car have leakage from side. in the insurance tyres are not change from company. in the 1 year from purchase the car company should change the tyres. my ph no. 9463084498.

I handover my vehicle to workshop on date 10/07/2017 bbsr manchaswar. my vehicle handover to mr biswo ranjan sir and with the vehicle i am submit all document in the office. mr biswo told me that in 45 day my vehicle is ready but i already its 6 month. I am visited work shop and insurance office a lot of time. per month i visited 15 to 20 times, they are not answer me paper commitment when my vehicle is repair or replace my brother marriage is on 05/01/2018. i need a vehicle so what could i do. i call all the number given by them everyday. In December i rent a vehicle it rent me 37300, what could i do. you plz reply me i am in a big problem.

I Ramakrishna the owner of swift vdi (KL 54 G 8157) left my car for claiming insurance on 26/ 10 /2017 at SRI AMMAN CARS INDIA PLtd dharmapuri branch, Address: collectors bungalow road A Jettihalli post Dharmapuri 636807. While leaving car for claiming insurance i also submitted my car original RC book Insurance papers and driving license after insurance has been claimed. The showroom incharge people has not returned back the Original RC book Insurance papers License. When i asked them they told me that they will provide us on 30 /10 /2017, But till now they dint even return me back and telling that they lost all those papers. I enquired those people frequently more than 10 times but they are not responding properly. This showroom head office is at hosur even i went there and complained regarding this issue they have asked a grace period of one month duration to rectify this problem but almost a period of one month is over. So i left my car at the head office hosur on 20 /12 /17 to return my original rc book driving licence and insurance papers. please kindly rectify the problem as soon as possible.

i got a called nd msg from job.quikrr.com mb no 7234814906,8516048768.. they said called from maruti suzuki has taken my interview for job designation of AM assistance manager after taken the interview said have to pay of rs 1350 for training fee before given the job offer letter and they not tell about which place hv they calling. so then how can i trust.. so i want to know this is right or wrong. so please help me out of this and suggest me what i have to do.

My Vehicle Number KL -38-D SwiftVXI (Petrol) km:-64569 I have given my vehicle for service on 21/10/2017 at pala popular vehicles and services. Service executive Siju miachel attended my case (Front sound). He told me that my steering is having problem and it need to replaced and they advised me to do the service work of 60000km. But on 26th october he call me and said that during oil change of the vehicle oil is damage. So they opened the top of engine without my permission and i went there, he said me that they have done all the work and the oil is damaged. They i requested him to changes the oil at my risk (Owner: george mathew) but he was not ready to do it. He advised me to do the engine work by cleaning it and not replacing anything without my permission. But the complaints i told him are not done. After 1 month he return my vehicle and given me the bill of rs39580/- but still the problems of my vehicle is there (Front sound). I am complaining this because i enquired with my friends they said there will not be a problem occur because the vehicle is running. Without my permission they changed my engine and gearbox components and some other items like clutch (Which is used upto 50 %only they told me that) i suspect that they used my vehicle to achieve the monthly target by charging me rs39580/- their service unsatisfactory because i went to different showrooms from 2006 onwards please take the necessary action against them and return my compensation otherwise we are moving with legal formalities. On date 15/01/2018 the service station have charged me as follows for the labours charges of my Alto LXI .Please confirm as not seems to be justified.

1. Brake oil changing only (but in bill all brakes check & clean ZA77LO) -Rs 400
2. V - belt replacement(But in bill V-belt OR AC belt TB1RO) -Rs 148
3. Alternater belt replacement (But in bill Generator/Water Pump belt Tensioner) - Rs 222

As the above charges seems to be at higher side. Please Confirm.

Worst behavior and worst services of your dealer.
I gave my accidental swift car UK07 AX 3108 on 18 june 2017 . My car met with an accident and I took it for repair to attelier automobiles saharanpur . My car's right front door, bumper & bonat were damaged badly. They told me that your car would be repaired in 1 month. After 1 month, when I went there they made excuses for the extension of one week. Day by day passed but my car was not repaired. The owner of the attelier automobiles, mr. Gagan told me to talk to his staff & i inform you but not a single call or not a single message sent by the dealer to update the status. On 16/08/2017, I received call from attelier automobiles mr.gagan (staff of attelier automobiles) that your car is ready but it was not. I met with MR Harinder General Manager of attelier automobiles & he told me that you take your car now & after one week i will do all unsatisfactory works as your satisfaction. In september I went there to gave my car for
unsatisfactory works & i left my car for 4-5 days not a single complaint they can resolve. I enquired my car in workshop & then to mr. harinder. I told him that it's a very shame that my car would not be repaired & made several excuses. They made several scratches in my car. i took my car after that i left my car in october,november and december. In december two times i left my car but the problem as it is no solution. They changed rear glass with old one , paint working very poor, denting work very poor, right front fender damaged,front right light not working etc every time staff gave excuses and excuses.

I request you to plz resolve my problem as soon as possible. We are not satisfied from your dealer attelier automobiles saharanpur. For your kind information i have four vehicles of maruti company if dealer behaviour is like that with customers i dont purchase any car from maruti suzuki in future . Kindly take quick action in above matter. We are waiting for your response.

I want to complaint against Mr Naveen Narang GM Sales at KTL Maruti Ltd, Agra. I have booked a Vitara Brezza ldi on 15 nov 2017 with amount rs 21000 twenty one thousand reciept no rec17006292 on 09 february 2017. Sales executive mr durgesh chauhan called me up that your booked car has been arrived in the showroom from plant and you can take your car by doing rest of payment on 12 feb 2017. we went to showroom and met with the manager Mr Naveen narang he promised to deliver the car on 13feb 2017. on 13feb when we reached the showroom Mr Naveen narang denied to deliver our car and said that we have delivered your car to another customer and you may take car after some time when we avails. this was very disgusting and disturbing to us when, we asked mr naveen narang that how he can do this by delivering the car to another customer. Then mr naveen narang said that he can do anything because he the supreme boss of the showroom and mr narang also threatened us that jo kuch karna h kar lo main jab chahunga tab car dunga tum log mera kuch nahi bigaad paoge. this experience was very bad for us we never hoped to behaved like this in KTL Maruti. kindly take a proper and action against Mr Naveen narang gm sales and Mr Durgesh chauhan sales executive.

I met with an accident I have zero depth insurance of my Ertiga car Rj25UA2463 from royal sundaran.. I gave my car for repair on 25-01-2018. my insurance covered all charges and insurance company said to me for only pay file charge 1000 rs but the service adviser of maruti company said to me to pay extra charges for fast repair and double file charge (2000).. one of the member of Maruti company called me to pay extra charge to pass the claim of insurance. I have audio recordings.. they didn't alignment.. they put damaged rim at the place of extra wheel. I told them about this cheating. they said we will provide you new but they didn't provide me new rim yet. today is 17-02-2018. I am unable to drive due to wheel balance. my all work had been disturbed due to delay response. I am disappointed of this bad experience and fraud members of maruti work shop it is situated in hindaun City district karoli rajasthan... don't purchase maruti car.

When we go for car maruti swift vid amt 2018 booking dealer say u can get car within 10 to 15 days. and booked car with 11000/_ by cheque. now they say it's take atleast 12week. If they clearly say about delivery time? Than I think for booking. They cannot reply satisfactory.

I don't know you will respond to customers mails or not but i like to share my experience with MARUTI SUZUKI so that you will understand what kind of service you are providing.

I am from ROAD NO 2 UPSIDC COLONY JAGDISHPUR & i booked a car which is WAGON R VXI on 20/01/18 from your nearest showroom which is near to KATHAURA. When i booked a car that time i told them to deliver the car on 20/feb/18 but due to some circumstances later i told them to deliver on 01/march/18. That time they told me we will deliver the car on that date also & when i am going with DD amount they said car is not available & they don't know when stock will come. Really this kind of service you are providing & one more thing i think DEALERS are the owners & they don't know how to talk with customers. The behavior of each & every person is so rude i can't mention.

Finally i purchased a TATA TIAGO XZ & Try to learn from TATA that how they handle the customers & how they understand the issue of customers. From the next time i will never suggest from my family to go for any MARUTI SUZUKI BRAND CAR.
