Very dad service, did not received my courier from last three days although it has reached to the local center.

Unbelievable, disappointed with the service. I don't suggest any one this service, don't use Gati cargo.

Two of my orders are coming through GATI courier service and it's been over 15 days I have not received the orders and its still showing invalid in the system of the customer care personnel everyday when I call while on tracking through website its showing in international Dock. I will be out of station and both my orders are prepaid ones. My orders have been shipped way back and still no one is there to help me track it and I have no information on when the order will arrive. You have extremely poor quality of service and am highly disappointed with the way you handle a customer and the concern.

Horrible and extremely inconvenient service and poor customer service with delayed delivery and no tracking details.

My docket no 467511083. Firstly through gati Mr pradeep Sharma has told me that 15875 RS will be charged for the luggage which was noted by me and it will not increases but after receiving the luggage he told that 24375 RS will be charged. Luggage list although I noted to gati customer toll free number at 01 May 18.

Secondly the docket no provided by them is telling invalid. What is the payment procedure of gati transport. Have you take full payment at agent account or any account held with gati. Please resolve my problem and give me some positive feedback.

I have book my order but is my order cancelled without my permission what is the reason. please again book my order and deliver it to my address. Go to dealer and deliver my order to me. And mail me again that what is the reason behind it. please mail me on my E-mail id. My docket is 542541982.

Gati courier collected a parcel on 3rd October with the promise to deliver the parcel at Ranchi in 4 to 5 days but they did not deliver the material. We lodged a complaint over there customer care number which was registered as complain no. 19490372 and promised that their expert will call back but they did not. They even do not respond to repeated emails. They have inefficient system and infrastructures. They are just using a brand and earning money by fooling the consigner and the consignee.
