I have purchased a pigeon glass top 3 burner gas stove which was in offer at big bazaar (kachiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana) in the month of January. I used it hardly for 4 months & the stove already started leaking gas.It also caught fire.The knob of middle burner got loosened. I have called up the toll free number 180042566666 several times but the number either showed busy or the call was left unattended. The stove is under warranty. I request the concerned authority to look into the matter.In waiting for the positive response.

We bought a grinder of pigeon make right from beginning it is giving problem. guide pully is giving problem. this is the 3rd time they have changed the pully and if we go to the shop he directs us to the customer care number but one good thing is the service guys are very cooperative but helpless. will i get a replacement of a new piece . 445155 is the complaint number and got it from bharathi steels rajajinagar. my phone number is 9986782392.

I have brought pigeon favorite induction from flipkart. after using it twice it stop working & I register my complaint to their call centre by calling them & now it has been three months..no action & step has been taken by them & my product is under warranty. I am going to file a case against them in court.

I have bought a pigeon 3 face glass stove from snapdeal app. When we installed it first time their was not any problem but one day it caught fire suddenly. Then we reinstalled it but afer some time it gave the same problem when we installed it. Gas is leaking and our stove is under warranty. So we want a strict action against our product.

Worst company i have ever seen. I purchased rice cooker and after 1 month its not working. then i make a call to ur customer care no. and the customer namely VIKRAM has not the way how to talk a customer. He was behaving like that he is on a high level post (like PM). I am also going register a case in consumer court against the company. all the viewers dont purchase any product of this company. worst worst.

I want my Rice cooker replaced which stopped working after 1 month.....and ur customer care is saying that he will only visit the dealer if i buy ur product from delhi and then take it to any other state then for repair i have to back for delhi. what is this. worst company.

Sir, I have bought a pigeon 3 burner gas stove(order id: OD110088633990173000, order date 29-8-2017) through Flipkart. When it was delivered, one of the burner stand was found to be broken. Moreover when one of the three burner was ignited, the nearest burner fired automatically without even turning the knob in ON position. And when the knob of that burner is hold in a particular position the flame will be distinguished and gas will be leaking through that burner. Please help me in exchanging the stove or rectify the complaint via your dealer shop in my nearest home town TRIVANDRUM, KERALA state. Hope your action immediately.

पिजन का product बहुत ही घटिया क़िस्म का है यह customer को बेवकूफ़ बनाते हैं सामान बेचने ke बाद complaint भी नहीं receive करते है phone भी नहीं रिसीव करते हैं इनका समान किसी को भी नहीं ख़रीदना चाहिए। इनका समान ख़रीदने से बेहतर है। पैसे को कूड़े में फ़ेक दो।

I bought the 4 gas burner on 27 July. After 10 days one of the burners has stopped working. I tried contacting customer care number but all the numbers are either out of service or fake or busy. I think this is one worse company n you shld never purchase anything from them. I can see the bad reviews it has got.

I am your valuable customer from long time. Recently I have purchased One induction cooktop on 17th August 2021. But unfortunately it stopped working on 14th September 2021 in the morning and we have raised the complain on 15th September 2021 but still no one engineer has visited to fix the issues nor we have received any call regarding the same. I have purchased Pigeon idli cooker. One time i used. After using this product that steal coating is cracked and black coloured. Please inform me what will i do?

I reach you by this email to register my grievances on a faulty product marketed by Pigeon.

It is noted that there is no one in the stovekraft organisation to listen to the customer issues on using Pigeon products.

The Product is giving repeated same complaints after every service done and now its the 4th Complaint in a span of 5 Months; which is still under Warranty.

Mai pigeon kadhai gift set 07-07-2022 ko purchase kiya jis par 5 sal ke liye warranty dikha rha tha. Lekin jab mujhe kadhai set mila to gift card par na date likha hai, na dealer ka sign.- seal laga hai. Kripya mujhe dealer ka sign.- seal laga warranty card pradaan karane ki kripa kare.

Recently we have purchased a Pigeon kettle thought it is good, but the company proves very nicely that they have a very bad product and worst service ever. Even multiple contact to the customer care they just repeating the same thing to go to nearest service centre which is 130 KM from my native, if they are not capable to give service to remote areas, they should not provide warranty card which is for one year, otherwise they should not sell such kind of product to those areas where they can’t give service at least they should intimate earlier while purchasing that the service is not available in your area.

Moreover how can a product should show this kind of worst quality within a month am really surprised by the quality of the product as well as such a worst behaviour of customer care too. We never ever going purchase anymore products from this ‘PIGEON’ and won’t suggest anyone to purchase from this company.

Thank you so much for such a good response from you people and such a wonderful product you people made, really appreciable.

Still keeping hope from you people that you would do something in favour for us, awaiting for your reply.
