I am redmi note 4 user 2gb 32gb. my cellphone work very slowly and when on wifi data then my cell not work good. what can I do?

My redmi note's screen is broken. Can anyone please tell me how much time will be taken by the staff of mi service centre to change the screen and how much they will charge?

Either you have sold a defective mobile or your service center cant repair it. And they talk like no one ever used a mobile phone before. There is no one to listen nor any one to take sort out complaints, only people to make us fools. Mr CEO sir plz help us or customers will leave your company.

I have purchased redmi 4 on June 6 2017 through Amazon but now i am facing charging problem (charge sub board). In period of 3 months I am getting this problem thrice. Earlier I serviced mobile but again and again I am getting this problem. Within buying 1 month its started giving problem. Please suggest a proper solution or Please replace this mobile.

Hello... Sir I have three problems in my Xiaomi redmI 4a. First is headphone not working correctly and second problem is speaker volume is very low suddenly and listening not clearly. The last problem is on turning on mobile internet and wifi my phone is heating and notification switch off automatically. Only one month ago i bought this phone. Plz replace my Xiaomi redmi 4a gold 16 gb.

I pramod Kumar Tiwari from allahabad u.p. I buy redmi4a handset in mumbai.dt on 02/08/2017. but battery backup is not good & heating.that is manufacturing defect. Pls I pray change my handset.

I am buy redmi 3s gold colour. I have guarantee of 4 month my earphone jack was damage. i go to service centre they can not solve my problem. redmi is cheap company, dont buy.

Dear Sir /Mam As i am the valuable customer of Redmi i have purchased 3 phones of note 4 4 64gb now one of them drops down suddenly and i want to repair my phone now through pick me service. But,problem is that dealer is not providing me invoice and ur company is forcing that no repair without invoice. I my self are running service center even if customers are having any problem in other company's they are not facing such kind of issue. I am ready to provide my id proof also every thing what u need still no response from your customer support team. what kind of service is this I am not having online invoice neither the retailer have any record of purchasing history. Now according to your customer support team i have to through this phone in dustbin because i have no online invoice. So, plz look after the matter and plz provide me better solution.

I cancelled my order on 10/09/2017 but i couldn't get refund yet that's why i am very disappointed.

Why the repair price are to high? Need to change the motherboard of mi5 and it will cost 11k. Why even and 70k Samsung motherboard is 8k. One will buy an new phone instead of repairing it in 11k. Even in warranty, why Xiaomi why?

Hi sir,

I Was bought a Redmi note 3 on last year 28th oct. 2016 , Suddenly was facing charging issue in my mobile from 4st September ,then i am visited your service center faridabad sector 37 huda market then he told me that some issue with charging board and As per him replace the same. After that i an facing same problem from 16th sept 2016. but now your service center told me that please change wire in-spite of this i am facing same issue. Now your service center is asking for charges against in warranty case . i am attaching images of replacement of charging board which was changed as per your service center but i feel there is no any changes by your service center. Now my concern is that why this is chargeable if my phone is under warranty. So let me know who is the responsible for resolution and let me know further process. i am waiting for your prompt revert and resolution.

Kindly note that the flagship product of Xiaomi the MI5 has major issues in GPS. After the Andriod ver 7 same majority of the phones started having issues. Even after almost an year Xiaomi has not found a solution. You have to be a software developer and do changes in firmware to get this rectified.

When you call the support desk they ask to do a factory reset which is cumbersome. Even after doing that it does not work. Just type " GPS not working MI " and you will see the complaints from world over . Read the frustration and you will not dare buy MI products. They are busy only selling and not even bothered to give fixes to existing customers. In today's world service is most important, Companies have collapsed only because of poor service, and hope the CEO Mr. Manu jain takes note of this.

So even if your MI is working today, you never know the compatibility status when new version of Andriods are launched. So its better to spend more on a reliable brand as it comes out to be cheaper in long run and that too without hassles.

I don't get my order in my order box, I buy Redmi 4 mobile but in box no mob. do something.

I bought a mi 3s prime 6 months is over , before 7 days cell is heating around 56°c temperature, in service center they Chiang main board, but still heating issues and I surprised they don't have a potion of finger print, what will do now tell me? I warning u to take a cell back and refund my money otherwise I will make it big issue, 100% I will make the issue in media, i have all proof's.

Dear Sir,
I am using Redmi Note 4 and 45 days back I have seen my mobile back camera class unable to broken. I have visit service centers such as my near place tharnaka and bagampet. Tarnaka service center manger told as this type not issues not taken here please visit bagampet. As per suggestion I had visited the manager told as present no stock I will send the request to company still he is told I have not received the glass. Please suggest me where we have Repare my camera glass?

I have perches Redmi Note 4 phone in Feb 2017. last week suddenly phone battery size increase and damage the display. And service center officer told they are providing 6 month warranty for phone accessory. But I couldn't understand How battery is in accessory Calgary.

I have worst experience with Redmi.
In Last 6-7 month I ordered 7 phone.
I think, Its Big mistake to trust on Redmi.:(
