But,problem is that dealer is not providing me invoice and ur company is forcing that no repair without invoice. I my self are running service center even if customers are having any problem in other company's they are not facing such kind of issue. I am ready to provide my id proof also every thing what u need still no response from your customer support team. what kind of service is this I am not having online invoice neither the retailer have any record of purchasing history. Now according to your customer support team i have to through this phone in dustbin because i have no online invoice. So, plz look after the matter and plz provide me better solution.

I want replacement for charger of redmi note4. The charger cable get damage, so early from their ends.

Why the repair price are to high? Need to change the motherboard of mi5 and it will cost 11k. Why even and 70k Samsung motherboard is 8k. One will buy an new phone instead of repairing it in 11k. Even in warranty, why Xiaomi why?

I Was bought a Redmi note 3 on last year 28th oct. 2016 , Suddenly was facing charging issue in my mobile from 4st September ,then i am visited your service center faridabad sector 37 huda market then he told me that some issue with charging board and As per him replace the same. After that i an facing same problem from 16th sept 2016. but now your service center told me that please change wire in-spite of this i am facing same issue. Now your service center is asking for charges against in warranty case . i am attaching images of replacement of charging board which was changed as per your service center but i feel there is no any changes by your service center. Now my concern is that why this is chargeable if my phone is under warranty. So let me know who is the responsible for resolution and let me know further process. i am waiting for your prompt revert and resolution.

In Redmi not 4 some technical problems. On app open then other aap open... first app show background. so I wanna change my phone.

Kindly note that the flagship product of Xiaomi the MI5 has major issues in GPS. After the Andriod ver 7 same majority of the phones started having issues. Even after almost an year Xiaomi has not found a solution. You have to be a software developer and do changes in firmware to get this rectified.

When you call the support desk they ask to do a factory reset which is cumbersome. Even after doing that it does not work. Just type " GPS not working MI " and you will see the complaints from world over . Read the frustration and you will not dare buy MI products. They are busy only selling and not even bothered to give fixes to existing customers. In today's world service is most important, Companies have collapsed only because of poor service, and hope the CEO Mr. Manu jain takes note of this.

So even if your MI is working today, you never know the compatibility status when new version of Andriods are launched. So its better to spend more on a reliable brand as it comes out to be cheaper in long run and that too without hassles.

This charger can not charging my phone.

I need my phone Redmi 4 to be replaced. it's display is not working properly after delivery. Mi service centre said that it had some hardware issues. please fix it by replacing it.

Tarnaka service center manger told as this type not issues not taken here please visit bagampet. As per suggestion I had visited the manager told as present no stock I will send the request to company still he is told I have not received the glass. I have submitted my phone to service centre 2 months ago and they fixed my low volume issue by changing speaker of my Redmi 3s prime and charged me Rs525 (water cause). Now the speaker sound is again bad quality and TODAY I have opened my back panel of Redmi 3s prime for speaker issue and found that there was no black net on the speaker what I do sir.

We have revive mi max 2 phone at 17 august 2017 the problem i face from last 15 days. So i go service center at akola in Maharashtra they consider my phone as liquid damaged provide bad service. Actually my phone does not liquid damage. They shows out warranty and collect about 2500 on my phone for service. I am not able to free service for my phone service akola serbice center in maharastra provide bad service to me and they make my phone out of warranty.

Sir, I am Nazir Hussain, I purchased the products from mi store and I have attached the awb/ tracking number and order number of those shipments which are illegally returning by the Delhivery courier at Dimapur khermal Nagaland & Guwahati based courier. I did not cancel the order. Why they are returning? I need the items.

Its Going beyond of my hand as the ''Delhivery courier in dimapur are returning all those shipments'' whereas I never cancelled the orders nor do I said to return, I asked them to hold for 3 to 5 days. I want all the parcels, the name includes ' victor frankenstein, albert einstin, nazir Hussain''. All those shipments have been shipped by 'Delhivery Courier'' I requested them to hold the products for 3-to 5 days but seems their Guwahati's and delhi's department has asked those parcels to return.

The Delhivery office at khermal Dimapur are illogically returning the shipments which I ordered. I need resolution, Why they updating fake status, Is this the service they are providing? they simply said that Guwahati and Delhi based Delhivery office has asked them to Return my shipments which I believed to be a blatant lie.

But I want all the parcels, kindly do the needful. I need complete resolution, The products are very very important to me, I will not stop commenting unless I get my products, I will comment in all websites including consumer court, I need the item, kindly email delhivery to re attempt the delivery. Explain my problem below (i have redmi 3s prime 32 GB RAM 4GB ROM). I am purching a morpho biometric device on the month of september and the device works properly. but suddenly after one month my device not works good and i got the 2 message "YOUR SMART PHONE DOES NOT MEET MINIMUM REQUIREMENT OF UIDAI. PLEASE TRY SOME OTHER HANDSET"and "DEVICE NOT READY, PLEASE RECONNECT AND WAIT FOR FEW SECONDS" but in that time the biometric device works good on other devices. i am attaching a snapshot for ur reference but customer support and service center raise their hand and says that they cant do any help. That device works in 6000 rupees moto set but not works in 10000 mi set its not fair.

So please solve my problem as soon as possible.other wise u have lost one more customer faith (we know one customer faith does not matter for u business, but customer know the value of money of 10000, There is like a drop of water cant do anything of the sea).

I bought a REDMI NOTE 4 (black, 64 GB) mobile phone from Flipkart on 08/10/2017. I like the features of the mobile phone. But 29/10/2017 the mobile phone dropped on the floor and broke the main glass (LCD) instead of the tampered glass. Actually I thought that all the glasses of the all SMART phones were GORILLA glass, but REDMI NOTE 4 glass (LCD) is not GORILLA. And I was wrong. Why didn't REDMI NOTE 4 give the GORILLA glass?

When I went to the REDMI service center to get the mobile phone repaired I found some problems. The problems is they charged 4400/ including GST. But when I talked to the customer care I came to know that the amount is 2499/ and the service center will charged extra repairing charged. At last the service center charged 3360/ for repairing the mobile phone.

Xiaomi India cheated me. They sent me the Second Hand device in a very poor condition so at the same time I made a complaint to the customer care of Xiaomi India. I sent them so many Mails regarding this along with the pictures of the mobile.

But I was told by Xiaomi Team to keep the mobile in the same condition and if I have any kind of issues in the future then they will assist me. But after 2 months when the issue became major, so I wrote to Xiaomi Team. And after some time they replied me that it is liquid damage so they can't repair it or they don't send me the another device.

I wrote them hundreds of emails but they are making me fool. I am having their all mails.

When I got the device. I made a complaint in Xiaomi India costumer care and I also sent them so many mails but I was told that it is looking like second hand but this is good product. Even I sent the mails to all Xiaomi Team in India as well in China also but nobody is not assisting me.

You can't cheat me like this.

After sending me a SECOND HAND device now you people are not considering my mobile under warranty and on the contrary you people are blaming on me that it is water damaged.

You people don't have good coordination with each other in your team. Some say something and some say something else because of this I have been suffering since last 1year.
