With reference to the above I request you that I had requested for DIS Booklet for Demat Account No. IN302236. But the request was not entertained for the reason provide self-attested PAN card copy, which I have already provided. So once again I request you to provide me DIS book at the earliest on my address registered with the Indiabulls and oblige.

no intimation/contact about my demat account. Just today came to know from your office that there is a dues of Rs 2592/-. The same is astonishing how such amount is debited to my account as i am neither doing any transaction. only there is a demat account.I have never been informed about any charges. from enquiry from your lucknow branch i m told that the mail has always been sending to my email id. on quary they tell my email as rk-srivastava32 @yahoo.co.in while my id is rksrivastava32 @yahoo.co.in. How the new id is with your record.

Moreover, my mobile no is also not updated there. In circumstances stated above i request that my email and mobile no should b updated and amount informed to me may please be rectified/waved as there is only 98 shares of allahabad bank which will be of a megre amount and it should not be paying your uniformed dues.

I have sent multiple emails to all your departments mentioned below regarding my Demat and Trading Account which I had closed by personally going to your Kandivali West branch (Earlier it was known as Indiabulls Securities) and that branch is closed many years back and since then I was not getting any SMS but all of a sudden this year since last one month I have started getting SMS from Indiabiulls asking me to me to pay DP Charges of Rs. 427.7096 which is unethical / Illegal. However despite of sending multiple emails, nor your Compliance department nor your Grievance department has arranged a callback, nor replied to my email - infact I just received one email saying that my account is in DORMANT STATUS and I WILL have to make the payment (ENFORCED PAYMENT).

I have also sent an email with an attachment ( Demat and Trading Account Closure Form ) to CLOSE my DEMAT & TRADING account and I have mentioned on that email that I am unable to make the payment on your site using my Client Id C478726 – Demat Account 11527093 as your site says "USER ID IS UNAVAILABLE" which means that even your site is confirming that my Demat and Trading Account does not exist.

Note : Indiabulls Ventures is least bothered to Reply to Customer Grievance. I will make the enforced payment but I will definately make a complaint in SEBI and Consumer Court about it.

When I login my account, A massage show i.e. "This Userid in not enabled to be used with product".Can you load this product in my desktop by Teamviewer, becouse I can trade online myself. Hello team,

I was informed that ORBIS SECURITIS PVT. LTD is now part of India Bulls team.

Background: I have purchased 100 shares of SonataSoftware ( SONSOF) on 14th March 2001 through paper format from ORBIS SECURITIS PVT. LTD. It looks like in the year 2001, I have not received the share document. I have received only the enclosed documents.

Need your support to get the shares document for SONATA SOFTWARE where the shares were purchased in 20th March 2001. Can you please help to know the process for getting the share document?
