I want to complaint that my phone sending message without my permission to two numbers (9873991639, 9880938662) after every 20 or 25 minutes. First of all I think it is the my phone operator fault. After long enquiry I found that this is not their issue this is issue of my phone P5 l gionee version 5.1. I reset and hard reset my phone many time. My phone automatically sends message to this number without my permission and the message cost is Rs 1.50 each.

At last I call your customer care and they ask me that they are going to send me message so I am waiting for your message in which they send me to link to install in this phone. Nobody help me now l take out my SIM from my phone. If you really want to help me write a email to me and give me that links in that email so I update my phone.

Hello myself an executive from BSNL, Two customers have approached me that their balance is being deducted, upon investigation it was found that there are messages to two numbers 9873991639 and 9880938662. The customer has no knowledge about this, it seems some system app in gionee handset is causing this.
