I have purchased 3 products from Vijay Sales, Model town 3, Delhi 09 on 25 june among the 3 products my 3 litre water heater is not working from day 1. I have made many complains but failed to get any proper assistance from Vijay sales. so please take this matter seriously or else i will be forced to complain to higher authorities.

Customer service and response of the coy is very very poor, Company officials are not properly educated to respond to the customers. It will be appropriate if I mention that it is not the practice of the company officials to respond to the customers email.

My mail dated 20th July followed by reminders dated 31st July and 8th Aug 17 regarding the product (water heater) is neither acknowledged not the complaint is resolved till date. Their dealer had supplied me old water heater which was already installed some where else. When I contact them on phone their reply is " we are looking in to the matter". I do not under stand how long they require to look in to it.

I have already given the feed back about the services of the company in the vicinity and also in my circle so that at least they are not cheated by the coy.

Hi,

I purchased X7 water purifier in the month of February in 2017 from Great Eastern Trading Co, Baguiati, Kolkata. After completion of one year warranty period I contacted the customer care for the AMC for my X7 water purifier. I was told there is no AMC available for X7 water purifier. The customer care insisted me to upgrade the product. If AMC is not available then why the company had not told it to me before the purchase? Please clarify. Worst customer support I have ever experienced.

One of the Worst Service ever I have seen in any BRAND, They wont provide any services nor respond to customer needs. They said installation free but when install they charge for parts.

First they just hang geyser on wall on installation, then said plumber do rest. After complaint they said we send technician with hose pipe but no one come in last 10 days. After 10 day i complaint again and then technician said you have paid charge.

PLEASE DONT Opt this product.
Better to switch to other products instead. Havells and Cromptom greaves are much better.

Service response is really worst and this cant be accepted.

I am from Dera Bassi near to Chandigarh. If you want to waste your money.....buy AO Smith products...total waste of money products. First time we bought a water heater and it's not working till the date we bought. even the supporting staff is not helpful we are facing their negligence and harassment from 14th November 2018 to till date I am writing it. We are going through and don't want anyone else facing the same situation we do.pls don't buy.

M/S Raj Hardwares , Chromepet,Chennai-600044. on 9 Feb 2019,

Sales person canvasing me by saying many features and details, installation guy did his as usual job. but nothing happened in your product.

it pushed me on worst condition.

1. Heater : HSE-SAS : after 1 hour water getting normal, no heat maintaining
2. Purifier : A. O. Smith X4 : still am using my tap water, there is no difference in purify and taste. am worried that its a purifier or water storage tank. it seems local can water is better than this AO Smith X4.

This product is working fine but noise is coming at the time of water in and out from the tank. I asked technician to check and resolve the issue. They told it is chargeable even product is in 2 years warranty. I don,t know what's warranty means for AO Smith. Totally fraud and unusable product. Pls avoid such product to purchase.

We would like to inform you that we logged a complaint for bad water quality and bad water test quality,

Also I requested for replacement of filter and candle. But today one of your representative came to attend the call and ask everything's is OK, no need to replacement of filter and candle.

So I would like to ask you in the current climate how is the possible your technical comment.

Please do not close the call & please replace both parts immediately.

AO Smith is worst service provider for water purifier. No interest towards customer satisfaction.hopeless and arrogant technician, manner less people. dont knew to how to talk with customer.. Arrogent approcah...no time for service as per customer request. Don't not buy AO smith water purifier, its totally waste of money in terms of service.

Complaint not resolved for 3 days. No responsibility taken by AO customer care. Asking us to contact service person who is not responding! Without water for 4 days!

The Complaint was:

AOSMITH representative had collected 2100/-INR after replacing heating element (1750/-INR) and Service Charge 350/-INR. AOSMITH had sent me INVOICE of 300/-INR only.

AOSMITH yet not submitted corrected INVOICE even after 48 days of complaint. No complaint number issued yet. Frequently follow up but same answer from AOSMITH "our regional team is working". This issue is due to only of AOSMITH staff and even after working of 48 days, not received corrected INVOICE.

A very disappointing & poor service set up. I had logged my complaint on 13.04.2022. It has been 6 days but no response from the service team. I have given two reminders but of no avail. Every time an assurance is given to resolve the complaint but nothing happens. I have not been provided my complaint no. Very frustrating and third class service.

I bought AO Smith ProPlanet P6 RO water purifier on march 3rd 2022 from Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh. after one week usage hot water flow pressure has reduced. so i registered call for technician. Technician visited next day and he replaced with hot water tap then flow is good again after 2days water leaking from night visible L.E.D. so i raised a call again the same technician visited and he told tank was broken, he replaced with new tank and left after one hour again hot water tap flow totally decreased, then i registered call again and requested not to send unskilled technician. After five days of complaint one technician came and again he changed new hot water tap. the flow was ok for some days then it stopped. again i raised complaint nobody turned up till now. Thanks Ao Smith you made me busy with raising complaint every week and waiting for worst unskilled technician ever.

Replace my product as i cant raise a complaint everyweek and also service is very bad in Vijayawada, andhra pradesh.

Complaint registered on 1 st July- 16322239 is yet to be responded by anyone from the company. It is disappointing to note such an attitude from a company like this. It appears that the company is sending clear message to the customer through this. Please take care.

Hi AO Smith Care Team,

I purchased the AO Smith Geyser from reliance digital Elante (Mr. Ankur) and it was delivered on 9th Nov and instead on 10th Nov. On 11th leakage issue started. On 12th Nov, technician from Yashpal came and repaired it. Now leakage issue not observed but panel lock was broken and technician tapped it. I am not satisfied with the Geyser having such problems immediately after purchasing. Kindly replace it with new one.

The concern has already been discussed with Mr. Shivam (AO Smith Punjab Service team) and Distributor and service provider Mr. Yashpal Bansal.

This time my experience is worsen ever with AO Smith, I already have 2 more AO Smith Geyser but from day one I purchased this geyser, feeling harassing every day.

Kindly help and replace my Geyser for long customer relationship. I am attaching pics & video for leakage and broken panel.

I have invested like 5000 RS for a minor issue. They have changed every part and every time a new issue arises in their product. Service person do not understand the problem and only change parts, take money leading to another problem. It's like one month following up with them and now I am buying water. Never buy anything from AO Smith.

The service request (17698948) raised on 11th June to fix a repetitive issue which is quite frequent as well. Below are the service requests raised for the same issue but it never got resolved.

Everytime some workaround is applied and I have been told that some particular part is not in inventory.

17556397 - 26th Apr
17633322 - 22nd May
17651792 - 27th May
17698948 - 11th June (I have been told by customer care that engineer will call and schedule visit, but unfortunately neither I received call from engineer nor he is ready to pick my phone)

This is very frustrating now to chase AO Smith customer care and engineer every week to fix this issue.

Could someone please look into this and help to provide a permanent solution ?

Worst service . No accountability. Random people call any time (from AO Smith) and hatass people. They have outsourced the service to external vendors and when we contact AO smith they just wash their hands. External vendors have direct access to AO smith systems and they change the service time, close the tickets and basically do whatever they want.
