Dear sir,
I bought huawei honor holly mobile on january 06. when charged battery one day it was fully heated.from that day back is not coming like as it before.

Display showing different colours vertically on whole screen and nothing else. Touch is working properly as i had idea where and what icons are there so i checked it. What is the problem please let me know. As this smartphone price is 6999/- and i visited to Huawei authorised service center, they told me that it will not be covered under warranty. Its repair will cost you 3800/- and there is no cracks and anything in display.

Mobile phone Huawei Honor Bee gets hot & battery charging is low. Battery also gets drained very fast.

I am not able to reset my phone, when ever I try it is not possible. I am using honor bee handset when I click reset it wont work, please tell me the solution.

My phone is having restarting problem, it keeps restarting randomly even when i am not using the phone. Its becoming slowly very serious, now using the phone is a nightmare. I ordered (order no. 91060029315) honor 9n but have refused at the time of delivery on 09 Aug 2018 and requesting for refund against cancellation but i am still waiting for same. whenever i have contacted with support team i always get the answer that refund will be processed when product will return in warehouse but i think this is already been too late in transit and you guys must check with logistics instead of waiting any miracle because from 10th Aug 2018 order tracking shows its in transit which does not make sense.

Please look into this and process my refund as it been long time now and i am not getting satisfactory response from your end. such cases will loss trust on making payment via online.
