I purchase a power bank order no.2861569845. And the company of power bank is Ambrane.. complaint is that the LED lights of power bank is not working so plz replace my product and give me new one.

I had changed my number before transferring my account to the new number and my old number is already discounted. I am unable to talk to anyone from paytm. Please how to make a phone contact with a person and not machine in paytm office.

Every order must be completed after OTP. As it is seen that if account has sufficient money it is executed directly this is not a correct policy. Where I have to approach for that.

On 15/04/17 order (order no.3086596397) a Paradise AC with full payment to Paytm on faith of company but Defective AC send by Paytm on 25/04/17 (serial no.704VMP0037), several times I have complained, they replied by mail on 27/04/17, 30/04, 01/05 & 02/05/17 that within 48-72 hours resolve your problem. as per his terms- defective product return within 7 days. After 7days he send mail we closed the matter now you contact with dealer. Is it justify? To stop this type of problem with general public I want a justice.

We pay idea postpaid bill 2100 on 27 .04.2017, Paytm was success but Idea customer care said amount not credit in my account please check and help me as soon as possible.

I have been fraud by akansha kalra on Instagram for cosmetic products. she took my money through paytm n blocked me and didnt give me my products nor money. So i talk to paytm so they listen to my problem and blocked her account. I have transacted on 20 march 2017 its 8 may 2017 i m not getting any help. Paytm email me to go to ur near police station and had a FIR and send them but Police said its cyber crime work so they just took my application for this by saying they will forward it to cyber crime but no results from there too.. her account is still block. I, Maruthi had purchased calcimax-K2 -20nos. and Bon M-K2-20nos. tablets vide Invoice No. 20171802009011932 on 19-5-2017 at Medplus, near Dayanad College, KumaraSwamy Layout, Bengaluru -560078. Due to some connection problem, the double payment has been done through my Phone no. 9731560711 on paytm. In the invoice wallet ref ID-812EF59W against my PayTM wallet order ID 10456606230. But again payment made vide wallet ref ID #RXZV76F2 against my Pay TM wallet order ID10456604562 which no bill or transaction is made.

The payment deduction is 642.60 two times vide above details. It should be one time where as second time is faulty transaction. Pl. enquire and refund the amount.

When I add money , my money of amount 3000 is deducted from my bank account but it is not added to my paytm wallet.
