It has been 4 months using lenovo G50-70 laptop and its battery is not working properly. The battery of laptop gets charged and discharged in 20 minutes although the laptop is new it is just 4 month old.

Sir,my smartphone model s580 display is broken by striking a iron pipe and the touch pad is not working.if there is any replacement for the touch pad and display.

I have installed win 8.1 on lenovo G500 laptop. And i installed dolby audio v2, but it gives a error message, PCEE needs to be installed.Give the link to download PCEE. Help me to clear this problem.

I have purchased above said smart phoneLenovo A7000 through Flipkart, Dated 31-05-2015 ( Invoice No: blr wfld20150501316125) set no ce0560. Suddenly in the two days speaker is not working and due to this have contacted Lenova Authorised Service Center in kannur, Kerala and handed over the phone to them for repairing. After one month one side touch screen is not working. I astonished and do not understand how the Smart Phone with reliable brand like Lenova has giving problem within One month of purchase and also already ten days are gone after handing over the phone to service centre. Still now my phone is not yet repaired, they’re asking to wait for some time. Requesting to take this matter seriously and replace the phone immediately.

the timebar and forward-backward buttons not working properly. the timebar don't indicate the duration and the current second.

one month before we bought a new lenovo laptop ,in that shop where we bought this they told that they will provide a 5000 rs worth hard disk but we dont know how to apply for that hard disk and get that,please guide us to get that.....please help us, i m a college student and what proof i have to give to get that hard disk.

I was buying one Lenovo Yoga 500 laptop on 16/06/2015 but battery backup is not enough from starting to purchase,battery backup only 2 hours after full charge(100%) whereas other same devices gives upto 4 hours battery backup.please give a solution regarding above problem at the earliest.

when I play music it is good but when I close the music then the logo of music does not disappear from the notification space. so kindly tell me that how to overcome this problem.

yesterday i was listening the songs on laptop with speaker when i remove the aux lead the laptop. laptop shutdown automatically it never start after that. so tell me what is the problem, every thing is switch off nothing is working even one light is not working.

i bought lenovo mobile thru AMAZON & within a year TOUCH SCREEN STOPPED RESPONDING. we went to Lenovo official service centre in THANE MUMBAI MAHARSTRA, 1st they made us wait for 2 hours n after 2 hours cited some reason with rude reply. IF LENOVO IS HONEST THEN RESOLVE MY ISSUE WITHOUT ANY IFs N BUTS.

I have purchased lenovo mbile a2010 model and the phone contacts and my media from gallery are being vanished by itself. Instead of my contact no. i am seeing other contact name and no. that i havent stored. i have talked to customercare no. but after some days the problem come up again. please help me. i want to exchange my phone or just solve the problem.

I bought lenovo 6000 plus its very bad phone within 2 months its charging pin has been damage its headphones jack is also not working or some times its unlock button is also not work. I request you to all guys please avoid purchase lenovo product because company using very low quality products to make the hardware.

Within three month my lenovo k3 note loose touch. Before that I call at care center but they decline and not responding good. After getting service center, they also ignore. I face lots of problem so I request all the people dont buy. If you want to face problems mountain go ahead.

Dear Sir,

I have purchase one of your Laptop g5070-59422418-13-4G-1TB-15.6''-2g-DOS, Sr.No. SYB05129214 from one of your delar situated at Gandhinagar Gujarat on 09 Oct 2014.Till the month of Apr 2015 it was working perfectly but since the month of May 2015 it has started giving problem as screen blinking the same was rectified by your delar.Again the same problem has occurred in the month of Sep---Nov 2015.
Again it was rectified. Now since yesterday again the same problem of screen blinking has started, Dear sir I think their is fault in somewhere else and we are struggling somewhere else. Because of this hectic problem study on my son is getting hemp per.

I want the piece should be replaced with new one as this again and again nature of problem shows their is some manufacturing defect in the system the same can't be diagnose properly by your engineers.
Hope to get positive response from your end. The system is in under extended warranty .

Hi, Since an year your team has been confirming the things, nobody is dare to escalate the issue and bring the conclusion at the most.. your team is not responsible or take things and reward for the same within the estimated time. INDIAN GOVERNMENT ARE FOOLS WHO HAD GIVEN LICENCE TO OPERATE IN INDIAN JURISDICTION. LOCAL COMPANY"S CAN GIVE BETTER SERVICE WITHIN THE TIME LIMITATION. Mail around 300 times but not able to get any response from your end.

I have purchased a Lenovo A6000 from flipkart. and today i visited a lenovo service center in Surat, i have facing a touch problem and a new version of lollipop 5.0.2 and because of that my mobile is not working and properly and i visit service center. i say, please my mobile is not working in 5.0.2 so you are downgrade this version and install a kitkat version, because of the 5.0.2 mobile is working very slow and it's very bad experience for me and my friend. In service center many people are shouting for this issue, but nobody reply, and they say me if u want a change your mobile touch you keep it a mobile for 30 days, how can he say that,,, we are not purchase a 2 or 3 mobile so that's why we keep mobile in service center.

if any body want to purchase a new mobile plz don't purchase a lenovo product. it's very cheap. they are giving a mobile in a very cheaper rate but after sales service it's very bad experience... i purchase a mobile 9 month ago and in a nine month 3 time service center change.. hhahahhah. so plz my friend don't purchase a lonovo mobile.. my suggestion is that u are purchase a i phone.

I have purchased lenovo k3note from flipkart about two or three months ago. In the start it showed good performance but after one or two months the touchpad on the left hand side showed problems. When i used to lock (slide lock) the phone and slide it from the left side, it always worked but when i used to tap on an app or type messages from left side it did not worked.Hence i visited lenovo sevice centre in Pimpri, Pune. They told me that your phone cannot be replaced as the delivery date was more than one month before and even after calling flipkart they didnt answer, so i decided to repair it and employees of the service centre assured that after 15 days your phone will be back as the original one but after 15 days when went to get my phone they told that there was no touchpad available so they told me to order it from you. I called lencare number, they said they will reach out to me, the new touchpad, but the time cannot be assured it can take 3 months also and they also told me to email your site and order it from there,'so i am here requesting you to please get me a new touchpad as i cant waitmuch long, i need a phone it is urgent!!!!!!! Please i m requesting you to get me a new touchpad and please let me know on my email account.

The laptop was purchased from Essar Systems Tenkasi, Tamilnadu. The DD for Rs.500 was sent in the month of September 2015. Though it's receipt was acknowledged not a sign of sending the 1 TB hard disc. What exactly is the problem I am puzzled. May I have an answer ?

Since I have bought my laptop, I have a issue with my laptop screen.The screen get shutdown automatically keeping the power button on and not responding to keypad also. So I need a replacement for this or a permanent solution.

My lenovo k3 note repaired twice & again given for repairs In first year only. I want replacement.

I have purchased lenovo k3 vibe from amazone about 1 month ago. In the start it showed good performance but after 10 to 15 days the touchpad showed problems. Hence i visited lenovo sevice center which is at elphistone near to deepama. They told me that your phone cannot be replaced. For repair it will take 7300 rupees which not my purchase price of the cell phone. The touch pad of cell phone is very bad. it gots hang also. so i am having request i want replacement.

I have purchased lenovo k5 vibe plus before 3-4 month ago. At the starting stage it was working good but after only 25 -30 days its motherboard was not working properly and customer care have took 1 month to repair my problem. And now about from 15 to 18 days my phone charger cable was also in customer care for replacement of it. but still there is no reponse from customer care. so my experience using lenovo phone is bad and customer service is also poor.

And before 10 days its board change nd 28th jan 17 its battery heated then after it is nt take changing coincidentally its warranty expired on 29th jan. so please suggest me what i do?

Lenovo is a very untrusted company, dont buy any mobile of this brand go for any other brand. My own experience is that lenovo said us when the are selling Lenovo zul z1 mobile will get Android 6.0 but till date not getting it. Shame on this brand and also my decision to chose this mobile. I have stop my 7 friends to buy lenovo brand.

My lenovo vibe k4 note with imei no-867802028559855 has been stolen 2 days ago. I have registered a complaint with nearby police station at Palampur, Himachal Pradesh. Please suggest how I can remotely get it locked.
