i have booked four tickets on 20/1/17 and cancelled on next day but still not returned my money back every day i tried to call help line no but it was busy n not responding'. if not returned my money back i will complaint to ur higher authority and dont make fool to us.

@sureshpprabhu hello sir ..If you can't do your duty then please give up. I have book ticket from IRCTC. The amount as redacted from my bank account and then there is no response even I don't get my ticket details. Sir And our customer service soo bad. They are not pickuping call no answer nothing. This is not first time.. This has happen with many times. I have neglect this many times but not this. Sir if U don't able to maintain our site and all then give up plzz.we are suffering ..Hope U will answer this as soon as possible..Thanku..

I have book a e-ticket from irctc apps on 2nd may 2017. My bank account has deducted by Rs.315.00 but ticket was not issued, than i checked my booking history also but there is no record. My joinery was very important so i have booked another ticket. Kindly refund my balance of Rs.315.00 in my related account. My bank showing transaction ID as under.

Sir, I had ticket booking on 29-05-2017and journey date is 16/06/2017. Palasa to Secunderabad, Falaknuma Express train. Money was payed by payzapp mvisa transactions:100000856690385. Ticket was not booked but money debited from payzapp m visa.

Dear sir, Our scheduled train upasana express was cancelled on 15th april due to derailment of another train. It was scheduled to be started from dehradun to howrah. We had booked online ticket on 28th Dec, 2016 of pnr no.-2226368136, 2554580958, 2326399555 but till date we did not receive our refund amount.

Please let me know if my refund was transferred and if not, transfer my refund amount to that account as soon as possible.

I had booked ticket online via irctc rail connect app. for shatabdi express from pune to secunderabad on 6-6-2017 at 9.51 pm. Ticket has not been issued but money debited from account. Kindly refund amount back to my account.

I am travelling from jodhpur to Delhi sarai rohilla by JU DEE SUP Exp,
PNR-2432483074, Train No:22481, Cls:3A, Dt:07-06-2017 and was allotted B1 coach seat 8. As I boarded the seat the train from jodhpur and sat on. Lower berth,. I was working on my laptop and suddenly one of the seat rest attached to clip become lose and fall instantly on my laptop screen. The laptop screen got crashed because of it. I need to lodge complaint against irctc for poorly maintained seats in AC coach. The sudden fall on seat might have injured any one and it could have been disastrous if complaint against irctc for poorly maintained seats in AC coach. On 15/06/2017 I booked railway ticket by II AC on Train No. 12626 Kerala Express for my journey from New Delhi to Kottayam. The ticket was booked using Canara Bank credit card No. 524446010506XXXX (Master Card) and when it failed used SBI card No. 433587786408XXXX (VISA). A sum of Rs. 3945/- was deducted from each card and no ticket was issued. both card payments failed. Thus a sum of Rs. 7890/- was deducted cumulatively from both cards. In the IRCTC web site failed transactions the following TXN ids are being shown. a) 100000876333318,b) 100000876325394, c) 100000876261996,d) 100000876261965. so far no refund has been made.

I have many times make a new and create an account but showing always. plz contact international customers service If any long reason and mistake fill form for my side then you suggest plz. And told me that who are this is possible for filling form.

Please refund my amount Transaction id 100000875875253 on 15-05-2017.

Sir, The mobile number showing in my profile is wrong. While I'm trying to update my number 9745737477 it shows 'mobile number already used'. Because of this facing problem with otp etc. Please do the needful to update my mobile number.
