In October 2015 we have purchased a electrolux ac. After 10 days very much noise by both the units of the split ac. after 5-6 complaint only once the mechanics have come and said they will come again in a few days and repair it after which winters came. Then this summers came, when we switch on the ac the then a very loud noise came from it. then again we complained but from the service center there was no response we went to the shopkeeper S.H.Electronics roadways bareilly they also called on service center but they said they'll come. But then also from there no one came.

My AC gas got leaked due to technical problems but the authorized service provider is demanding a huge cost against it instead of being in a warranty period. He has refused to cover the warranty of the product.

My above refrigerator is not cooling properly.

I had registered my service request with your Custmor Care, by phone my phone no 9899444339, on Sunday 23rd July and was sent a reference no. GHA2307170367.

Next day, 24th July, one Shiri Vijay of SVC Point visited our house and after examining the refrigerator announced that the light switch as well as the fan were defective and would require replacement. He further advised that the light switch was not being made available by the company now. He wanted to take the light switch with himself, which I found unusual. On asking him why he was doing so he advised he required it to get a new switch. On my refusal to permit him to carry away my existing switch, he became annoyed and advised that he would close the case and say that no complaint has been registered.

I found Shiri Vijay's whole behavior strange on the following counts:

I cannot believe that Electrolux would not provide spares for its products. He could get the required spare by taking the existing part with him.One would surmise that the part was probably not damaged and Shiri Vijay would take it to use elswhere. Further the part would be identified by the company by its description as elswhere?

I find it astounding as to how he can simply cancell the complaint lodged (with a reference number given above) with the remark "No complaint registered". Is it logically possible that Electrolux would accept such a inversion of facts. If no complaint had been registered please advise me as to what the purpose of his visit to my place was for?

Shockingly the Customer Care has also closed the case advising me blandly that "Your call has been cancelled (No complaint registered)".

Further they go on to ask "Is your prod repaired? If no. Please reply NST to 9222232255 get repairs through company" On sending "NST" on the number provided I have received no help.

Please look in the appaling state of the service provided AND HAVE MY REFRIGERATOR REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY.

Our refrigerator not work from 28-10-2017 to now days. Also and company give us very much excuses like wait for 10 days or 15 days because our refrigerator was on warranty. And so many times they come for filling the gas but the service boys not work properly and we give us money but they not work properly.

Electrolux has the worst employees, this is the experience I have had. PLS DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ELECTROLUX PRODUCT - BETTER BUY EXPENSIVE AND GET GOOD SERVICE RATHER THAN PAY FOR SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

I purchased an electrolux ac that broke down in 9 months. After a registered complain, I received a call after 3 days. They asked on the phone what the problem, to which I replied there was a noise and the machine outside stopped. They kept asking so what is the issue!! Can you believe this!! I told him i am not qualified to answer this as I dont know, and it is for you to come and check it out!! oK , we will inform you and come. Same call came again a second time and we went through the same thing for a 3rd time.

They came over to the house and after showing a warranty card, they refused to process cos they wanted a Tax invoice to be shown. They left without even touching the appliance. 4 days later they came after I went to the dealer again and requested for a tax invoice. They clicked photos of the ac , took the external unit fan which was broken and left saying they would return with the item on a later date. No response. After repeated calls, visits to the dealer, the technician said he would call and inform, to which again no response. Ph.9284140069. Then after me calling him, he says they will call by saturday i.e 17th March'18 and inform. Again no response.

Monday 19th another technician called, says he is coming with a part to fix the ac. Says now it will cost me 2000 for the part and 800 for service charge! I informed him its in warranty so shouldn't be charged. He says no it is the cost, and after arguing with him that the machine is just 9 months, he asks if i have the bill and warranty card again. After informing him i have all the documents, he says he will call back. No response.

Today 20th March 2018, I visited the dealer again,(No place of electrolux to address to)and the dealer is surprised that my work is still not done. He calls the centre to scolds him for not doing my work and give me the phone to speak to the centre guy. The centre guy now informs me that his man who spoke to me the previous day had informed the centre, that i was not going to give a warranty card or bill and was wanting to do it elsehwere instead of with him, and as such they had closed the issue. This is a huge lie from their side, the only reason i see is that either they don't service client's within warranty period, or they are using the system so that people purchase service as a paid service from them while they go around using the company name and attributing the proceeds to they own pvt work shop.

I have also now called the call centre on 022-39404040 and the executive informed me that the complain in the first place was also wrongly done in the name of Videocon and also that I wanted to do the repairs privately and not by the warranty. As such they had closed the issue. This is another lie.

It seems that electrolux is least concern with customer service and providing them warranty benefits which have been paid for besides providing substandard products that break in 8 months. Besides that the employees and technicians are very rude, irresponsible and constantly lying to avoid providing service from the company and charging customers for the work from their workshop. Another technician - 9284140069. Now after complaining at the dealer again, i receive a message asking me to whatsapp My Tax invoice copy on a whatsapp 9075047828/8805610114.

This is my experience and is a very bad horrible experience for a life time. Be sure i will never ever purchase a Videocon or electrolux product in my life and will also recommend the same to my dear ones.

I have purchased a refrigerator of electrolux on 18.02.18. Our refrigerator not working properly at the starting February onwards. Now a days i am registered a complain in 25.04.18 company give us very much excuses like wait for 10 days and says that there is no stock of compressor. Our refrigerator was on warranty.

I am not happy with the company's after sale service.

I am writing this letter to Electrolux Customer Care today, to explain the bad experience we had with the Electrolux Customer Care, worst service, rude behavior of customer care, not responding,not proving the proper answer. As per the ticket number LUC2905180066 , you can find the details, we are taking several follow up but not getting a proper answer from customer care.

It's too hot weather, how can we survive without Air conditioner? And you people and not paying attention, not resolving our issue and not providing customer service always making the excuses.

We purchased Electrolux because of its an internationally known, good brand, but we never expect such a poor bad service by the brand like Electrolux.

Indian Electrolux customer care is worst just spoiling the Electrolux brand name. Really bad experience,We can't take every time follow-up, you should at least have the courtesy to response your customer.

As Electrolux customer care not responding, not resolving this issue which enforcing us to knock the door of consumer court. I hope after this email your team will take action and get back to us as soon as.
