I have got your email this link from the main Samsung web site, i am doing research using smartphone camera in surveying. I have used two types of smartphone Samsung_GT-I9060I and J7 Pro. I have got all specifications about J7 pro but there is no link that gives any information about the camera of the model Samsung_GT-I9060I , therefore I will be appreciated if you can help me with following data.

I have problem with my LED TV which is not under warranty, its showing several patches on the screen. What is it and how to get it removed?

After purchase the fridge didnt work evev after 3 days. Reported the complaint on31/12/18 ref no 3738637844. The service support is so poor. Still today present time 2/1/19 at 9pm nothing happened and the complaint is not resolved. When trying to contact over toll free no the reply is "the number you dial is.....' nothing else. What is the use of such mechanism. Sorry I don't have the time to spare.

After logging the complain online i did not get the solution from the company it was my worse experience with this brand i got tree time problems in 1 and half year from the date of purchase so never recommend any one to get the product of samsung brand.

I have purchased Samsung 253L convertible refrigerator on october-2021.we have trust on Samsung brand but now our refrigerator starts to give problem of cooling issue after 1 year 2 months.one of Samsung technician visited to resolve the issue and he said the problem is happened with PCB board it needs to replaced. if we are ready to replace the PCB. how we can trust the brand in future this problem not happens.

So I will never recommend any one to get the product of Samsung brand.it was my worst experience with this brand.
