My smart phone J5 Prime has become very slow, it hangs a lots and using it has become very difficult. I have formatted it several times and updated it to the latest version but there has not been much improvement. I want Samsung mobile to resolve this asap.

I am very sorry to let you know Samsung was a preferred brand for me but the kind of response and service which i am facing currently it seems I trusted on wrong. I raised a complaint regarding my 28 inches LED tv on 24 nov 2018 complaint no. Is 4273332005 complaint was volume of tv decreases to zero automatically. Engineer visited my place on same day he suggested me to change joystick he changed the same on 30 nov 2018.

Since last week of december problem again started I raised a complaint on 10 jan 2019 no. 4275830179 engineer visit my place and told me that need to change mother board and joystick I inquired him mentioning that joystick was changed on 30 nov 2018 and it is under warranty then he told me that you need contact in Indore for warranty as parts has been replaced in Indore. He took Rs 708 as visit charges.Then again I contacted customer care (complaint Number 4276307906) on 20jan 2019compaling that I should get warranty of joystick as I took it from renowned company samsung CCE as told the same that you need not to pay any charges except mother board price. Then I received a call of engineer he was the same person who came at my place on 10 jan 2019. He again told me that he will charge for visit, if change joystick then no warranty will be applicable and I need to pay full amount of joystick and mother board price. When I told him that customer care executive told me to pay only price of mother board nothing else he rudely disconnected the phone and rejected my request mentioning customer is not agree to pay charges where as there is nothing like that I cant give Rs. 708 just for visiting and not repairing I guess samsung will also not entertain it as per policy I know.

I again contacted customer care on 23 jan 2019 CCE told ne that your call has been closed you ae not agreed to pay charges I cleared whole scenario to CCE he told me tht he will raise fresh request 4276497096 and get it done. Then didnt received any call from Samsung. When I called on 24 Jan2019 CCE told that engineer has rejected you call mentioning you are not ready to pay charges where as I havent recived any call from engineer and again a fresh complaint has raised on 24 jan 2019 number is 4276542558 today also didnt received any call from samsung. I am hung up with number of complaint only not with service. The most pathetic part was that when I raised it during feedback call that man rudely disconnected mentioning we are not concern department contact customer care. If you guys does not value our feedback then there is formality of feedback call.

PATHETIC SCENARIO OF NON SERVICING WHICH DOES NOT SUITS BRAND SAMSUNG. SINCE LAST WEEK OF NOVEMBER I AM STRUGGLING FOR SERVICE BUT DIDNT GOT ANYTHING.

It's not even 1 year when i purchased the galaxy S9 plus and now i am getting very horrible results. The paint of my phone is coming out from place to place. I went to customer care centre they were saying we can't do anything.

Dear Samsung if i am getting a device of rs 65000.Then there must be something good with the built quality but no I am not getting it. If the same problem occurs in an apple phone they can change the handset but you people were making fool.

I am very sorry to let you know that samsung was a preferred brand in the market but the response and service which i am facing it seems i trusted on wrong product. I raised a complaint regarding my fully automatic washing machine and after three days they visited my place. They told me that only its part pcb is out of order so i gave them 6800 rs. And they changed that part. After two days the problem was same and the washing machine was not in working order . I called your ludhiana service center ( 01614280005, 4280008) More than 50 times and i got no response only one answer kal ho jayega, so incompetent staff. They are making a fool of the customer ( They whisper with one another,washing machine wale ka phone aagaya ). In their books they have resolved the complaint and closed my complaint.

Again i cleared the whole matter cce , he raised the fresh request complaint no 4326428992 dated 19th june. After this date i got no response from ludhiana office ,they are so incompetent persons. I called at toll free number (1800 407 267 864) Eight times,their behaviour is good but my problem is not solved. If that person who reads this is loyal to the samsung company then my problem will be solved,otherwise i will suggest everyone never to buy samsung products because their service is very poor.

I was married on 15/3/2021in which got samsung 2 smart led TV 32" Which was bed after 7 days, complain about samsung company which didn't get any solution, samsung boy came who made tv local told that is not from samsung, And now I have complained in the national consumer Cort whose complain no. 2903155

I bought a Tv from Reliance mall Alappuzha on 16 Jan 2021. On 17 jan2023 suddenly the screen showed black. No power issues. Suddenly informed the rescue team. The response they told me, was to bring it to the service center. After 2 weeks I called the service manager they told me still they are waiting for some parts. Today they call me to replace another company's tv instead of Samsung. How is it possible? My Tv is still under warranty period. I need a new Tv Samsung the same version. I need your support and response. I trust your company. Thank you. Helen

because of money minded service its worthless to buy your products. i had a terrible incident with your service , i went for service to my mobile even purchase bill has warranty they told me its not covered in warranty. so i accept it and got serviced at cost of 11k but again 20 days same problem occurs again they are telling same story and asking same money. they didn't properly serviced first time. very worst people very worst service. i threw it after buying it for 50k and seviced for 10k, good customer support thank you samsung.

Hello everyone, my name is Ahenuf Syed, I am from Ahmednagar Maharashtra, I would like to tell about my Samsung service center experience of my Samsung Fold 4 phone. product model number SM-F936BZADINU product serial number R3CT808CS3D.

I bought this phone on 26th August 2022 for Rs 155000 but it was not opening properly so I went to Samsung service center and they said that the parts of this phone are not available in Samsung company right now, you have to wait for it. Minimum 15 days for work. This will take time and you will have to submit the phone here for 15 days I could not take the phone for 15 days because all my work was done on the phone, then I went out of India for 1 month for work, when I came back I went to Samsung service center and they said the phone was switched off. , the warranty has expired. It will cost you Rs 56000 Samsung did not have phone parts on time, what is my fault in this? Samsung is robbing customers like this In these 2 months I found 14 more people who have Samsung Fold 4 and all phones have the same problem, it is not opening properly, it is the fault of the Samsung product From last 2 months I am talking to Samsung customer care but they are not helping me. I also mailed Samsung CEO but he is also not giving any reply. I also went to the customer forum office and he asked them to bring all this in writing with stamp. I asked Samsung for all this in writing but they are not even giving it. Samsung wasted my 155000 rupees. I request you all not to buy any Samsung product. Samsung company is no longer the same as before. Samsung is robbing customers.

The Samsung customer support team to whom my case was assigned has only wasted my precious time. I have explained the entire matter to the consumer court officer, he has given me date of 5th December to file the case and will also send a warning mail to Samsung.

I would request Samsung to investigate this matter thoroughly in advance because this matter will prove very costly to Samsung if the matter goes to consumer court.

After checking all the files sent in the email, Samsung will know how Samsung service team wastes the customer's precious time. Mr. Ravindra's final response on the voice call on November 20 was that the case has been closed, it is on a completely chargeable basis.

The last thing I would expect from Samsung is to refund my payment because in this case it is Samsung's fault if you don't have the parts on time. I am sending all the voice call records, chats, e-mails of this matter in email attachment, please check carefully.

Dear Flipkart and Samsung Teams,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am currently facing with the Samsung Galaxy Book 2 NP550(Graphite) laptop that I purchased from Flipkart on the 30th of December 2023.

To begin with, the delivery of the product was delayed by one day, which was disappointing given the specified delivery date mentioned during the purchase. However, my primary concern now lies with the laptop's battery performance. The Samsung brand had promised a battery backup of 6 hours, but unfortunately, the laptop battery lasts for 1-2 hours with just light browsing.

On the 4th of January 2024, I contacted the Flipkart team regarding this issue, and they directed me towards the Samsung service helpline. A technician from Samsung's support team made sincere efforts to assist me, but unfortunately, the online support was not sufficient to resolve the problem. Consequently, Samsung service provided an appointment with their engineer.

As a loyal Samsung user who has been using various products from the brand, I must express my disappointment in the performance of this particular laptop. I believe the product may be defective, considering the substantial difference in battery life compared to the promised specifications.

The urgency of my communication lies in the fact that the return and replacement policy is valid only until the 8th of January. Despite my attempts since the 4th of January to contact both Flipkart and Samsung for assistance, I have not received a resolution yet but still flipkart shows that the problem has been resolved (screenshot attached). I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter, as I am unable to return or replace the product after the aforementioned date.

I trust that both Flipkart and Samsung value customer satisfaction and will take prompt action to resolve this issue. Your assistance in ensuring a quick resolution will be highly appreciated.

Subject: Washing machine not working

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you as a customer of Samsung products. I bought the Samsung washing machine WA10BG4546BD from Merlion Home Appliances in Kadakkal on 7/11/23.

Within a few days of purchase, the washing machine displayed the error code 4c. A technician came to repair the machine, but when I ran the machine again, it made a loud noise. I registered a complaint again, and another technician came to repair the machine. However, the complaint has not been resolved yet. The washing machine still makes a loud noise, making it difficult to run the machine at a high speed.

I would like the company to take necessary action to make the washing machine work smoothly as soon as possible. If the problem is not resolved, I will be forced to take legal action.
