I am a 60year old. I want to buy Yamaha Saluto rx 110 cc bike. I saw this bike at AMS MOTORS, Pondicherry, in the bike suspension is ordinary. Since i have back pain i need five stable hydraulic shop absorbers. I am ready to bare extra cost and advance. I will wait till to delivery.... please.

I am a bike lover who admires Yamaha Company a lot. Three months ago I bought an R15 V3 bike from AMG Vehicles Calicut, Kerala. I met with an accident on 06.05.19. I called the road assistance for help to bring the bike to the service centre, as my bike was not in good condition to ride. Unfortunately they replied me by telling that there is no such facility, so I must bring the bike by myself.

I brought the vehicle in a pick up van and had to unload the vehicle all alone and took my bike inside the service centre without any help from the staffs. I paid the fare for that pick up van and when I entered the showroom there was nobody to attend at the customer service desk. Even after 24hours, they didn’t take the estimate to give the claim. When I gave my vehicle insurance documents, they disappointed me by telling that the claim procedures should be done by myself. When I asked the reason, it seems that particular insurance company is a new one & they haven’t done any claim procedure with that company before.

My insurance company’s name is Chola MS. Actually I was not the person who chose that insurance company. The ‘AMG Vehicles’ themselves chose that insurance and gave the documents at the time of delivery. I found it very difficult to register my claim process because of these disappointing replies from the company.

The reason for this late complain is because I was afraid that if I complained the next day itself the service people will delay my claim process. Now I got my bike after repair. I even started to hate this company for these mishaps.

At the time of registration also during RTO checking, some papers were missing. When I called from the RTO ground, they asked me to come and collect those papers. But I insisted them to bring those documents within 15mins, as the flaw was in their side. Not only that, no one had called me to update regarding the status of my vehicle’s condition. Regarding the service also I was the one who contacted them.

The worst thing is that when I got my bike back after the claim, I noticed that a part of my bike had a damage on it. They also called me to tell that one of the clamps of my bike has to be replaced. As that was not available at that time, they assured me that they will fit it when I get back the bike after the claim. I asked them to include that amount also in my claim. They said, they have already included that amount in my claim. But now they are telling that it’s not included, so I have to pay that extra amount.

Due to many mistakes done by the service staffs, I have got a good amount of financial loss even though I had insurance coverage. I had to waste my precious time by running behind this company for several times.

I'm JoJo Johnson A few days ago I mailed a complaint to Yamaha. In it I mentioned two compliant (Chain sprocket & Conset). I had given my bike to Aluva Peringadu Motors for six days as per the instructions from the company. They solved conset complaint, they explained that the reason was the change of tyfork.But my chain sprocket complaint is still there and they only hit the loop. I still have a chain compliant on my bike and the sound of the chain hitting while driving is also Loose. Within seven months of buying my new bike yamaha R15 V3 the compliant started showing me 8000 km. Because of my work I late to showing this complaint now its 9000km.On 8000km i realize the defect and i go to the showroom. They Tight maximum, Showroom Technician says Chain is Total Loss.

I humbly request that you please resolve my Chain Sprocket complaint.

Hi.... I am Naresh pasladi and I brought a new Yamaha R15 v4 bick and I am very happy about all bike performance and look.

I have purchased my new bick 30/03/2022.Here I am one of my complaint regarding bike body within 4 months it's resting and all colour removing. This problem discusses with one of my friends who have yamaha FZ and he told me all yamaha bike within 3 to 4 months getting rusting and company not take any action for that.

I requested you to your company is big name and this is small issue, so please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We are most upset due to the response received from Yamaha Service Center.I don’t expect this kind of approach from Yamaha.

Detailed Concern of My Vehicle Issue :

->I bought my vehicle on 4th Dec 2020.

->Around after 1.6 years,While During my Service in Yamaha Center on 20/07/2022 informed that there is a problem in engine.So, acknowledged with them to do a service in engine.After 2 months again there is still same problem in vehicle engine and not rectified & upto date not solved.

->While Giving my vehicle to Yamaha Service Center, Repeatedly facing any kind of issue like engine noise,low battery issue & sensor light glow often, while asking the service persons no proper response received.

->I have done particularly three services this February Month(Feb 7th ,Feb 13th ,Feb 17th) .Particularly during the recent service on 13th Feb 2023, front safeguard damaged while receiving from Service.While asked the service persons they are not responding & looks they are not care of their duty and denies to accept the issue.

How can we bear the losses due to carelessness of your Yamaha service Persons ?How can this kind of query from customers be sorted ?

Due to these concerns, I get more upset with the services of Yamaha.I am not willing to be a part of Yamaha Customer hereafter if your service continues like this.

I did all services of my bike in only one showroom “Vardhaman Motors” 225A, GST Road, Srinivasapuram, Guduvanchery, Chennai -603202

Here I am listed my problem what my vehicles having trouble as of now,

*Engine Noise
*Low Battery
*Sensor Light Glow
*Front Safeguard Damage
*Speedometer Intermediate Working

The above mentioned all problems worked in Yamaha Service Centers and still the problem is not solved.

Looking forward to Proper Response from your side and sort my Vehicle trouble & provide a deadline till how many days your service can be trustable till next service.

Expecting your proper response soon & if I am not satisfied with your feedback regarding Yamaha services, Myself and my Surrounding Colleague will not be a part of Yamaha customer in future.

Note : I recommended my colleague for Yamaha before I faced this Problem(Having Details if required for your survey I can share). While recently after facing this irresponsible issue, I stopped recommending Yamaha. Make Note.

Hi,
I am praveen from banglore, recently i went for service centre showroom i need the
Particulr part of 20PF477300P5(handle seat -MBL2. I checked with yamaha service centre they told its not available in Karnataka and tamilnadu Chennai .when im buying the vehicle they told any time any service available every where in karnataka.i checked with service centre they told me this part not in supply last 6months.even the service executive responding also very pathetic. help me for the solution.
