I got Spice M6112 touch screen mobile. But from last several weeks i was having problems with the touch screen, as it keeps getting unresponsive. The touch screen didn't responds while operating the phone and this kept happening several times a day. I gave it to the service center and was told i will get my phone back in maximum 10 days. But now after 18 days i haven't got any news about my phone from Spice service center, not a good way to treat your customers Spice!!

my spice mi 526 the phone was dead. i submitted on 23 may 2015 in customer care. Person of customer care was told that you will receive your phone after 15 days. It is 14 July 2015 after 54 day my phone is not repaired. When I called customer care he told me that your phone's parts not available in the company. I want to know that Spice company will be return my phone or not.

I am Vasant R. Gedam a customer of your Spice Mobility. I wish to inform you that it’s been fourth time I m sending my Spice Mi 518 Smartphone in the company for servicing of the same problem about screen/ display. And for every service the time duration taken is too long of a month. Its been only Seven months that I bought the mobile.

Kindly request you to Change the Smartphone so that the problem can solve. I am sending again the Smartphone via my nearest service center of Nagpur. And other details are as follows.

I have purchased Spice Mi 518 on 30/01/2015 from Shubham Collection Ahmadnagar, which sell phone was not good after 3 times giving my cell phone for a repair to company , lastly co. has given POD for replacement of new one, now on 28/10/2015 I have exchange the Mi 518 which is also not working properly. Kindly suggest me what to do, because I could not come to Ahmadnagar for replace again & again. Is it possible to change model to day itself.

Nonsense customer care, got frustrated with them after giving my cellphone for a repair. Today its been more than a month and there is no news of my handset. Service center people say it still will take some time to get it repaired. Really..?? In which world a company takes such a long time to repair or atleast convey the exact time needed to repair it. I am never gonna buy from these low end mobile company, better to go with some reputed and well known company.

Its take too much time for repairing and the Spice customer care employees are not ready for taking the responsibility and not telling the exact time period for return my handset. I have given my phone on 25 nov for repair because there was some problem on my phone. I have not yet received my phone, whenever I am calling your customer care number they extend the day by telling your phone part is not available. I would be very thankful if u replace my phone if the parts is not available. I want my phone immediately, I would also say that your service is also poor.

I have purchased spice mi 549 phone in august after 20 days flace is not working I am given the phone service center. after 15 days he given me then the touch is not working and phone is AUTO SWITCH OFF AND AUTO BATTERY DISCHARGE. I am given two times in service center my phone but he did not repair. your service is very bad, please repair or exchange.

They said my mobile give me after 10-15 days after 15 days. i call back in your company they give me not right information and said to wait 2-4 days after 4 days we call back but they can't call. finally i call in your in your company they said to me for wait 15 day. Respected Sir/Madam,

My SR.no: 13101060GA0009 & my concern is registered with reference no: 0400072726, as i have submitted my cell on 6/10/2016 in the service center to fix the ringer issue & i have been told to wait 10-15 days & my cell will be fixed on priority basis, but as if i'm looking there is no process at all, every time i call they used to gave me the same reason as its been a month as twice i have complained on www.spicemobiles.com/support, but still no response from your end nor you have given revert to me yet. Is it some kind of joke what poor service you guys are giving. Just to fix a ringer does it need a month.

Every time i call the customer care executive says that we are arranging the part, but still there is no part. you guys don't even have proper part i'm ashamed that this kind of very very worst service getting from you. I 'm regretting to have spice mobile. its my worst experience with you. if you can't fix it just return it to me don't play....i don't have time for all these nonsense & i want a proper revert with 24 hours..!!

My phone is hanging and my battery is not properly working and my restore setting have a give a password please take my phone and solve my problem.

This is the one of the useless company which i have seen not good in customers care since last days. my mobile phone is not working and i gave it to sevice centre but no reply now. it had gone upto 3 months i wont like the spice company. please complete the problems of my mobile phones.
