I recharge my Jio no but still I didn't get recharge my money is best, and the company site there is no any customer support no also, there is no any official no. Please save your money and chose authentic platform.

I couldn't make my Jio number recharged even though amount deducted from account.

Very worst experience with paytm . Since flight cancel by paytm in March 2017 but still I did not get money. They are cheated to the people. Now they are telling contact to aircosta. Why should I contact with them if I payed money to paytm. I sent more than 50 mails to them but still no response.

I had paid the electricity bill via Paytm on due date 12 september, but payment was failed. I got a notification of failure of payment on dated 2 October. Since my payment was not made but my money was also not refunded to my wallet. Kindly send my Rs 9310 to my wallet.

This is VInayak shewale, I have been purchasing and regular user of Paytm. I have been cheated by team called Paytm Mall. I got a first call from paytm mall on my number 8097433705 which is registered in paytm on the name of Vinayak Shewale, a Paytm executive informed me that my name was selected in state wise.

I received this call dated 28.09.18 from number 8881197735 named Ayansh Sharma. This person informed me that my number is selected in Maharashtra state and there will be some gift voucher.

This person Ayansh Sharma also mentioned that I have recently done shopping of JBL head phone of worth of INR- 2955/- through Paytm app and also mentioned my full name with complete address too. Then Ayansh explained me the condition of gift voucher, among 5 products that I can select 1 gift product, but to get that product I have to do shopping worth 5000/- through paytm app and will have 40% cash back on shopping.

Though I again cross verified call on true caller it was flashing as PAYTM. As so much info was passed to me my number date of purchase even correct address I really trusted that this number belongs to paytm. Ayansh explained me the further procedure of payment mode. It was informed to me that i have to select the product and add to cart, but don’t purchase the same, it will be done through Paytm, as order id for gift voucher product and the product which I will select will be delivered together. It was also mentioned that this order will be taken from their behalf as it will be including gift voucher.

It was told to me that I need to select and add product in cart before 5 pm. So I selected kent water purifier UTRA-SBEST765938E7F4308 worth rupees 7495. After i added this product to my paytm cart, I again got a call from Ayansh Sharma informing about added product and told me to select one product from gift voucher. He had given 5 options dell labtop, sony TV, I-phone 7, LG refrigerator & A/c. so I decided to go with Dell laptop.

After explaining all this the phone was transfer to A/c department for payment. While this was transferring the waiting tone was of Paytm music... So it was confirmed that it is through paytm. Now this call was answered by Sandhya Sharma. This lady explained me how to do transaction. She had given me Paytm A/c number 918327576363 with Paytm bank IFSC code PYTM0123456, which is same paytm code on google, so I believe that it’s from paytm, than I paid amount of 7495/- through google pay upi dena bank account at 4:48pm, till money was transferring this lady was holding the call till all transaction was done and confirmed me that the payment is been received by her.

After this immediately I received message of confirmation. (Same is been attached for you). I had some doubts so tried to call on Ayansh’s number which I have mentioned above. It was continuously not reachable. Here I had a big doubt so I called customer care of paytm, asked them if there was such a call was from them. I was shocked as they have not called and there was not any gif voucher like that. I explained all to paytm customer care executive, and he filled complaint against that complain ID # 88248162 dated 28.09.18 it was informed that they will look into this and call me back 9 pm. But there was no message no call from paytm customer care.

Next day sandhya called me again from number 8896247547 informing me to pay GST amount rupees 9999, but any how I tried to say that don’t have sufficient balance and tried to delay it, when I got a call it was showing paytm mall on True caller. Even I could hear voice of other people from background even I have recorded call as a proof. After this I called immediately to paytm customer care and informed that still I have been receiving call from Paytm mall. Even at this point I was informed by paytm customer care that they will look into this and call me back ASAP.

How my personal confidential information is leaked by paytm, what I have order when I have order, how much money I had paid, my address, date of delivery etc... It is very clear that someone from paytm is been leaking all confidential information. It means there is someone in your organisation who has been leaking all confidential details.

I feel it’s a big racket on which Paytm Company has to take a legal action against this issue. As per my best knowledge without the KYC and legal documents it is not possible to open Paytm bank account. So this Paytm A/c number 918327576363 is opened with paytm bank then all info should be there with you. So why it’s been difficult for you to take out info of this account, and take legal action against this.

I spoke twice to paytm customer care but they still finding out the solution, but none of the person have reply or called back.

Looking into serious matter, my friends, relatives and office colleagues circle have forwarded the messages to uninstall paytm app, which is not safe for transaction as personal info is also not safe. I am going to take this to the crime branch, press, as well as on will publish on social sites, so people should avoid using Paytm at all, as details are not in safe hand. Info can be leaked any time anywhere.

This has happened due paytm been passing confidential information to other I hold ONLY PAYTM is responsible for this crime and has to catch person who’s account details I have provided and return my money rupees 7495/-.
